32M - Nostalgic shows from my youth - Scrubs and Malcolm in the Middle, their 2026 revivals and my thoughts...... would love to know your thoughts too!?

These were two of my favourite shows growing up.... and I was nervous but excited when I heard they were both coming back with a new series and with the original cast this year. I cant even name all of the disappointments over the years of shows/movies that have tried to reboot only to crash and burn (arrested development as an example). I was so nervous the same fate awaited my childhood favourites..... and I've never been so happy to be proven wrong. The Malcolm reboot was no masterpiece but it captured a lot of the elements of the original and had some great moments.... as well as multiple easter eggs for the fans throughout the show which was a nice touch. The scrubs reboot is honestly incredible - it feels like I'm watching episodes from the original series that I somehow missed before. The storytelling, the characters, the witty humour perfectly balanced with the deeply harrowing reality of a doctors day to day life..... it was just so perfectly packaged like the scrubs of the old days. It was special to watch as a fan, it felt like no time had passed since the last season (with the full cast - not including the most recent one before this). Loved everything about it. So.... I guess I'm asking..... what did everyone else think of them? Anyone feel the same way!?
