I’ve met some folks who I consider holy, too. Usually they are far removed from organized religion. Generally they are teachers, or caregivers.

Actually, the fun part is the kids could well be suffering torments worse than you can possible imagine for all time, depending on the creed and their actions in life. So he can go "oops my bad" and get a free ride to paradise and some of the little 'uns he diddled could be being tortured forever and ever. Isn't god great? I mean I guess it's not that fun.

Unless those kids don't die Christians, in which case it's straight to hell for them. Or at least that's what some people believe. To me, the idea of forgiveness for those who have truly changed is easier to stomach than that part of the philosophy.
