Thank goodness the shareholders who had nothing to do with the situation have been held accountable for Epstein‘s crimes. Justice at last.
And the best part is that all the people who actually had something to do with it will be able to avoid prison or being held personally responsible. Yay
I can’t blame his victims for taking whatever money they can get from anyone they can but this is so absurd. The only people who were at fault are the only ones who aren’t facing consequences

I get your point about this doing nothing to hold the pedos accountable, but who gives a f*** about the shareholders? The board will just lay some people off or figure out how to charge their customers extra fees or something and still get their dividends.

It’s not about defending the shareholders it’s the fact that the people taking a loss in this deal had nothing to do with his crimes.

Not sure if you meant to reply to me, but I agree. If your portfolio is that heavy BofA then call your broker and diversify now. The wild take that we should be concerned more about shareholders of f****** Bank of America than the fact they covered up transactions that billionaires made to pay JE his sex trafficking blackmail money is what I take issue with.
Apparently they don't want to come out in discovery so they're settling.
