Nah, blaming this entirely on one group of voters is a massive copout that ignores half a century of history. The US government has been systematically encircling / posturing against Iran for decades.. this has been the wet dream of the Washington foreign policy establishment for decades. Congress effectively handed its warmaking powers to the executive branch back in the 80s, doubled down in 2001, and never looked back. Both parties consistently vote to expand the military budget and refuse to enforce the War Powers Act. When you spend decades building an unaccountable, trillion-dollar war machine and passing the loaded gun between administrations, pointing fingers at voters just absolves the politicians who actually built the arsenal. Dems are more than happy to be the good cop finger wag if things go wrong. You won't hear about Venezuela, boat strikes, (remember North Korean fishermen?), etc. again.

He has said so many times that he doesn't! He calls them losers Suckers He wears merch hats beside their remains He was a draft dodger He said "more Americans will die" in this stupid war and shrugged. People close to him report he is "bored" with the war in Iran.

He was quite literally said solders are suckers and losers. And as a vet I partially agree with him because dumbass military folks voted for him. Oh well have fun in the meat grinder.

He's own freedom and wealth (any way he can make it, legal of his illegal ways) is above all. You know, whatever distracts from his crimes, as to not face justice and avoid rotting in jail, he cares not who dies. Stupid is that one that knowing that, still puts themselves in harms ways for (in this case) an insurrectionist and pedophile, a USA-bankrupter, a traitor.

Man, thats a dangerous escalation. Hope those troops recover quickly. This is exactly why we shouldnt have troops in the middle of someone elses war.
