I'm 51 so lately hearing about all these celebs dying in their 50s/60s is really making me realize I have more days behind me

I’m 27 and it’s making me realize I might be halfway there.

30 here, and realizing legends I looked up to like Tony Hawk closing in on 60 is extremely humbling. I know I still have years to enjoy whatever youth I have left, but also recognizing nothing lasts forever.

Try being 66, it's like my number might be next.

Hey, cheer up. You might actually be 95% of the way there. No way to know. Enjoy the existential crisis!

Plenty of people die under thirty. You could be 27 30ths the way there!

It’s hard for me to tell whether people are dying prematurely more often now or if it’s just being magnified for fear p*** to get clicks

It’s gunna be really depressing watching life expectancy drop and inflation go up.

That’s also just the way modern media works. The owner of the dog from a children’s movie thirty years ago is pretty obscure

No disrespect to Mr. DiCicco, but not sure "celeb" fits here.

So much for John Oliver getting his shot.

This is the writer/creator (who kinda got shafted in the deal). The dude who owns the IP, Robert Vince, is still alive.

So you’re saying there’s still a chance!

Hard to have faith in anything anymore but in John Oliver I trust

Hold on , he could always use business daddy's money and buy the rights to this pinnacle of cinema.

After Paramount's disastrous financial state new business daddy is broke

He taught me a very important lesson in my youth. Yeah. I guess there is no rule technically saying a golden retriever can’t play basketball

What does this mean for John Oliver?

eSquidMissile Mar 25, 2026 +1

I hope the regulation podcast guys don’t see this….. Wait what about the crowd funding stuff for the new movie?

He covered the balls in olive oil to help the dog get a good purchase on them.
