Born Again is definitely worth watching. There are a few parts of season 1 that are a kind of rough and you can tell are leftovers from their original plans before the re-writes and re-shoots. But it's really really good! Ignore the haters that complain about lack of action and too much courtroom/legal drama. edit to add: Daredevil has always been a legal drama, so expect it

Old daredevil is one of the best shows I’ve ever seen, born again is good, watch both

nothing will ever top the raw choreography of the hallway fights from the original netflix run tbh. born again is decent so far and it's great seeing charlie and vincent back, but the old show just had this suffocating, gritty atmosphere that you can't easily replicate ngl.

First season of Born Again is kind of rough around the edges because much of the story was set by people other than the original showrunners. They stepped in and kind of set the tone for the end of that season, and now S2 is completely them. It's been great!

Its definitely worth watching. I am currently doing a rewatch of the original series with a friend and i can 100% say that the original show is better. The writing, cinematography and music(especially the lack of it) are a lot better. The scenes in the original show get to breathe and there's no need for music to create the atmosphere, the dialogue does.

I like both series. Born Again is a lose continuation of the original Netflix series.

IMO “old” *Daredevil*, as in the Netflix show from 2015-2018, is an absolute gem and one of the most impressive shows I’ve seen. It makes a couple frustrating decisions in the second season, but those are pretty minor issues and it’s otherwise incredibly well-cast, acted, written, and directed with an array of outstanding action sequences. Genuinely awesome show. Matt/Kingpin are all-timers in terms of memorable hero/villain rivals. Seasons 1 and 3 are among the strongest seasons of television I’ve ever watched. *Born Again*, meanwhile…oh man is it absolute trash. Just awful and a huge insult to everything great about the prior series. In fact, it hits the *American Psycho 2* bar of being so terrible that it doesn’t even bother me all that much because my mind just can’t accept it as part of the same continuity as the original series - and, correspondingly, it doesn’t ruin the original series for me despite the best efforts of the writers. Which makes some sense as *Born Again* was initially construed as taking place in a separate timeline, only for a new set of writers to come in after the fact to try to link it all up with the original series, shifting what would have been a mostly harmless, if still bad, reimagining to a complete mess that misconstrues all the characters and depends on the audience having even less memory of the prior season than the new writers. A single line of dialogue eradicates, without any real explanation, the whole point of the original series’ outstanding third season, for instance. It’s a total travesty in every level, and I have zero clue how anyone is enjoying any of it, or even why Disney didn’t scrap the whole thing early on. Just atrocious writing start to finish, without even well-directed action scenes to make up for it despite the much higher budget. My advice is to just watch and rewatch “old” Daredevil (or even the director’s cut of the Ben Affleck movie) and stay far away from *Born Again*.

No lie, have had to put S2 at 1.25x speed. So many long drawn out scenes or slo mo. It's been pretty boring 

Born Again is decent. It doesn't reach the highs of the original run, and some bits of S1 are kind of rough, since they basically swapped showrunners mid series and the result is a bit of an odd mix of styles. Season 2 has been solid so far, if a little slow paced and lacking a certain something that made the original series great. If you enjoyed Daredevil you'll likely enjoy Born Again.

Season 2 of BA has essentially overtook the Netflix show now. I would rate it 3, 1, 2 BA, 2, 1 BA. **REDACTED** posted a very spoilery selfie on his own social media that showed both the plot they are going with for Season 3 (Its gonna be nuts) and basically that he and at least two other characters are returning. Season 1 of Born Again is extremely rough. You have characters being digitally inserted very badly. You have a scene with Kingpin giving a speech with a CGI mouth. You have the show essentially dropping the series villain the second hes actually revealed. Disney also cheaped out on several returning characters and basically replaced some of them with cheaper counterparts. They also wanted to make it more like the comic book so both of the returning characters of Kingpin and Matt are depicted slightly off in Season 1, Echo, Hawkeye and She-Hulk. Oh and the action is f****** garbage. Quick cut to death and several times Matt basically transforms into a CGI monster that isn't affected by gravity or the laws of physics. So to answer your question, yes you should watch Born Again. Its gonna be really hard getting through Season 1 but it does have jokes and at least two decent action scenes. Also if you pay attention you can see all of the horrible hodgepodge indecisive bullshit Disney pulled. Im not even kidding Vanessa was digitally inserted with different cameras. Shes actually a higher resolution than the rest of the show and there are multiple times where the lighting on her doesn't match the lighting in the scene.

Original show is way better but born again season 2 is decent. The first season was trash

Not worth it, there's better TV shows.
