I really don't want to be in the position of defending Jake tapper, but c'mon... That book was released 4 months after Trump was inaugurated and like 10 months after Biden dropped out. If anything, we needed real reporting on Bidens state earlier so the Dems could have an actual primary.

Tapper wrote a book about Biden?  I honestly did not know that. I don't like Tapper, but don't pretend that debate was not a career ender.

Yeah but Tapper piled on. And wouldn’t hesitate to mention Biden and his cognitive health on his show, while saying nothing about how Agent Orange has obviously declined in the past ten years. It was pretty sleazy.

I can't speak to how Jake Tapper covered that election, and I have a lot of questions about that book.  I do agree that Jake Tapper is sleazy and I think people should not watch his show. I'm learning that I still have a lot of unresolved anger towards Biden and that debate performance.  That should never have happened.

I agree that it was a career ender, what I cannot for the life of me figure out is why people can see that for one side of the political spectrum but not the other. Trump (in my opinion) was embarassing in every debate he ever appeared in. He oozed and still oozes "not Presidential material". I wouldn't hire him to run reception in a small business...

Seriously. It's like people only watch YouTube influencers in here without actually watching what they say in full. Between Biden's debate performance and Clooney (who suddenly showed up from France) who spoke out, it was over for him. Then the same people who complain in here didn't show up to vote for Kamala.  Listnook was busy whining about Gaza and in part handed Trump his victory.
