His collaborations with Kali Uchis and Laufey already got removed last year. His collaboration with the Kid Laroi only got removed in the last few days
131
Competitive-Desk7506 Apr 23, 2026 +23
Damiano also had removed the collab around the time of the initial incident
23
hitalec Apr 23, 2026 +13
Kid Laroi was a true believer
13
no_es_buen0 Apr 24, 2026 +26
I'm getting old. Who TF are all these people?
26
Luckiest_Creature Apr 24, 2026 +20
Musicians, Laufey does a neo-jazz sort of thing (it’s pretty good tbh) and Kali Uchis does R&B/pop with some Spanish influence and sometimes Spanish lyrics. :) I did have to google Kid Laroi, he’s a rapper
20
myeverlastingluv Apr 24, 2026 +11
Laroi is a singer. He came up off rap then ofc like many others like him pivoted into a pop direction
11
Luckiest_Creature Apr 24, 2026 +4
Ah, ty for the correction :)

wallowsworld Apr 24, 2026
You’re not getting old, times just moved past you. Either adapt or stay the same it’s your choice.

futuranotfree Apr 24, 2026 +2
a sociopath like that who killed a child just to keep his career must be tormented over the industry turning on him, and artists he looks up to severing their ties. I hope hes bawling his heart out
2
BrosefDudeson Apr 24, 2026 +1
Watching the artful dodger last week and seeing his name pop up in the captions did my head in
1
SuzylikesSpace Apr 23, 2026 +89
No idea if it’s even possible but I wonder if his song on Arcane S2 will be edited out and replaced with something else on Netflix, since it’s such an iconic scene
89
uniparalum Apr 23, 2026 +73
I wonder the same about his song that he made for Invincible season 2
73
Guilty_Jackfruit4484 Apr 23, 2026 +11
I doubt it
11
Cheeseguy43 Apr 24, 2026
As shitty as he is, I hope not. That’s a good f****** song. Punish the artist, not the art
0
uniparalum Apr 24, 2026 +6
I’m not really interested in hearing the voice of an alleged murderer and child sex abuser myself. I just will skip the section of the show whenever it plays if they don’t change it I guess lol
6
Salvage570 Apr 24, 2026 -5
Not sure about murderer but "Alleged sex abuser" kinda just describes most popular musicians, especially in the 70s-80s
-5
uniparalum Apr 24, 2026 +2
Yeah, I’m sure that most popular musicians, after their arrest on suspected homicide, were found to have CSAM material on their cellphone. Dude is absolute scum. More charges for the child p********** are likely coming. Not interested in hearing his music in a show I like regardless of it is considered art or not.
2
Useful-Soup8161 Apr 23, 2026 +43
It’s possible. Other shows have made edits after they originally aired. For example Louis CK had voiceover cameo in Gravity Falls and after the allegations came out about him his voice was edited out and was replaced with the voice of the shows creator. Another example was a copyright issue, Netflix couldn’t get the rights to a song in an episode of Supernatural so they had to change it when they got the streaming rights to the show.
43
bayleysgal1996 Apr 23, 2026 +8
Huh, totally forgot Louie CK cameoed in Gravity Falls
8
Useful-Soup8161 Apr 23, 2026 +6
It was like one or two short scenes so it was easy to fix. TJ miller had a recurring role and they didn’t replace him. That would actually be a lot of work.
6
Chapple69 Apr 24, 2026 +5
Reminds me of the Amazon prime kids show lost in oz where 1 of the characters was voiced by Allison Mack and they ended up redubbing all of her lines with Grey Delisle due to Allison being apart of NXIVM
5
agaloch2314 Apr 24, 2026 +2
The entire first season of Supernatural. It’s unwatchable with the ‘new’ music.
2
Useful-Soup8161 Apr 24, 2026 +1
They replaced ALL of the music from the first season?!
1
Guilty_Jackfruit4484 Apr 23, 2026 -11
I highly doubt it. That is weird thing to do.
-11
Regular-Mastodon-430 Apr 23, 2026 +17
It’s really not. This isn’t on the level of an artist behaving badly in a way that they can wave it away… he had gigabytes of child sexual abuse material on his phone (in addition to allegedly killing an innocent girl). This is on the level of the lead singer from Lostprophets, they are going to go scorched earth on anything he touched. There’s no way his music stays in Arcane.
17
Guilty_Jackfruit4484 Apr 23, 2026 -15
That show and song were released already. Why change it? His crimes have no affect on that show.
-15
HereOnCompanyTime Apr 23, 2026 +6
It's a streaming show, it can easily be removed and replaced. Weird thing to get defensive about.
6
Regular-Mastodon-430 Apr 23, 2026 +9
Because they don’t want their art associated with someone who has committed heinous crimes? This isn’t hard to understand. It’s not their fault they collaborated with a murderer and child abuser if they didn’t know it at the time, but to wonder why they might care now that they know? lol. Use some common sense.
9
Guilty_Jackfruit4484 Apr 23, 2026 -12
Majority of people don't give a shit about who sang the song in that scene.
-12
Eleoste Apr 24, 2026 +6
Insane how confident people talk with zero supporting evidence lmao And then you said you don’t watch or listen to neither 🤣 absolute monkey behavior
6
Guilty_Jackfruit4484 Apr 24, 2026 -3
Totally insane bro 😎
-3
neversunnyinanywhere Apr 23, 2026 +8
Clearly you don’t.
8
Guilty_Jackfruit4484 Apr 23, 2026 -5
I havent even seen the show nor have I listened to his music.
-5
SuzylikesSpace Apr 23, 2026 +7
Then what exactly is your point? If you have no interest in the show or his music maybe leave the conversation to those that do instead of arguing for a the sake of arguing?
7
Guilty_Jackfruit4484 Apr 24, 2026 -2
Man you guys really seem to keep defending tbis guy. He's a killer, just let it go.
-2
bayleysgal1996 Apr 23, 2026 +116
I didn’t know Laufey collabed with him but I’m glad it’s no longer available
116
Late_Ambassador7470 Apr 23, 2026 +28
Wow @ the amount of people in here that both: \-Seem upset at these songs being removed \-Don't understand that an artist can withdraw their songs from stores even if D4vid is featured on them. Artists reserve the right to not be associated with someone they didn't know sucked as a person
28

This entire headline is gibberish to me
9
Icy-Whale-2253 Apr 23, 2026 +15
Murderer and child роrn haver who happens to be a singer made songs with other famous singers… those songs have been removed from streaming.
15
claimticket Apr 23, 2026 +36
… because you don’t recognize names? I don’t either, but that doesn’t make it gibberish?
36
Technical-Outside408 Apr 23, 2026 +40
Failure to use context clues i guess.
40
blahmeh2019 Apr 23, 2026 +4
I think they just mean that they dont recognize any of the artists and I dont either
4
suff0cat Apr 23, 2026 +25
If only they had a device at their finger tips that could provide the answer to such queries faster than they can self report as a stagnant human being who can’t be bothered to pay attention to the world around them. Weird little isolationist freaks.

Welcome to Listnook. One of the few places where people think they look cool for not knowing things

That implies I know the race of any of these people. For all I know they are AI artists.
-3
pototoykomaliit Apr 23, 2026 +2
Would recommend Laufey. She’s bringing back jazz to pop music.

Musicians with relatively large pop culture followings

Curtains for Zoosha, you say?

His collaboration with Damiano in Tangerine was removed a long time ago, shortly after that incident came to light. I know because I’m a Damiano superfan.
1
GIMME_SOME_GANJA Apr 23, 2026 -14
Don’t like the idea of people removing artists from streaming based on crimes they commit.
-14
TurnMeOnTurnMeOut Apr 23, 2026 +14
Well he was a featured artists, so its more that the artists whos song it was made the decision to not be associated/enriched based on the song with him. d4vd’s songs/spotify page will still be up alongside the likes of R Kelly, Marilyn Manson, etc.
14
Useful-Soup8161 Apr 23, 2026 +5
I think his music is still available, it’s more that the people he collaborated with don’t want to be associated with him so they had the songs removed.
5
BussyRiot420 Apr 23, 2026 +2
Yeah he's the real victim here 🙄
2
AP_in_Indy Apr 23, 2026 +2
Who said that
2
GIMME_SOME_GANJA Apr 23, 2026
That’s what I said? Can’t stand this app sometimes, how is it possible to read what I said and then be like “WAIT THIS GUY SAID D4VD IS THE VICTIM HERE” you’re a clown.
0
Infamous_Aardvark146 Apr 23, 2026 -12
Holy virtue signal batman Taking the songs off streaming aint getting this dude put in jail any quicker
-12
HutSutRawlson Apr 23, 2026 +22
I don’t think it’s “virtue signaling” at all. They don’t want to be associated with a disgraced individual. This is done in pure self interest.
22
iLician Apr 23, 2026 -1
why is R kelly still on them?
-1
HutSutRawlson Apr 23, 2026 +7
Is he? I just looked up the Lady Gaga/R Kelly collab on Apple Music and it’s not there. Instead there’s a version with her and Christina Aguilera. As for R Kelly’s solo music, that’s his prerogative to take it down or not. D4vd’s solo work is still available as well.
7
Infamous_Aardvark146 Apr 23, 2026 -9
"Im going to remove this song everyone likes because i want people to know i feel icky for making a song with someone" sure sounds like virtue signaling to me
-9
HutSutRawlson Apr 23, 2026 +10
Well I’m sure it sounds like that to you, because you just put words in their mouths to support what you’re accusing them of. The fact is: none of these artists made any sort of statement about why they did this. So this is just you making assumptions about them, because you want to be angry I guess?
10
Infamous_Aardvark146 Apr 23, 2026 -7
Angry?  Lol no. I just like poking fun at the people who are clapping like seals over these songs becoming less accessible. Listnook activists unite!!!
-7
neversunnyinanywhere Apr 23, 2026 +3
What a weird hobby, but if that’s fun for you I guess go for it

-2
NickyNichols Apr 24, 2026 +9
Good thing you took the time to comment then.
9
MoonoftheStar Apr 23, 2026 -9
We're removing art the moment somebody commits a serious offence. Why? For what purpose?
-9
HutSutRawlson Apr 23, 2026 +8
Because you don’t want your name out there associated with someone facing those allegations.
8
MoonoftheStar Apr 23, 2026 +5
If collaborators wants to distance themselves that's fine.
5
SpiritedBug6942 Apr 24, 2026 +2
That’s exactly what’s being reported on- collaborators removing their collaborations.
2
SpiritedBug6942 Apr 23, 2026 +15
Because why would you want to financially support an offender like that by consuming their media?
15
MoonoftheStar Apr 23, 2026 -2
How do you financially support somebody in prison?
-2
AP_in_Indy Apr 23, 2026 +6
By earning them money from streaming which can then be directed to them by family and attorneys or offer them a cozy nest egg once they are released
6
MoonoftheStar Apr 23, 2026 -3
You don't get released for premeditated murder. There is nothing wrong with their families earning from their art.
-3
AP_in_Indy Apr 24, 2026 +1
He hasn’t even been convicted yet
1
One_Lung_G Apr 23, 2026 +11
Bc f*** em that’s why
11
MoonoftheStar Apr 23, 2026
Yes f*** them, not the art.
0
One_Lung_G Apr 23, 2026 +2
F*** them and the art. Don’t know about you but I wouldn’t want to hear my daughter’s rapist and murders voice anywhere. Especially when she is the inspiration for much of the music. F*** em.
2
MoonoftheStar Apr 23, 2026 +1
YOU don't have to. Preventing other people from doing that is wrong.
1
jestfuliron Apr 24, 2026 +2
Idk to this day i still dont like chris brown
2
MoonoftheStar Apr 24, 2026 +1
Neither do I. The women in my office still listen to his songs though.
1
jestfuliron Apr 24, 2026 +1
That doesnt piss u off even a little bit?
1
MoonoftheStar Apr 24, 2026 +1
It surprised me as I didn't expect to hear women who I would call progressive listening to Chris Brown. That's when I realised how true it was that the internet isn't real life.
1
boxofstuff Apr 24, 2026
It took you all the way to having a full time job with other adults just to realize the internet isn't real life?
0
neversunnyinanywhere Apr 23, 2026 +5
Are you being serious right now?
5
Gurashish1000 Apr 23, 2026 +2
My guess is collaborations are different. Imagine you're kid laroi and the person you collaborated with committed a serious offence. Do you wanna have your name associated with that guy forever? It's probably a image management steps from other collaborators. Like they don't want someone 10 yrs in future thinking, wow kid Laroi collaborated with this POS (even tho it happened before he turned to be a PoS).
2
MoonoftheStar Apr 23, 2026 +1
If collaborators wants to distance themselves that's fine.

4
sedcar Apr 23, 2026 -4
Laufey involved confirmed.
-4
AmazingTomBombadil Apr 23, 2026 -23
Does anyone actually know any of these names? Did their parents dislike them?
-23
victionicious Apr 23, 2026 +6
Well Laufey is Icelandic and that's her actual first name lmao. Kali Uchis is a big name (her biggest song telepatía has 1.6 billion listens on Spotify for example). I found her through her song with Tyler The Creator in 2018 called After The Storm - I think her voice is really nice. They're just stage names in genres you might not listen to, but they're still pretty popular artists. We're just getting old, haha.
6
AP_in_Indy Apr 23, 2026
Music is a lot more distributed now there’s like 1 million popular artists at any given point in time. It’s kind of neat but at the same time it’s ridiculous trying to keep up with it all
0
victionicious Apr 24, 2026 +2
Oh yeah no doubt. I used to DJ parties and I saw that shift in real-time - 16-year-olds started coming up and asking for random remixes from YouTube, or showing me a random song from Spotify. I miss music charts actually reflecting the popularity of songs with audiences, lol.
2
Useful-Soup8161 Apr 23, 2026 +2
I assume they’re stage names.
2
robokai Apr 23, 2026 +1
I saw the song D4vd did with Damiano David and googled him and found out that he's the singer for Maneskin, if you have ever heard of them.
