Appeals court says Trump’s asylum ban at the border is illegal, agreeing with lower court

When you commit so many crimes daily, it takes months to try in court anything. Whether Unconstitutional, illegal, or immoral, he has,and will continue. Is classic flooding the zone.

Asylum is written into law. Of course it’s illegal.  I hate this corrupt, illegitimate regime. I cannot wait for it to be flushed down the toilet of history. It all needs to be torn down. Every bit of it. They are not a governing political party. They are a parasitic entity sucking money and life out of the country. 

Has Trump ever shown respect to any court that went contrary to him?

Now it will go to SCOTUS, where they will invent a new reason to make it legal. The GOP built a strategy long ago of stacking the courts, then locking down the government, and letting the Justices write new laws

So what changes now, migrants are to be stored in US facilities? or migrants are free to roam in the US while their application is processed?

courts have been pretty consistent on this one, he keeps signing these orders and they keep getting smacked down but somehow we're still doing this loop every few months.

Why are there never any consequences from this? It's like he is robbing a bank, and all the police officers do is take the bags of money, telling him in a stern voice that he is not allowed to do that. Which makes him turn around and go right back in to steal some more money. There is no condemnation from his own party or the nominal opposition for blatantly unconstitutional behavior, there are no fines, and the populace at large just shrug their shoulders and go 'well, what can you do? At least I have a protest pencilled in for three weeks from now, and I have a good feeling about the midterms!'.

At what point do we stop playing this game? Trump clearly doesn't give a F*** about laws. He'll do whatever he wants. Until the PEOPLE in charge of these laws actually does something, it's all meaningless. So far, NOTHING has been done. NOTHING. We. Are. FUCKED.
