The vast majority of prostate cancer is so slow growing it is never a threat to you. It's the small minority of aggressive cases that is the threat ~20% of male autopsies across all ages are found to have undiagnosed prostate cancer. The old adage is "you're more likely to die with prostate cancer than from prostate cancer" TL;DR this is likely a nothingburger
