So this deputy dawg doesn't know how to answer: "Hmmm do they know something about my wife that I don't? Not saying they’re not crass or I agree with everything, but I’ve been following this case because he was the blunt smoking soundtrack of the early ‘00s. I believe in law and order but also find it strange that some people are allowed to point weapons at others and use “force” but other people just have to not “resist”. Cops have qualified immunity so it's almost impossible for people to sue them for their actions. Then they have the balls to sue people. Seems like if you want qualified immunity you should have no right to sue anyone. Or better yet, let's just end qualified immunity for all public officials.

I've been following this. It was pretty amazing. Also credit where credit is due, the plaintiff was pretty sharp and actually got some good blows in on Afroman during the cross examination. He was fighting a battle that was pretty much already lost, but if the police DID have a basis to sue that shouldn't have been DOA to begin with, that plaintiff was an excellent trial lawyer.
