Old Navy is full of baggy wide legged pants and jeans .They are very much in style .No more leggings anywhere.Or skinny jeans either .

Man, that’s the one thing that could have stayed in the 00s and 90s. Personal preference, but I prefer fitted clothing.
3
EmmyLou205 Apr 13, 2026 +2
And super low rise jeans.
2
stircrazyathome Apr 13, 2026 +2
I saw a girl wearing gaucho pants with a lacy camisole this morning at brunch. I wore almost the exact same outfit to my 17th birthday dinner in 2004.

It was either this or we would be seeing her obituary. Im glad she is seeking help. Im an addict in recovery and the best thing I ever did was get sober.
1006
Complex_Peak8204 Apr 13, 2026 +131
I'm a few years sober from whiskey over water. I have seen the stuff about her in passing only and it's not only been horrifying but tragic. I am so glad I stopped drinking. Having a memory is nice. I don't have much, but what I have was so f****** worth being sober for.
131
Shitmongaloid Apr 13, 2026 +40
I am so glad you stopped drinking as well. I’m five years sober from being like 50% whiskey. I feel the same damn way
40
CornINyourASS Apr 13, 2026 +8
What triggered you turning around? I feel like I should but it feels so hopeless 90% +of the time
8
citizenrobespierre1 Apr 13, 2026 +14
I'm not the person you're replying to, but I have an answer that might give some hope - sometimes there is no trigger. Sometimes, and this is usually the times it sticks, you wake up and realise that you want to, because you are worth it. Not anyone else, you - you rediscover your self worth, and want to do it for yourself. And the day that happens is the day you stop, or it was in my case, and often that day comes out of nowhere. I have a life, now - a bloody good one. A husband who I adore and two beautiful children, a stable job and a great relationship with my friends and extended family. I go on walks and enjoy the fresh air, and cook, and clean, and look after myself. I look great. I feel great. Have hope. You deserve that.
14
WhiteChristmasDust Apr 13, 2026 +1
Damn reading this made me cry. I recently made the decision to cut back a lot out of the blue. I’m down to drinking about once a month. I am worth it!!

Student___Driver Apr 13, 2026 +10
Or a bunch of idiot internet experts seeking to free Brittany until she freed herself from this space and time.
10
cmaia1503 Apr 12, 2026 +372
> She checked in a few days ago somewhere in the United States. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... people close to the singer had been urging her to check herself in and she finally agreed to do so voluntarily. > As one source put it ... "She realizes she hit rock bottom." > Britney has had issues with drugs -- in particular Adderall -- and alcohol for years. During her many trips to Mexico, she made it a point to replenish her Adderall supply. > Our sources say ... part of the reason she's gone to rehab now is because of her pending DUI case. As one source says, "She knows strategically this will look good in front of the judge -- that she's taking it seriously."
372
SnooOnions4908 Apr 13, 2026 +65
"Adderall"
65
pancakedemon3 Apr 13, 2026 +29
Sure, Jan…
29
Anon_ScottishFold Apr 13, 2026 +36
They misspelled METH. Whyyyy do they always blame Adderall and Alcohol? Just be for real. It’s part of recovery.
36
buttscratcher3k Apr 13, 2026 +19
its more brand firendly
19
Anon_ScottishFold Apr 13, 2026 +3
Ah, that makes a lot of sense. I haven’t kept up with her in the last 15ish years… does she have any brand deals currently?
3
zuuzuu Apr 13, 2026 +15
Britney is the brand.
15
buttscratcher3k Apr 13, 2026 +5
Well rn it's about making her not look like a total degenerate to the judge of her court case, and also any future or current deals which i'm sure shes got going on. Much easier to rehab from alcohol and adhd meds than say fentanyl or some other hard drugs, that goes into the judges decisionmaking for punishment.
5
partial_to_dreamers Apr 13, 2026 +12
Adderall can be pretty methy if you take enough. It is Amphetamine Salts...same family branch.
12
PsilocybVibe Apr 13, 2026 +1
Mixing alcohol and adderall regularly can cause someone to go absolutely insane. I’ve seen it happen.
1
No-Stranger2936 Apr 12, 2026 +224
Why does her openly saying she "knows strategically this will look good in front of the judge" seem strategically like a bad idea?
224
HereOnCompanyTime Apr 12, 2026 +70
It's a "source" saying it and TBH the entire thing gave a backhanded compliment vibe.
70
sparklycilantro Apr 12, 2026 +106
A source said that Not her.
106
North_Connection_845 Apr 12, 2026 +21
The judge isn’t stupid anyhow
21
teflon_soap Apr 12, 2026 +45
I don’t know, this is America
45
Bland_Boring_Jessica Apr 13, 2026 +17
Don't catch you slippin' now
17
teflon_soap Apr 13, 2026 +20
Judges be trippin' now (woo)
20
SeniorPuddykin Apr 12, 2026 +15
Not stupid but sometimes they need an excuse to help the defendant. America has always been about the rich and famous grtting preferential treatment. For example: whichever judge decides Tiger’s fate is probably a golf fan and Tiger going to rehab will make it easier for them to grant some leniency.
15
Odd-Passenger7 Apr 12, 2026 +6
Or that young kid (not worth mentioning the name) that drove a couple of hours and murdered those protesters. Judge had a DT style ring tone going off in court.
6
Sherm Apr 13, 2026 +3
> Not stupid but sometimes they need an excuse to help the defendant. America has always been about the rich and famous grtting preferential treatment. Just like The Simpsons said: *"I should put you away where you can't kill or main us, But this is LA, and you're rich and faaaaaaammmoouuus..."*
3
artfulpain Apr 13, 2026 +2
She also is famous and has money. Good luck trying to do that as a pleb.
2
corndogs102 Apr 12, 2026 +14
Wait she just posted on insta yesterday (well… it was the same vid she posted a few months ago.)
14
will_write_for_tacos Apr 13, 2026 +15
Celebrities often have people who run their social media accounts when they cannot.
15
New_Implement_7562 Apr 13, 2026 +32
I know this is true, but it seems wild to me that anyone but her would post the kind of stuff she posts on IG.
32
will_write_for_tacos Apr 13, 2026 +6
It depends on what's going on. I have no doubt most of her content is coming directly from her and some may be from someone at her direction who is paid to do exactly as they are told.
6
shitparty69 Apr 13, 2026 +7
Crazy how closely an adderall problem resembles a meth problem
7
kmm198700 Apr 13, 2026 +20
I didn’t know she had a DUI. So did Justin Timberlake. We’re back baby!
20
uprightsalmon Apr 12, 2026 +6
She probably stepped it up from there
6
Embarrassed_Kiwi_31 Apr 13, 2026 +4
Adderall helps me keep my dental appointments, clean up my apartment, and be a functioning memeber of society. Home girl is over here pole dancing with literal shit strewn around and her teeth look rotted - I think her drug dealers just slapped an “adderall” label on the meth and called it good, which makes sense considering most people assume they are the same despite being chemically different.
4
BumbaclotGinny Apr 12, 2026 +5
They prescribe Adderall in Mexico?!?! Last I checked they didn’t
5
Ok-Yogurt-3914 Apr 13, 2026 +5
It's not sold at all. I doubt she was getting it in Mexico.
5
CharlieBaumhauser Apr 13, 2026 +11
They sure do. I have bought adderall in Mexico no less than a dozen times.
11
top_round_plus Apr 12, 2026 +111
If she can do it so can I!
111
cheesybiscuits912 Apr 13, 2026 +64
If you're talking about going to rehab to get clean yes you absolutely can!! If I can do it so can you! 11 years clean and never looking back
64
forgot_username1234 Apr 13, 2026 +18
You absolutely can. ❤️
18
linoleumknife Apr 13, 2026 +5
You totally can. If you want any info on it let me know.
5
Sven_88 Apr 13, 2026 +2
Coming from someone who thought they’d never get sober, you totally can. Please look into resources around you. Depending on the substance you may not just be able to quit cold or without medical supervision.
2
TesticleezzNuts Apr 12, 2026 +34
Bless her, hope she can get some clean time and get her head straight. She could really do with some happiness.
34
Pale-Succotash441 Apr 13, 2026 +32
She checked in a few days ago but is still posting to IG. That’s not how rehab works…for ANYBODY.

She needs a real ass rehab and not these Malibu day spa rehabs
30
LucidWitch Apr 12, 2026 +38
I’m glad she’s seeking the support she deserves. Being an addict doesn’t mean you need to be in a conservatorship. That’s not how it works with most people and it’s not how it should work with her. She deserves her freedom no matter what. And with her freedom, she seeks sobriety after a period of suffering. I applaud her and wish her the best.
38
Skittleavix Apr 12, 2026 +31
ITT: People who know f*** all about addiction
31
ddiamond8484 Apr 13, 2026 +79
I’m a therapist that’s worked in detoxes and rehabs for the past 7 years. I really wish people would drop the terms junkie, addict, alcoholic, etc. I also went through major struggles with addiction and identified as an “addict” for a while. They’re weaponized against people. I’ve never met someone struggling with addiction who didn’t have some major trauma in their life. They’re self medicating trauma survivors- but when they’re reduced to a label like junkie or addict, it wholly invalidates them. It’s saying “you are a problem” instead of “you have a problem.” It negatively impacts the court systems, hospital protocols, employment opportunities, and more and more aspects of society. I think it’s ok to say someone is “addicted to drugs” or struggles with “alcoholism.” That’s a very different thing than calling someone an alcoholic or addict. The opposite of addiction is connection, and all these terms do is perpetuate divisions between “addicts” and “normies” when both are just harmful terms. The sooner we drop those labels the better. We have to evolve and see people as more than their worst and most significant behaviors. I’m arguing for the humanity of a demonized population.
79
linoleumknife Apr 13, 2026 +17
Que? I was an alcoholic, still am really, just don't drink anymore and don't plan to do it again. But I don't get your problem with the term alcoholic. It's exactly what anybody should have called me back when I was drinking.
17
sleepysnowboarder Apr 13, 2026 +10
Yeah 4 years clean and went through 6 months of rehab, I am 100% an addict, I'm not a "self medicating trauma survivor" that's just ridiculous, contrived, and way more belittling to me. One of the first things in rehab you do is literally accept/admit you are an addict, there's nothing wrong with the term that defines what your problem is. Teaching people that they are a 'self medicating trauma survivor' sounds like a excuse for them to relapse
10
feellikebeingajerk Apr 13, 2026 +14
People should look up the research on ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences). The more you have the higher your likelihood of issues as an adult. I’ve had a few friends successfully go through rehab and they both had a high count. I think if people educated themselves on trauma they’d see the many different ways it manifests itself and they wouldn’t be so judgmental.
14
TheGloryBe_throwaway Apr 13, 2026 +10
Junkie, sure. Addict and Alcoholic though? That’s just the truth if the person really is addicted or an alcoholic. If the plain and simple truth invokes such a negative response hurt response, then that means there’s more work to be done to get that person where they need to be- comfortable with the truth of their situation.
10
VapidRapidRabbit Apr 13, 2026 +21
Anyone who looked at her teeth could see she was abusing meth, but it’s good she’s seeking the help she’s desperately needed.
21
EmiratesNBACupWinner Apr 13, 2026 +18
I mean it was clear just from the way she’s been posting online the last few years. That was typical spun behavior. I’ve seen it first hand too many times
18
Greedy-Pilot-4538 Apr 12, 2026 +7
This isnt suprising
7
UptownB Apr 12, 2026 +22
Glad she’s getting help but she still deserves jail time. All that money and she wants to drive drunk. I don’t have any sympathy for drunk driving.
22
BeneficialHamster567 Apr 13, 2026 +4
It seems like she was really needing this. Hope she's gets the help she needs. Not exactly a fan of hers, but the public sideshow wasn't funny it entertaining to me.
4
Dangerous_Mango_3637 Apr 13, 2026 +4
This is the best news I have heard for a while .
4
Ill_Discussion7528 Apr 12, 2026 +8
Good for her. Hope it helps.
8
Lemazze Apr 12, 2026 +18
No shit. Anyone thinking she was clean and just acting weird « cuz » are out of their minds…. This is a deeply mentally ill person who’s self medicating with a bunch of enablers around her.
18
No-Illustrator4964 Apr 12, 2026 +3
Good for her, I hope she gets well and can be in a better place.
3
PeekyMonkeyB Apr 13, 2026 +3

Shocked, I am absolutely shocked by this turn of events
15
Away-Boysenberry-584 Apr 12, 2026 +12
Following her IG for all of a week, I could definitely tell you she needs rehab.
12
corndogs102 Apr 12, 2026 +12
If he follows her Instagram for the past five years, anyone could’ve told you she needed rehab
12
Heavy_Front_3712 Apr 12, 2026 +10
You should have seen her when she was channeling the Babadook.... She really needs help.
10
AirbagOff Apr 12, 2026 +2
Oops, she did it again.
2
dragonfliesloveme Apr 12, 2026 +10
\>Our sources say ... part of the reason she's gone to rehab now is because of her pending DUI case. As one source says, "She knows strategically this will look good in front of the judge -- that she's taking it seriously." There we go. It’s an attempt for leniency from the judge in her DUI case, a common maneuver in these types of cases
10
Top-Pomegranate4899 Apr 13, 2026 +1
You know what the best thing for me was? No one knowing I was in rehab.

Anyone who grew up with her and has seen the fallout should just wish her the best. I hope seeking help this time works for her. There's so many other things in the world to be focused on. Let her be. Best wishes.

Good for her. I hope she gets the care and help she needs.

Seems like the conservatorship was maybe a good idea?

JoeyDawsonJenPacey Apr 12, 2026 +102
Perhaps if it had been by a group of people who weren’t family and dependent on her money. The conservatorship and treatment by her family is what caused her psychotic break.

I 100% believe she needed (and still needs) a lot of help but the people doing it were totally the wrong people to do it

We don't "officially" know what caused her break... but what we do know, in general, is that mental illness is genetic. I'm not trying to take the blame away from her evil family - just that, our treatment for mental illness isn't completely dependent on having a hard life or not.

No. Her causing a police standoff and being deemed an unfit mother all happened before the cship. Blaming her family for her psychotic break is rewriting history.

VenusAmari Apr 12, 2026 +4
She was placed under the conservatorship because of her psychotic break. The conservatorship went on too long and took advantage of it and made the issue worse but it is not the origin.

Lol, no.

Jeffrey_C_Wheaties Apr 12, 2026 +15
A conservatorship? Yes, possibly. *The* Conservatorship? No
15
CosmicQuantum42 Apr 12, 2026 +11
Why is Tiger Woods not in a conservatorship then? Or Charlie Sheen back in his meltdown days? If everyone who had substance abuse or mental health problems was in a conservatorship it’d be a huge percentage of the population.
11
kazumi_yosuke Apr 12, 2026 +7
Anyone without money would not have obtained that conservatorship

KruleDiablo Apr 12, 2026 +12
Yes just not under the people that had control of her
12
Future-self Apr 12, 2026 +9
Maybe a good idea, but done poorly(?)

PorscheUberAlles Apr 12, 2026 +15
It was never about her health; it was only about her earning power for her family
15
Guilty-Ad-7691 Apr 13, 2026 +4
I think it’s easy to say that, but look at how she’s spun out of control since. She needed that because homegirl can’t manage life on her own.

Princessformidable Apr 12, 2026 +6
Should everyone who has gone to rehab be in one? What number of celebrities is that?
6
battleofflowers Apr 12, 2026 +9
No it wasn't. We're allowed to live our own lives and control our own money, even if we completely f*** it up.

Don’t leave Brittany alone!!!

vanwyngarden Apr 12, 2026 +5
Read her book. Will make you rethink anything that has to do with her family

MaximumAd9779 Apr 12, 2026 +8
I posit that whatever drugs they required her to take during the conservatorship fucked her up more than anything she could do herself. The woman we see now is not the same woman who went into that conservatorship.

copperblood Apr 12, 2026 +4
Now now Netflix just had to make that show and thus the public narrative shifted and Britney was able to fly off the rails. This is known as a cognitive bias

Ok-Stress-3570 Apr 12, 2026 +2
I always bring this up - but Kathy Griffin did a great bit about this like, "hey gays, great job freeing Britney! But ummmm.... did you think this through?"
2
Fly3rBoi Apr 12, 2026 +5
And water is wet. I hope she gets the help she needs…again.

Finito-1994 Apr 13, 2026 +2
Naw. Legit leave Britney alone. I was thankfully too young to join in on the bandwagon the first time and I just want this woman to finally be at peace.
