Glad I saw this post, just got watched the first ep and loved it. Funny, depressing and messy af. Always down to check out a NZ show (it's old but Outrageous Fortune is one of my all time favs)

I’m so confused on the ending. I have so many questions about episode 8, I just don’t understand

I just finished episode 8 and I’m fuming 😤 anybody else up to date?

I liked the first episode but then it went downhill from there and I don't get why it's getting so much kudos. Just feel like Holly Shervey went full on with caricatures with those in the facility and then tried to justify her character with the whole back story with what actually happened with the drunk driving charge. But then also lets recognise that she sexually assaulted one of the residents several times but we're supposed to view it as this character breakthrough? I wonder how much input she had for making her character an addict given that was clearly not her lived experience.

lol i'm so behind on episodes but frankie's sister deserves better than all this drama 😭 need to catch up this weekend

Yeah Frankie and L‑Cat are like chaos gremlins you can’t look away from. Frankie’s sister feels like the only adult. Rewatching the pilot really adds layers.
