So called some kind piece of DT's "DOE" caved in and settled lawsuit begun by several GOP state attorney generals. If democrats can manage majority in House and deep enough bench in senate plan or something similar can be enacted under a POTUS who would sign bill into law. Absent such activity borrowers are screwed.
