Chinese students in western universities can earn money by performing pro-China activities or ratting out any anti-China sentiment in their fellow students activities.

This week so far, this guy says Spain is hostile and protecting Iran, Finland is incompetent, China is Europe’s daddy, UK is irrelevant, US has no soldiers in Iran, wants to boycott Canada, “Ukraine isn’t our war”.

I’m Chinese in America too and it’s made up stuff like this that makes me scared we’re going to end up in concentration camps if war between the US and China ever breaks out.

One of my professors is from China and he told us how the Chinese government tried to extort him to always hand out his research or if not his family could he jailed. Luckily he was able to bring all of his family.

China is always warning its citizens about foreign spies. I lived in China for 3 years. A girl I dated had parents that were convinced I was a spy because the government brainwashed them into thinking that was the only reason a foreign man would want to date a Chinese woman.
