Is the article in Mandarin or something for you? Cause it does actually say accident in literally the first paragraph Furthermore fire fighters are investigating. If it was intentional it would be a police/military matter

I’m with you man pretty suspicious. I’m sure a gas truck explodes every so often at the base of a bridge over a US created canal, on the day of a threatened infrastructure attack by the US in relation to the opening of a strait happens every few days or so

Eh, at least it wasn’t on a Monday morning. Seriously, the worst traffic jam I’ve ever been in was on just a regular ass Monday trying to cut across Panama City to get to the airport. Thought we were doing well to leave our Airbnb 4 hours before our flight…
