[19M] Need advice about my [18F] Fiance

Me and my partner have been together since the 14th of November 2023 and last year we got engaged. We have always had such a lovely relationship and I truly believe she is the one. However recently she has started doing TikTok lives and she has been slightly weird about it… Whenever she is on live it’s as though I’m not important anymore. She ignores me while on lives, speaks to me differently and more rudely, plus she has already admitted she has added some of her viewers on instagram (which I said is unacceptable as they were sending her pictures… after she got them she blocked him but not the point) I just don’t know whether I have a right to be uncomfortable about this and don’t know what to do… Please any advice is much appreciated… Thank you all
