Beginner rock climbing changed my entire fitness perspective

Started 8 months ago and it is the first exercise I have genuinely looked forward to. It is problem solving disguised as exercise. Your body learns to move in ways that feel alien then suddenly click. The community at climbing gyms is unusually welcoming. I go four times a week and it still doesn't feel like a chore.
