She pled guilty to aggravated assault from an incident in 2023? Do these companies and productions do background checks on their “talent,” or just let it ride until videos surface? Jesus.

DjKennedy92 Mar 19, 2026 +1251
She’s part of another reality show that got its start from a sex scandal, not even kidding
1251
andee510 Mar 19, 2026 +662
That she was a part of lol
662
gotfcgo Mar 19, 2026 +488
I still think they should have called the show "Performin Mormons" My wife watches that trash.   Those women are awful
488
DjKennedy92 Mar 19, 2026 +192
It’s how I know about it lmao My wife laughed because I kept hearing ‘mom talk’ and thought they got their start on a podcast. No, it’s ‘mom tok’ and they know eachother from doing tik tok dances together. . .

six2midnite Mar 19, 2026 +187
Didn't one of them do one in the hospital while their kid was hooked up to a respirator in the background?

DiamondBurInTheRough Mar 19, 2026 +205
That’s Whitney. She’s on Broadway now.

This is exactly what I did. So pitiful its hilarious
22
Penaca Mar 20, 2026 +12
Wait, that's her? I mean, I knew she was from a reality show, I just assumed it was Housewives.
12
annamdue Mar 19, 2026 +133
Yeah Whitney Leavitt. She was dancing next to the kid with text saying that the baby had a respiratory infection. It is one of the strangest things I've ever seen. She was on Dancing With The Stars recently.🥴
133
idkalan Mar 19, 2026 +85
And if you go the the DWTS subreddit, just mentioning the fact that she did that will get you massively downvoted because they'll act like "that's not who she is" & that she's a saint
85
Catman7712 Mar 20, 2026 +64
Any of the bachelor or dwts subreddits are full of rabid crazy ass people. I imagine most reality tv subs are like that though.
64
zaminDDH Mar 20, 2026 +9
Either that or they rake everyone over the coals over the most minor things.
9
Iced__t Mar 20, 2026 +14
> Any of the bachelor or dwts subreddits are full of rabid crazy ass people. The people who watch this stuff have brains made of jell-o lol.
14
riptaway Mar 20, 2026 +11
I'll never understand people who are devoted to some celebrity or social media figure who doesn't even know they exist and would probably be disgusted if they ever had to interact with them.
11
Catman7712 Mar 19, 2026 +26
Yup, “hey my kid might be dying, better get some likes on TikTok.” Why waste a bad situation if you can get some more fans?
26
City303 Mar 19, 2026 +96
First time I heard “MomTok” I thought they were saying “Montauk” and they lived on Long Island. It’s such a dumb name

I hate to be that old man yelling about society these days, but watching untalented assholes give robotic, unenthusiastic dances for millions of mouth breathing, vacant eyed somnambulists on social media is incredibly depressing.
39
PyedPyper Mar 20, 2026 +9
Don't worry, I'm in my twenties and I feel the same way.
9
Obvious_Toe_3006 Mar 19, 2026 +9
'trick tok'
9
Toby_O_Notoby Mar 19, 2026 +9
Which I always heard as "Montauk" because my parents are from Long Island, NY.
9
Symphonic7 Mar 20, 2026 +11
My wife watches it too. Its the most god awful low tier trash I've ever seen, and I used to watch Jerry Springer back in the day.
11
killshelter Mar 19, 2026 +18
Every character is a deplorable human being but damn the main women are straight vile.
18
HomeInternational69 Mar 20, 2026 +73
The most PG-13 sex scandal of all time. Oh no, she kissed her friend’s husband in front of her friend! The horror!!!
73
SpecificWorldly4826 Mar 20, 2026 +71
Honestly, I was so disappointed when I found out how little scandal it really was.
71
HomeInternational69 Mar 20, 2026 +86
That’s the whole show. They live extremely sheltered lives and make the biggest deal out of non-issues. They don’t even drink and yet they somehow always have these “parties” where they all get a sugar rush and start screaming at each other
86
JeanVicquemare Mar 20, 2026 +20
Mormons Gone Wild
20
Judson_Scott Mar 20, 2026 +46
There's a huge mormon population where I live, and literally every mormon woman I and my SO have been close with over the past ~25 years -- over a dozen -- was molested as a child. Every. Single. One. The show's a smokescreen for the real sexual shit going on in mormonland.
46
seeyou_nextfall Mar 20, 2026 +11
I thought the whole thing was about how they were swingers was that all played up?
11
HomeInternational69 Mar 20, 2026 +19
Very much so. The “swinging” was kissing each other’s spouses and couples having sex with their spouse in the same bed as another couple.
19
seeyou_nextfall Mar 20, 2026 +23
Seems like an awkward activity for sober people to engage in, but definitely not as salacious as I thought it was. Then again I don’t watch reality TV so pretty out of the loop
23
BTSArmyFan2025 Mar 20, 2026 +6
nope here is the video that got the show canceled [https://www.tmz.com/2026/03/19/video-of-taylor-frankie-paul-beating-dakota-mortensen/](https://www.tmz.com/2026/03/19/video-of-taylor-frankie-paul-beating-dakota-mortensen/)

26
pumpkinspruce Mar 19, 2026 +357
They knew and they didn’t care until the video leaked. She’s throwing a stool at her boyfriend and hits her daughter who is right there.
357
hellsbellltrudy Mar 19, 2026 +133
what the SHIT???!
133
Root-magic Mar 19, 2026 +176
The video on tmz is really disturbing. The network knew, but I guess they didn’t realize how crazy it would come across. She’s definitely a husband beater
176
badedum Mar 20, 2026 +52
I think they thought the 2023 incident was "behind" her (which is what the video is from). But then she attacks him again three weeks ago and it stopped filming of Mormon Wives.
52
Blindstarsoffortune Mar 20, 2026 +23
It really was so disturbing. I had no idea who these people are but came across the video. The way she continued to scream hysterically while attacking the dude even after she hit her daughter with a barstool in the crossfire and that poor child was wailing. That made my blood run cold and hope her parental rights are taken away until she gets some serious help. And people are saying they don’t drink but wasn’t she supposed to be hammered in that video?
23
Morgan-Moonscar Mar 20, 2026 +41
That or they hoped it wouldn't leak until it was closer to the finale and cause drama.
41
mattromo Mar 19, 2026 +77
Ask the NFL and Ray Rice about videos. The league was always willing to ignore or lightly punish abusers but the elevator video forced them to.
77
Toby_O_Notoby Mar 20, 2026 +62
Which led to one of the best confrontations ever. NFL commissioner Rodger Goodell stalled for a week or so and then finally suspended Rice when the video came out. At the press conference, TMZ straight up asked him why he hadn't seen the video before they released it. When he stalled, the reporter said, "We got that video with one phone call. You have an entire legal department. How do you explain that?"
62
braedonwabbit Mar 20, 2026 +23
Didn't he also try and lie after that, then the cops were like "yeah we gave them all this shit already"
23
Bluest_waters Mar 20, 2026 +14
This is a man who for years and years covered up the concussion issue in the NFL. And I mean he went to extreme extreme lengths to cover it up. It's not like he just ignored it. He actively spent lots and lots of money and resources to cover it up. He is a sociopath. A psychopath. I say that with all seriousness. He is a terrible terrible terrible human being
14
PliableG0AT Mar 20, 2026 +5
that’s a fun one, after Rice was suspended his wife continued to criticize the nfl for the suspension because the nfl was ruining her lifestyle. that just continued to become a shit show. originally rice said the incident was minor, lied to to the team and the nfl, then the video was reased to the nfl after the incident and was kept quiet because it was way worse than they believed, then the video came out. his suspension was for lying to the team and the nfl.
5
kjsmitty77 Mar 19, 2026 +44
I understand your point but this is a situation where a TV network was placing a bunch of men in a dating competition with a violent abuser. The potential liability issues here are insane for a network to even consider, let alone go forward with, and if the sexes were reversed people would be furious.
44
burtmacklin15 Mar 20, 2026 +7
The season was already filmed, by the way, back in October. They knew about this liability (video is from 2023) and went through with it anyway. They are just choosing not to air it now. They only care now because the video leaked publicly.
7
rotunderthunder Mar 19, 2026 +48
Just to clarify, like a bar stool, right?
48
dont_shoot_jr Mar 19, 2026 +48
Yes a bar stool The other kind of stool would be nuts
48
Obvious_Toe_3006 Mar 19, 2026 +25
Nuts, yes. But believable. Very believable.
25
sandstone5B Mar 20, 2026 +28
But like peanuts right? the other kind of nuts would be crackers
28
Catman7712 Mar 20, 2026 +11
A METAL bar stool too.

What the f***
5
theLumonati Mar 20, 2026 +7
Yeah, 3 metal bar stools.
7
mbrogan4 Mar 20, 2026 +12
The network knew about the abuse allegation but the video was sealed as a part of the case TMZ sent in a FOIA to get the video and posted it days before the Bachelorette premiere for maximum engagement.
12
Mikey_MiG Mar 20, 2026 +15
I mean, good on TMZ overall I guess. Maximum engagement for them, but also maximum damage to ABC who ignored the abuse and are now stuck paying for a season they can't air.
15
SaltyJunk Mar 19, 2026 +13
Multiple stools lol
13
Anothercraphistorian Mar 19, 2026 +4
Just like the NFL didn’t care about domestic violence until the Ray Rice video was released.
4
ThePermMustWait Mar 19, 2026 +81
Bachelorette production and marketing needs an overhaul. The Bachelorette IG posted “never change” on her recent video where she talks about her drama.
81
MySpartanDetermin Mar 20, 2026 +35
In all likelihood this is the end of the US franchise. Seriously. They didn't have a 2025 season, and it wasn't even renewed until this Mormon Wives lady signed on as ABC was hoping for crossover appeal. Both the Bachelorette and the other spind off (Bachelor in Paradise) had their lowest ratings ever recently. Today was the new Disney CEO's first day in control of the whole company. He likely gave the go-ahead to axe the season, and he'll be expected to tighten up costs (ie, jettison low-rated shows) altogether. We'll probably just get Bachelor and Golden Bachelor for a while.
35
GhostOfLight Mar 19, 2026 +65
This could be wrong, but from what I've read in other comments, the first episode of the Mormon Wives show literally has bodycam footage from her arrest. It's one of the selling points
65
meatball77 Mar 20, 2026 +16
The first arrest
16
baltinerdist Mar 20, 2026 +64
This wasn’t cancelled because *they* saw the video, this was cancelled because *we* saw the video.
64
Misdirected_Colors Mar 19, 2026 +32
We're to a point where controversy sells. They were hoping her mess would revive the franchise. F*** em for it.
32
badedum Mar 20, 2026 +5
TBH I think it was - until she showed she's never stopped being an abuser and putting SLOMW on hold.
5
marktbde Mar 19, 2026 +34
Wild. I work in TV (albeit in the UK). I wont' pretend there are thorough, security services levels of vetting happening, but anything declared in the courts or on record would 100% show up in the background check. It's highly likely they knew about it, and a decision was made by the broadcaster to go ahead anyway. Yikes.
34
xXKingLynxXx Mar 19, 2026 +39
They knew about the arrest. It was in the other show that she has already. The video of the incident leaked and now they dont want the negative publicity.
39
Big-Soup7013 Mar 20, 2026 +9
It’s also the fact she had another incident just recently, and if they provided alcohol during filming like they normally do and she fell off the wagon…..
9
TjbMke Mar 20, 2026 +10
They want the most bat shit crazy women they can find, but only during work hours. It has to be good for tv, and the business.
10
redtron3030 Mar 20, 2026 +6

I auditioned and appeared on a few game shows. They all did background checks on me
3
DrWideEyes Mar 19, 2026 +787
The background for folks not in the know: \- Taylor Frankie Paul (the bachelorette) is the de facto leader of a group called "Mom Tok" - a group of Mormon wives who do tik tok dances. \- Mom Tok became embroiled in a swinging scandal involving Taylor, her (now ex-) husband, her friend Miranda and Miranda's (now ex-) husband. \- The swinging scandal was leveraged into starting a reality TV show - "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" in which a bunch of people behave in absolutely unMorman ways. Miranda is now also on this show. Messy messy. \- As the show got bigger, the women branched out. Two of them (Whitney and Jen Affleck) were on the recent season of Dancing With the Stars \- Taylor having broken up with her husband got into an incredibly toxic relationship with a man named Dakota. She became pregnant and they had a son. He keeps popping back up on the show, they fight, they have sex. \- She signs up to be the Bachelorette. Dakota reportedly contacted production of the show and told them she's too much trouble, they ignored him \- The current season of Secret Lives has the two women on Dancing with the Stars and Taylor preparing for the Bachelorette. Despite this, and despite being broken up, she's repeatedly lost it when Dakota is involved with any other women (and then they have sex) Anyone with half a brain cell could have seen this cancellation coming, unfortunately.

MINO- Mormon in name only How much plastic surgery each woman has had is insane. My wife watches this stuff, and I'm always stunned when I see they're all in their late 20's-early 30's. Taylor is 31.

Mormons are always looking for a loophole so they can say they follow their religion without actually having to do so.
20
clancularii Mar 20, 2026 +32
>Jeeezuz how the f*** are they even remotely Mormon!? Seriously. I mean she's getting jealous because he's sleeping with other women? She never would've cut it as an og mormon.

Looking Conservative is more important then... well... anything else. This is also why so much toxic behavior is allowed to grow and fester, because looking the part is so much more important then walking the walk!

ABC wanted a train wreck. A lead with 3 small kids, and a toxic codependent attachment with her ex, what could go wrong?
63
Roboticide Mar 20, 2026 +35
Tbh, The Bachelor/ette producer have been striving for greater and greater *drama* since before the pandemic even, and they long ago gave up any real pretense of caring about finding a viable couple. The producers almost certainly wanted some sort of dramatic train wreck.  They just got way more than they bargained for and got shut down for it.  Heads are probably gonna roll.
35
Stillwater215 Mar 20, 2026 +32
They wanted “reality TV crazy,” but got “genuine mental disorder crazy.”
32
Ziko577 Mar 20, 2026 +9
Thanks for the clarity on this as I damn sure don't keep up on these women.
9
capron Mar 20, 2026 +16
I hate reality tv shit, I thought Secret Lives of Mormon WIves was gonna be some gossipy b.s. (is Real Housewives gossipy b.s.?) but I did not expect anything you wrote. I kinda want some youtuber to do a video essay on it like the Jenny Nicholson Vampire Diaries video.
16
IGiveNoFawkes Mar 20, 2026 +4
Look, I too hate all the reality tv shit. But I started watching Mormon wives the first season because my sister begged me to. It’s horribly delicious. Like a train wreck. I can’t look away.
4
Toby_O_Notoby Mar 20, 2026 +14
To paraphrase Buckaroo Bonzai: "I don't know what to say. Momtok? Mormons? Swinging? A man named 'Dakota'?"
14
Jagermeister4 Mar 20, 2026 +8
Trashy ass bachelor franchise showed their true colors by making her the Bachelorette in the first place. When I read the ABC statements today I didnt even realize Taylor did anything wrong because the statements are so vague. They still trying sweep it under the rug that this women is an abuser
8
briareus08 Mar 20, 2026 +5
What an absolute clusterfuck 🤮
5
CaptMorganSwint2 Mar 20, 2026 +81
That video was horrific. It was already hard to watch seeing another human being punched on like that, but when the child cried out for "mommy", it broke me. I couldn't watch anymore. She **hit her child with a metal barstool** and was still only focused on hurting the man and not comforting her daughter. It was vile, despicable.
81
HowardBunnyColvin Mar 19, 2026 +760
I saw the video it's tough to watch. B**** is throwing chairs and having a moody meltdown. Her kid's right there and was even hit by a chair. Control yourself lady. Geez
760
beanlikescoffee Mar 19, 2026 +427
Mind you, she hit the child and as she is crying saying “mommy”, Taylor ignores her cries and THROW TWO MORE CHAIRS. I can’t imagine growing up in this household. This is devastating for any child.
427
emweh Mar 20, 2026 +142
And when her ex goes to comfort the child, Taylor tells him to get away from her daughter.
142
TheGhostofWoodyAllen Mar 20, 2026 +80
Also screamed at her victim, "You did this!" multiple times while throwing chairs at him.
80
Luvs_to_drink Mar 20, 2026 +10
At least she isnt on one of those social media platforms like tiktok making videos about being a mom though... right?
10
DarkFriend81 Mar 19, 2026 +105
It’s more insane that ABC would move forward with her when this was all known and in the police report!
105
bleeetiso Mar 20, 2026 +64
ABC knew what they were doing. They thought they can harness that and turn it into great ratings.
64
naarwhal Mar 20, 2026 +14
100%. ABC is bad news.
14
PJSamus Mar 20, 2026 +56
That video is pretty shocking and infuriating. She’s so hammered you can barely understand what she’s screaming about as she throws chairs and hits her daughter with one. And then she has the nerve to say it was her partner’s fault her daughter got hit! God it just makes my blood boil.
56
I-Have-Mono Mar 19, 2026 +105
Yep, absolute Grade A LOSER.
105
Misdirected_Colors Mar 19, 2026 +84
Wild that this happened 3 years ago, they cast her knowing it happened, I guarantee some lawyers saw this video 3 years ago and signed off on it. All that, and they only pull the season after the video gets released in the wake of another DV allegation. Literally this franchise's Ray Rice.
84
ViciousNakedMoleRat Mar 19, 2026 +67
Physically abusive female partners can be emotionally devastating for men. Most men know for a fact that they could put an end to the physical abuse within seconds, but that it would end with them being the ones going to jail. A close friend of mine had a toxic relationship like that years ago. His girlfriend would throw things, hit him, kick him and keep telling him stuff like "Stop me, hit me back, come on. You'll see what happens." At the end of that relationship, he was a complete wreck, because of the powerlessness he had felt between being abused and being unable to defend himself. Abusive partners deserve harsh punishments. Their behavior is nothing short of torture for their partners.
67
Android1822 Mar 20, 2026 +11
Yea, that was painful. Especially when the guy tells her that her kids right there and she continues to throw things and it ends up hitting the kid.
11
theskybon Mar 19, 2026 +14
Reading this comment with your flair being The Wire made me chuckle
14
faceisamapoftheworld Mar 19, 2026 +7
She’s basically Amond’s mother.
7
Dat_Mawe3000 Mar 20, 2026 +4
“Moody” is an understatement. She was raging and it went on for a long time. It may have been because he was recording but her bf deserves props for keeping it together throughout. And being the only adult in the room concerned about baby girl.
4
Flodomojo Mar 20, 2026 +5
It's not just about the video. The video didn't help but it's from 2023 and ABC was well aware of that previous assault charge, which she was assaulted for. She also got arrested AGAIN in February for assaulting Dakota. So the video AND the new arrest played a large role in this. Became too big to ignore.
5
steeeeeeee24 Mar 19, 2026 +531
Allegations? That shit happened
531
tetoffens Mar 19, 2026 +228
It's just a legal thing. News outlets usually keep writing things as "alleged" unless there's a conviction, regardless of how obviously guilty someone is. EDIT: Everyone responding to tell me about the old guilty plea, there is a new investigation that began this week that is not resolved.
228
Misdirected_Colors Mar 19, 2026 +43
She literally took a guilty plea deal.
43
tetoffens Mar 19, 2026 +77
Police literally reported a new investigation that started 3 days ago.
77
RobertdBanks Mar 19, 2026 +31
She pled guilty to the one in the video that was released. There is a new allegation of abuse, but that one isn’t the video that TMZ put out. The season was pulled after THIS video came out, not because of the new abuse allegations. So, the person you responded to is correct. She pled guilty to the abuse charges that the video shows, the video is from 2023 and happened during the filming of the first season of the show. *literally*
31
rubbarz Mar 19, 2026 +11
And this is only popping up because there's literally a video of her beat the shit out of her ex and hitting her child in the head with a chair. Alleged my ass lol
11
cereal7802 Mar 20, 2026 +4
> Alleged my ass lol ... >The new season of dating show The Bachelorette has been cancelled following domestic violence allegations against this season's star, ABC has said. >The network said it "made the decision to not move forward with the new season" after footage of Taylor Frankie Paul emerged on Thursday appearing to show her in an altercation with her ex-partner Dakota Mortensen in 2023. so the video, and the alleged abuse are different items. yes the video just came out, but also there is alleged new abuse. there doesn't seem to be any fuckery going on in the use of allegedly here.
4
PogueEthics Mar 19, 2026 +9
The video you are taking about is several years old. There are new allegations from this year.

No, incorrect. Disney canceled the season AFTER the VIDEO BECAME PUBLIC. The video: Ms Paul, intoxicated, attacked her partner repeatedly. She also threw several chairs at him which injured her partner and also injured her child. Disney already knew about the drunken attacks, the multiple injuries, her arrest and her charges. Ms Paul entered into a sweetheart plea deal: pleading guilty to ONLY 1 felony and is out on probation for 3 years; other charges waived. She still has custody of all 3 children, including the one she hit in the head with a chair. If Ms Paul was a man she would be in prison. Ms Paul should be in prison. Her children deserve better.

mrkrabz1991 Mar 20, 2026 +13
>If Ms Paul was a man she would be in prison. Kind of like if a female teacher has an inappropriate relationship with a male student, the headlines all say "had sex" and she gets probation... If a male teacher has an inappropriate relationship with a female student, all the headlines say "raped," and he goes to prison. The double standard in today's society is insane, and I'm sick of it.

Absolutely true.

The video shows her choking him. That is the biggest red flag in over 90 percent of of cases the next escalation is death. Hands on the neck or any kind of chocking is one of the biggest flags for domestic abuse turning deadly please everyone be aware. https://www.domesticshelters.org/articles/identifying-abuse/strangulation-is-the-highest-predictor-of-murder F*** anyone defending her and saying he’s a f*** boi and equally as bad are playing into the super patriarchal perfect victim mentally. There is never an excuse for this. Seeing woman in my family be abused and seeing the exact same words and mentality being used because they were not perfect victims is beyond disgusting.

Cash-Machine Mar 20, 2026 +20
100% support your message; you are doing important advocacy work. That said: it's "choking."

This was both terrifying and triggering to watch, that poor sweet child will be traumatized for the rest of her life. What I find most disturbing (in addition to the violence and screaming of course) is that Taylor didn’t snap out of it and immediately check on her daughter, she just kept screaming at Dakota. One of my best friends is a big Taylor defender (we actually got into a disagreement over it when TFP was announced as The Bachelorette, especially when she knows I’ve been an advocate against DV and SA for almost a decade), who along with our other friend thinks that she (Taylor) should be with Dakota… this is clearly a toxic relationship and if it keeps up, statistically one of them will end up dead or in jail. I’m not trying to be macabre when I say that, either.

Allegation? She’s beating her husband, launching chairs across the room at him, with her daughter in the room the whole time.

floridorito Mar 19, 2026 +80
Not husband. A boyfriend of a month, who later would have a child with her.

I hate what reality TV has done to reality TV. The premise of reality shows is great. I'd love to see something like Jury Duty or Joe Schmo, or even early Survivor. It's real. It's candid. But now the producers are all optimizing for ratings, and the contestants are vying to become influencers. The show is just a gimmick used as an excuse to put shitty people on air doing shitty things for attention.

beanlikescoffee Mar 19, 2026 +39
> abuse allegations *shows video of her on a screaming rampage while throwing a chair that hits her child and proceeds to throw two more as the child is crying out “mommy”* Yea……not sure about that.
39
bros402 Mar 20, 2026 +15
It legally has to be called allegations in case she beats the charges *or* she pleas to a lesser charge. Otherwise they can be sued for defamation
15
Flodomojo Mar 20, 2026 +7
It's not just about the video. The video didn't help but it's from 2023 and ABC was well aware of that previous assault charge, which she was assaulted for. She also got arrested AGAIN in February for assaulting Dakota. So the video AND the new arrest played a large role in this. Became too big to ignore.

Glad Reddit is a more logical place than other social media. Could be engagement farming / rage bait but I’m seeing so many women defending TFP right now. I haven’t engaged with anyone on the subject yet but claiming she’s innocent because Dakotas a d***** bag is clinically insane. Violence is violence. Especially against a child. Words are just words. The video clearly shows he’s trying to get away and she continues to follow him and even hits her kid with a chair. The fact that people are claiming “reactive abuse” because he’s an a****** truly baffles me.
6
Rosebunse Mar 20, 2026 +4
Even if you think he's abusive, she still hit her own child with a chair. Whatever happened, this family clearly doesn't need to be on TV right now
4
HowardBunnyColvin Mar 20, 2026 +4
I saw on Instagram a woman say and I quote "I don't care I'll support Taylor and if you disagree I'll ignore you" like what? did she even see the video?

18
Character_Loss_9724 Mar 19, 2026 +16
Yes, this. Megan didn't pick him, but he made it really far and made the entire show unusable. He murdered his ex and she was identified by the serial number on her breast implants IIRC
16
inmyslumber Mar 20, 2026 +9
It was both. Megan had aired a couple of episodes, and VH1 also pulled the season of I Love Money that he was on.
9
VigilMuck Mar 20, 2026 +7
While only 3 episodes made it on air, Megan Hauserman uploaded [Episode 4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0x9pdRCULCY) & [Episode 5](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVDYd3Q3Ado) to her YouTube channel.
7
tetoffens Mar 19, 2026 +9
I know a few that re-edited their seasons kind of on the fly to basically erase someone. It leads to some janky stuff but they still get to air a season. This is a complete and predictable f*** up given her history because there is no editing her out. She's the whole focus.
9
Peppercorn911 Mar 20, 2026 +8
there is an entire season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip that no one has seen due to sexual assault allegations within the cast

HowardBunnyColvin Mar 19, 2026 +50
The boyfriend recorded himself being beat up by her, documenting her throwing chairs, one of them hitting their crying daughter in the head. Later the police came after a neighbor reported the noise. She was charged for the incident but apparently the two are still beefing and Taylor claims the video was "manipulated"
50
Key_Town Mar 19, 2026 +40
> one of them hitting their crying daughter in the head. This is actually not accurate, because it's not his daughter. It makes the video even more heartbreaking because he's the one worried about the safety of a child that's not even his while she's busy throwing chairs.
40
ThePermMustWait Mar 19, 2026 +24
“Still beefing” She strangled him with a necklace and had one other domestic assault incident against him as of last month. His friends/family finally convinced him to get a restraining order against her and maybe file for sole custody. Then tmz dug up this video from two years ago.

Yeah I read the TMZ article and her side is saying this is just slander and an old manipulated video. Looks natural to me
5
BurgerNugget12 Mar 19, 2026 +16
Taylor was a influencer who then made it big on Mormon wives. Had a messy relationship with her ex husband which she ended up pleading guilty to assault, fast forward she was picked as the next bachelorette until today as a video came out of her throwing stools and abusing her ex husband in front of her kid
16
DiamondBurInTheRough Mar 19, 2026 +12
Not that it makes much of a difference but they were never married. It’s her ex boyfriend/baby daddy.
12
Successful_Buffalo_6 Mar 20, 2026 +3
It's wild as hell that they even chose her—and if that video hadn't come out, they would have gone on with the show.
3
alek_hiddel Mar 20, 2026 +3
Allegations? The video shows her beat his ass. She throws 2 bar stools which he deflects, while warning her that her young daughter is sitting there watching. The third bar stool misses him and hits the kid. She "allegedly" needs to lose that kid.
3
smashli1238 Mar 20, 2026 +3

Disney: Fires Johnathan Majors after domestic assault situation where it was very messy betwren him and his girlfriend's stories, and the true story was unclear Also Disney: Keeps her around after she was charged with abuse and had proof of her assaulting her husband and child, not only giving her a reality show, but also putting her on a massive reality competition while promoting her as an amazing mom who is a perfect role model
