Supplying them with food, not weapons. India has always been sending humanitarian aid to countries regardless of the people in power. They routinely send food shipments to North Korea aswell as many smaller African countries, they were the first country send humanitarian aid to Syria and Turkey when earthquakes hit their population centers, despite Syria being under Assad at the time and Turkey being under Erdogan( Erdogan's government doesn't have good relations with India due to their stance on kashmir among other things). Hell India even sent pakistan thousands of tonnes in aid during the kashmir earthquakes and 2010 pakistan flood crisis
