That's how you have to do a back fall, otherwise you are adding rotation. You spot something in front of you in line with the pad, and then continue spotting through your feet so you don't over-rotate.

As someone whose age starts with a 5, it’s not that old. If you regularly workout (strength and agility training), eat well, avoid drinking and smoking, you can truly be this fit at this age. Bad habits tend to prematurely age us.

The little things are the biggest problems. You have to stretch and exercise specific muscle groups instead of just letting your body handle it. For instance your ankles. Gotta strengthen them with targeted exercise so that you maintain mobility. I’m not in the 5s yet but I am discovering just how many different things in my body need specific attention

Never watched Gavan but was a big fan of Space Sheriff Shaider. Used to love those tokusatsu shows as a child; I understand they are still popular today, but for some reason I've never revisited them as an adult.

This guy isn’t balls deep in a cult, so it’s impressive to do deadly stunts without believing your an immortal spirit that can shirk off a mortal vessel because you will just get a new shell because of how great you are.
