Just ban making these video blogs of family life. The mental health and privacy of children certainly beats the freedom of expression of the parents.
We also need the adults who grew up with these types of parents to speak up.

this is a good thing. however, unfortunately because parents have the ability to grant consent for many things, it is not consistent either.

For awhile you had to be a famous person to get your personal life blasted online. Now all you need is an insane mom.
So now you can tell mom take my life off your blog and she got ten days to do it? Sounds good to me. Should be a national law. But I suppose it's got to pass California first then everyone sees how it works out in practice for awhile.

Yeah I'd say children of celebrities having publicity without consent is bad enough, if it's coming from inside the house that is to me a sin against the child(ren).

Not sure this is constitutional. This seems to violate 1st amendment

I'd say it constitutes child abuse. We had rules about how long child actors can work, this has the potential to never end because it's their damn parents.
Then again, I'd say progenerating a life constitutes child abuse.

Much of the power is in speech, which content doesn't really fall under and why it can be so regulated.
The press and assembly for example have many restrictions, where verbal speech is basically only restricted if it leads to direct and imminent harm.
