And now it is closed again, with reports of tankers being fired upon.

Indian tankers nonetheless. Iranians are f****** stupid.

At least they've been more consistent than Trump throughout this whole matter. I don't think I could handle it if both sides were completely erratic.

Nonsense, Trump has also consistently been stupid.

No, they’re not. They’re firing at friendly tankers. They were letting Indian tankers pass through before. This isn’t consistent behavior.

Excerpt "OSLO, April 18 (Reuters) - A convoy of eight tankers was crossing the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday, data showed, as some ship owners said they hoped Tehran would allow them to ‌leave the Gulf during a short ceasefire window in the Iran war. The group - comprising one very large crude oil carrier (VLCC), several oil product and chemical tankers and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carriers - was passing through Iranian waters south of Larak island, according to MarineTraffic data. More tankers were seen following from the Gulf."

And undoubtedly they paid in Yuan.

They were fired upon. Either they didn’t pay….or Iran didn’t care.

Yeah I did just now see the thing about someone being fired on. I don't see why Iran would fire on a vessel that paid the toll. It kinda seemed like all just decided to make a break for it at once or something.

They should have done like the people running red lights. As long as you’re tailgating the guy in front of you, you can keep going, even after you’re told to stop.

No mention of where these ships travelled to after leaving the Gulf. If I were a betting man I would wager that they went east. I wonder when the US will be done with all of this winning.
