Oy, for those that clearly didn't read and are triggered by the word "diverse" (seriously, take your issues to a therapist already), it started with models being used that were extremely thin in an alarming way. The point was to not normalize that skeletally thin is the ideal beauty standard. She got big in the 00s during the "heroin chic" popularity for looks. She has reason to react badly to that look coming back, especially experiencing the severe body dysmorphia that came with it for young girls especially during that time.
