Redline (2009)

Forgive me for being an anime nerd: Akira: Starts with a legendary motorcycle chase, ends with a legendary rampage. Ghost in the Shell: Thoughtful sci-fi with an ass-kicking cyborg cop protagonist. Summer Wars: Its most intense scene is a card game and not a fight but the fights still rule. Steamboy: The best steampunk movie ever and its not even close. Most action-packed movie in this comment. Cowboy Bebop: The Movie: You don't need to see the show first. The End of Evangelion: You do need to see the show first but that won't make it make sense.

*The Incredibles* (2004) is the finest animated movie I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen most of the movies you & the other commenters have mentioned.  It’s a perfect movie  The sequel is actually fine but not remotely the equal of the original.

princess mononoke. Name sounds cheesy maybe, but think of the name like "the princess bride" its not a girly movie. Its an adventure epic.

Arcane if you want to watch a series Batman: Mask of the Phatasm any number of the animated DC movies, they're all pretty dang good

Atlantis

The newest TMNT movie had way more style and love put into it than I ever expected, similar to the Puss in Boots and Spiderverse style

Even if you're not into D&D I felt that animated versions of Critical Roles Vox Machina and The Mighty Nein are pretty decent.

Dark Fury (after watching Pitch Black)

if you haven't seen "the mitchells vs. the machines," that's a must-watch. also, check out "big hero 6" and "the lego movie" for some solid animated action!

Dofus Livre 1 is a very fun French animation, apparently it's based on a neopets-like game that I've never heard of, so the fact that its so f****** good and beautiful comes out of nowhere. No idea where you can find it though

The Resident Evil cg movies are really good

Memories is a great Anime anthology. But the one story to check out in this film is called Magnetic Rose.

The Animatrix to this day is well regarded.

Not movies, but the animated Star Wars shows are really good- specifically Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels. Clone Wars has more fluff episodes but both pay off well.

Not a movie, but Attack on Titan is incredible.

Though more short stories, most Love Death & Robots entries have a fair bit of action in them. Your mileage may very though depending on your tastes.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children The CG animation still holds up and the action scenes are great

Here's something unique, that I keep recommending: **Ruben Brandt, Collector**. It's a surreal Psychological Action Thriller (with nods to Hitchcock's suspenseful Film Language) about a Psychiatrist who is "haunted" by nightmarish thoughts of 13 famous paintings. A group of his patients, who are all criminals, decided to steal all these paintings in order to free their doctor from his obsession.
