How is the Trump administration going to choose between deporting an immigrant and pissing off Brazil? Tough choice. JK, given the opportunity they will do anything to make the world hate us.

Ramagem fled to the US on his own accord, and presumably without securing official asylum (hence his detention by ICE). He's wanted back home on charges of plotting a coup alongside Bolsonaro.
