totally get this feeling, it can be rough. sometimes just switching up your routine or trying something new can help shake things loose, even if it feels small. hope you find your way forward!

When I check my groupchat, I see my friends and I think of all their accomplishments. I think of how my one friend is a lot more educated than I am. Smarter, probably more attractive, makes a lot more money. Then I think about every experience I have that he doesn't. He hasn't experienced love the same way I have, he hasn't had the same trauma I have, he hasn't enjoyed the same highs I have in niche hobbies. Anyone can be intelligent and know everything by reading a book. But wisdom is actually being there and experiencing what the book is talking about. You are going to be ok.

Such clarity and perspective! You have definitely pondered over this and have come up with an answer that acknowledges the reality in it’s full spectrum. Often times we only hyperfixate on our losses because we desperately wanted them to be our wins. But Life’s curve balls makes everything hazy, and our eyes lose the vision. Meanwhile we ignore the wild flowers that bloom out of that darkness. Appreciate your take!

yeah, I am definitely feeling stuck lately, but I think the overall situation around me is what's making me feeling this way. wars, inflation, unemployment, suffering economies and all that makes my head so heavy that I can't do anything, then I am stuck

I am looking for the light while in darkness. All my bets on optimism while trying to root my actions (and expectations) in reality. Sending hope your way!

Keep trying! One day the spaghetti thrown at the wall will stick even when it fell 90 times before

Yeah, I’ve definitely felt that. Not too long ago, maybe a couple years back, I was in a place where it felt like no matter what I tried, nothing really moved forward and I didn’t have a clear direction. What really changed things for me was having a mentor who helped me make sense of my career and where I was going. From there, I started building my life around work little by little, getting some structure and momentum, and over time that gave me the space to open up other parts of my life again. Now things feel a lot more balanced, but back then it really didn’t seem like it would get better.

Yeah pretty much. I just had a 7 year long stalemate and ended up finally making the next move in the game of life by throwing away a pretty big chunk of it because it was all dead weight crushing me down. Now sitting here still not going anywhere but at least with less weight on me.

Hey, you are lighter now …. that’s progress. People celebrate when they lose weight in gym, losing emotional and relational dead weight should warrant similar joy. Now you can you focus all your resources in upgrading yourself. Good Luck!
