I'm 60. The only thing I can tell you is to always listen to your heart. Your head is a paranoid maniac that will hold you back, so go with your heart every single time. If there are two choices, flip a coin. All my biggest life decisions were made by flipping a coin. Choice A: heads. Choice B: tails. It's not about what comes up. It's about how your heart feels about what came up. If it comes up heads and your heart is disappointed,go with tails. Sounds crazy I know, but I've lived my whole life this way and have few regrets.

Never, ever, scream into a collander. You'll only end up straining your voice..

Start working on your skills now. The more you build your skills now the easier everything else becomes as you get older

Pay attention to the relationship you create with alcohol and ensure it stays healthy and balanced!

Hey, 23 is actually a fantastic age — you have so much time ahead and way less pressure than people in their 30s. My one piece of gold advice that changed everything for me: Treat your 20s as an experimentation phase, not a performance phase. You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. Try different jobs, hobbies, cities, even relationships. Say “yes” to things that scare you a little (travel, new skills, uncomfortable conversations). Fail fast and often — the lessons from those failures are worth way more than playing it safe. The people who seem to “have it together” at 23 are usually just better at pretending. Focus on building good habits (health, saving a little every month, learning how to be alone comfortably) and the direction will slowly become clearer. You’ve got this. The fact that you’re already asking for guidance shows you’re on the right path. Keep going.

You rarely feel ready for the decisions that shape your life, and life does not pause until you do... Most clarity comes after you start moving, not before.

I guess the only advice that i can give you is that don’t ever give up, things could be much worse, but they are not, just keep trying and it will start falling in order

You still have 5 years until your youth is officially over - i.e. the frontal lobe of the human brain continues to develop until around the age of 28. So don't do anything traumatic, treat everything as a form of school, and don't go beyond 100% until after then. Have fun, explore lots of things, collect data.

Hi friend, from my personal experience I recommend you study a university degree, but don't limit yourself to just your university degree; learn other trades like electricity, construction.

I operated heavy machinery; those kinds of jobs are very well paid in any country you go to. Don't limit yourself to your university degree; learn other trades! 👍🏻

All of life is about decision making. Weighing your options and digging for relevant information. Differentiate between a good decision and bad or lesser evil type of decisions. So much of adulting is figuring out dilemmas. Should I go on a trip or save the money? So read about making good decisions and that will start you off on a smart journey called life.

Don't date women who dislike Nivea cream, and don't date anyone who takes pleasure in getting between people and creating drama.

if your employer offers a 401k or equivalent, definitely put in to it at least the amount that they match. And if not, start your own account with an inexpensive brokerage firm and put in even a small amount weekly ( there's plenty of tutorials online on how to invest your money once it's with a firm) even 5 or 10 a week will do wonders by the time you retire... and you won't even miss it on your check - I promise.

Understand that work is just a necessary evil. People spend years trying to find a job that they are passionate about just remember when you die. Your job vacancy will be printed before your obituary.

If you are not financially literate, educate yourself. Watch youtube videos, take financial classes and learn how to make money work for you. Understand interest rates. DO NOT carry credit card debt. Spend less than you make. Learn to save and invest. Stay away from get rich quick schemes 99% are scams.

Start saving for retirement. Don’t get married unless you’re totally sure. Don’t have a baby with anyone if they’re not worth marrying.

Im 23 myself, trying to figure things out. All i can say is Love your parents while they’re still around. Call that friend you haven’t seen in a while. Breath. Smile. Eat good food. Say i love you to the people who make life worth living. Exist.

Don’t hold back and do every crazy thing possible. Make mistakes . Without them you’ll not learn. Until 30 life doesn’t start. Your body will get old suddenly , so go wild and enjoy life .

Be confident in your role as a man, have conversations with older men that will teach you how to move through life as a strong, calm individual who has love and protection and guidance to offer that special woman when the time comes. Don't be afraid of leading, that does not mean "Andrew Tate", that means be proud of being a man, and be proud of what you have to offer the world. Learn patience, problem solving, strategies, read all the important books, philosophy, art, religion, psychology. Educate your mind. Be kind, but fair, be strict if needed, defend your loved ones if the time comes. Walk through life with grace, head high. I'm already proud of you.

Sometimes you’re not going to want to get out of bed, those are the times you have to will your way out if it and do the things you’re supposed to. Other times, you need to find the will to stay your ass in bed and not do something you’ll regret.

Invest a bit every month into a generic stocks fund, like vanguard total world stock or similar. Even if it’s a tiny amount it will compose and your future self will benefit from it.

Just try things, experiment. I spent my entire 20s super safe and boring, then in my 30s I really took some risks and tried shit out and having way more fun and I know myself better.

I’m 34, and the main thing I’d say is to plan trips and go out with your friends. Make sure to be social and keep in touch with people. It gets so much harder in your 30s.. Also, don’t let work define you or be the center of your life. Be likable and dependable and pickup skills and experience you can use to do something you want later. Your first job or two are almost guaranteed to be flops. Live and learn

Caress and love your parents, they are burning out as the flame on the candle dwindles by every passing moment. I made mistakes and took everything for granted, and now that the realisation has struck me, they are already pushing late 60s, my nights go sleepless with swollen eyes by constant crying, remembering myself as a child embraced in their warm arms, which by time are growing frail and colder. I do not know how much time they have left. Forgive them. Forgive yourself. Rejoice in their care, as the time would fly by in a jiffy. Please.
