You've seen it before but it's a fine version of that thing you've seen before. So if you're in the mood for that, proceed.

I'll second this take. Familiar plot, solid cast, decent writing. A reasonable way to pass some time.

It's worth it, the score was a highlight for me and the direction is very solid

It does not reinvent the heist genre but it solidly lands a place in the list of to-watch. Great cinematography, characters, action, all pretty well balanced.

Critics loved it, audiences loved it, it just got unlucky at the box office. 143 minutes well spent.

I was fine. I was entertained and enjoying it while watching, but I cannot recall much detail. I was never really bored, it's just not something that stands out to me.

I just started it up 30 minutes ago since it looked interesting when it hit theatres. So far, it's been okay but not great, lots of different threads though they might start tying together soon. Solid cast. I can update once I finish.

Update: was pretty good, but not fantastic. Fell shy of my hopes, but I don't regret seeing it. Some good driving scenes and tense moments, but doesn't quite click.

Enjoyable while watching, forgettable once it's over.

I’m glad it’s starting to get an audience. I saw it in the theater, but I don’t think the box office was that strong…it’s a banger, and pretty tight even at 143 mins. It takes its time, but it’s filled with some great scenes.

It's fine. I wanted more from it, but I don't regret watching it.

Just finished and yeah it was decent. Barry Keoghan character was kinda retarded though lol

I thought it was fine. Slick and pretty well acted.

Its a safe movie. I called it a crime cute (instead of a meet cute. I know it won't catch on lol)

Weirdly even though everyone was saying it's a good 90 minute movie in a 2 hour package, I remember a few plots that felt dropped/abrupt.. But still a decent way to kill a few hours, it ain't reinventing the wheel but does what it sets out to do pretty well.

I loved it because it gave me 90's heist thriller vibes. Stuff Soderbergh got famous for. So because of that, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

It’s equivalent to a Jason Statham movie. If you would enjoy a Jason Statham movie, you will enjoy Crime 101.  I saw it in theatres as a last minute pick, did not regret paying for the ticket.

It's ok, nothing special. Definitely too long and builds up to absolutely nothing happening at the end, it was such a major disappointingly anti climatic ending. Felt like they had half a decent story but then didn't know what to do with the rest. Kheoghan was horribly miscast and his character just chaotic for the sake of it. One of those watch once and never again films.

Saw it in the cinema. Just a really good, solid, LA Crime flick, with great action, touches of humor, surprising artfulness, a few things to say thematically, and a satisfying conclusion. Way better value for my money than The Killer (2023) by David Fincher.

Plenty of terrible films out there. This ain’t one of them. Worth it.

It's a slower paced movie about the people involved and not an action crime movie. I'm not saying there's not action, but there's definitely more scenes of nothing happening while people contemplate their life choices.

It’s nothing special, and it’s not horribly bad. I work from home and I had it on in the background. It’s that kind of movie 2/4 stars
