I'm 34 years old, living by myself in Essex. I struggle with social anxiety and severe depression. I don't really have any real life friends, but I do meetup with family quite often. I'm currently waiting to be seen by the autism service - I scored mildly when I done some tests.
I spend most of my time at home either gaming (PS5 and RPGs), watching shows and movies, and cooking. I do enjoy going out, but I'll admit to not getting out often enough.
