"You assholes better have a warrant or I am going to bury you under so many lawsuits that your grandchildren's grandchildren will still be paying your legal bills" This is a dumb thing for an intelligent lawyer to say. This isn't how legal bills work. That is just a snarky writer quip and not a realistic thing a lawyer would ever say.
2
8t88m8 Apr 16, 2026 +1
Yeah. Lawyers also don't have superpowers and fight crime dressed as devils. These writers are completely out of touch with reality, I tell ya.

martinkem Apr 9, 2026 +8
I get that Daredevil won’t kill anybody including the AVTF people but he needs to do something to put them out of commission for appreciable amount of time. Break a leg or an arm for Christ sakes.
8
FunSpace8990 Apr 9, 2026 +5
He literally does that in ep 3 during the oner broke that dude's leg clean off. Also I'm convinced most of the dudes he beats up on the regular are eating their meals through a straw, and he's going extra hard on the AVTF some of these dudes are definitely dying in the hospital after an extensive coma.

Jedimaster1997 Apr 9, 2026 +1
If Vanessa dies we will see an entirely different Fisk he will probaly blame daredevil and bullseye
1
HateSarcasmLoveIrony Apr 9, 2026 +1
He is losing it no matter what happens.
1
OneOfALifetime Apr 9, 2026 +7
Ya think?
7
Jedimaster1997 Apr 9, 2026 -1
Is that sarcasm
-1
Jedimaster1997 Apr 9, 2026 +1
He will blame bullseye for the attack and blame daredevil for stopping him from killing bullseye
1
AddressPerfect3270 Apr 9, 2026 +2
Now that she hasnt been innocent for a while, Im so glad Vanessa finally got hit (dont know if shes really dead or not yet) But also it was Fisks fault bc he broke the glass that hit Vanessa, so if he didnt defend himself, she'd be fine lol
2
suss2it Apr 9, 2026 +2
He wasn’t defending himself, he was trying to defend *her*.
2
Environmental_Act576 Apr 9, 2026
She defo not dead, its just a glass piece that is stuck on the side of her head, it wouldn't even penetrate the skull.
0
Jazzlike-Drawing-644 Apr 8, 2026 +3
Fisk beating matterhorn in the ring was the big ugly mistake for anyone with any boxing experience.
3
ManRawr Apr 8, 2026 +17
So fkn glad he got Vanessa.
17
AddressPerfect3270 Apr 9, 2026 +2
I was actually wonder if it was even Bullseyes fault tho? The angle was hard to tell, I assume he was aiming at Vanessa with the glass thing, but I think it was actually Fisk. So Fisk defending himself actually killed Vanessa (if shes dead)
2
ManRawr Apr 9, 2026 +1
Fisk was trying to protect Vanessa.
1
Lasideu Apr 9, 2026 +1
It was a lose/lose situation. It definitely was going to hit and kill her, but knowing his skills he may have thrown it in a way where even if it does get blocked, the shards would hit her regardless. He wanted her away from the baited fight because he knew if Bullseye wants to kill her, he will. That aim is terrifying and his goons cannot handle him at all lol
1
zzinolol Apr 9, 2026 +9
I hope it's her end for real. I'm kinda sick of her already after so long
9
moosefre Apr 8, 2026 -15
Can someone who is a real person with an eye for quality and not someone who forgot what all movies and TV shows used to be like more than 4 years ago PLEASE tell me if Daredevil: Born Again ever becomes a watchable television show?
-15
PropagandaSucks Apr 10, 2026 +1
It's more watchable than your stupid comment mate.
1
moosefre Apr 10, 2026
i would hope?
0
BeMadTV Apr 9, 2026 +3
This seems paradoxical.
3
thegh0sthunt3r Apr 8, 2026 +6
Im more pro bullseye at those point. DD is the new fisk protector lol.
6
Classyhombre24 Apr 8, 2026 -2
Okay.. anyone else getting vibes that Buck is a spy for the Resistance? Not saying it’s true or anything but we never actually see him kill the informant.. Just sayin
-2
AssCrackBanditHunter Apr 9, 2026 +1
I'm uncertain. Last episode I was almost sure he was leaking BB some of the footage.
1
Remarkable-Egg-1314 Apr 8, 2026 +7
Is it just me but imo Vanessa got what she deserved
7
Euphoric_Artist_9167 Apr 8, 2026 +9
How many times is daredevil going to save fisk, I get not making him a matyr but he has a lot of innocent peoples blood on his hands for saving fisk
9
FunSpace8990 Apr 9, 2026 +2
It's the same as batman saving joker constantly someone who's arguably done worse.
2
AssCrackBanditHunter Apr 9, 2026 +3
Dude he didn't save fisk, he saved bullseye lmao
3
BeMadTV Apr 9, 2026 +2
He saved Bullseye and then Bullseye goes to throw a knife at Fisk, gets hit by DD and then saved by DD. The sequence is so fast though.
2
thegh0sthunt3r Apr 8, 2026 +4
Yeah im just annoyed at this point
4
Agitated-Print-5710 Apr 8, 2026 +1
Good episode, but I feel like this season is focused too much on plot that character work.Bullseye character felt interesting but I don't think it had the time to fleshed out and we already have another major story shift this episode, honestly this should have been longer so that our characters get more fleshed out
1
Milky_Plug Apr 8, 2026 +2
Actually yeah, this season seems a lot like rough drafts patchworked together. Things are happening too fast and too quickly without much happening at all, like a bad dnd session.
2
AssCrackBanditHunter Apr 9, 2026 -3
Me when I'm talking and just wanna talk
-3
Milky_Plug Apr 9, 2026 +3
but I didn't talk?
3
GalwegianInExile54 Apr 8, 2026 +4
Based on today's episode, I'd love to see a special where Bullseye goes head to head with The Punisher.
4
prazulsaltaret Apr 8, 2026 +14
1. Look, I get that Matt is too much of a wuss to do the necessary and kill Fisk. But now he's saving him multiple times, too. How many HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE's blood are on his hands by now. 2. Bullseye's powers are so f****** cool. 3. Fisk is going to go absolutely apeshit if she's dead.
14
Tanel88 Apr 8, 2026 +6
Yeah this is beyond stupid now. If you don't want to do it fine but saving Fisk is too far. It's a problem of his own making now.
6
HyruleSmash855 Apr 9, 2026 +5
For sure. Even an ironclad legal case didn’t keep Fisk in jail long since he got the whole case thrown out on corruption and dragged Nadeem through the mud. If the federal government can’t keep him in jail for long then he’ll keep coming back
5
Interesting_Spite_17 Apr 8, 2026
I don't know why everyone is saying they've seen a "jump" in quality It still feels the same, the fights are cool and all but Im just not a fan of the cinematography In fact when they put the reused original daredevil clips in the show, I just got sad on how beautiful it looked before, I got no clue why the directors never changed it back and why we got this crappy ratio aspect This show would have done numbers if they just scrapped season 1 and gave it 13 episodes instead of the rushed 8
0
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026
Wah wahhh why didn’t they just make it exactly like the old show
0
ArchDucky Apr 8, 2026 +18
I noticed a clear jump in quality in the opening episode. Not just the action which is deeply improved by using real people again, but just the overall tone of the show. Its got this focus that Season 1 didn't have. Now we are four in and other people are starting to notice it as well. Daredevil is actually back you guys.
18
HyruleSmash855 Apr 9, 2026 +1
It’s very obvious that they got stuck with the original show because this is much more focused, like no random bottle episode in a bank despite that episode being fun.
1
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +1
It’s soooo great
1
Leading_Vehicle5141 Apr 8, 2026 +41
anybody else feel that the dialogue between vanessa and the governor was really bad? made no sense to me that she would feel reassured by that talk
41
Thomas_JCG Apr 9, 2026 +4
It was so bad. They knew there was no logic for the governor to support Fisk when his regime was that corrupt and she knew what was the deal with Red Hook. But it's fine because girl power or something?
4
IGotToGetUpEarly Apr 8, 2026 +6
I'm not picky with dialogues but god that was awful. Just like that, she's convinced? It doesn't make any sense.
6
susher017 Apr 8, 2026 +1
Vanessa was the worst character in the show by a wide margin. Thank god she’s dead.
1
faithdies Apr 8, 2026 +5
It's impossible to have a normal rationale conversation under those circumstances. But, the show needs the plot to move. So....
5
brainlightning Apr 8, 2026 +16
Yeah that dialogue was jarring. Felt so unnatural and some of it didn’t even really make sense. Felt like such a “at some point we need to establish the governor supports Fisk after all, I guess this will do” kind of scene.
16
oSyphon Apr 8, 2026 +7
Yeah honestly a lot of it just pales in comparison to the Netflix series but I'm trying to enjoy it for what it is. The Netflix series is still there for everyone to enjoy and we got this which is like a fanfic, now. So really, I should be happy
7
Milky_Plug Apr 8, 2026 +1
Same
1
SwagginsYolo420 Apr 8, 2026 +10
> made no sense to me that she would feel reassured by that talk I didn't think she was being sincere when she said that.
10
Leading_Vehicle5141 Apr 8, 2026 +3
good point i might have taken her too much at face value there
3
ImProbably5ft6 Apr 8, 2026 -14
This episode was so disappointing compared to what came prior. It felt like ….nothing much really happened :/
-14
Old-Way-5529 Apr 8, 2026 +4
did we watch the same episode?
4
ImProbably5ft6 Apr 8, 2026 -2
I don’t think so cuz ppl like it lol Jokes aside no issues with ppls opinions , I just personally didn’t think the episode was that great. Solid 6.5/10 not terrible just not as great
-2
tetoffens Apr 8, 2026 +6
How did nothing happen? >!Vanessa getting a shard of glass through her skull and presumably into her brain is the biggest thing that has happened all season. Vanessa has been an important character on this show since the start of Netflix Daredevil season 1. Fisk is going to go on a rampage.!<
6
ImProbably5ft6 Apr 8, 2026 -16
I know but I saw her death coming from a mile away and her character never really interested me all that much 🤷‍♂️ the whole episode has one major thing happen and that’s Vanessa dies…wow…could’ve happened at any point tbh. Bullseye shows up …again and they have like 2 very tiny fight scenes . Let’s face it compared to episode 1,2&3 barely anything happened here . The whole boxing match was pretty lame didn’t need to last a majority of the episode
-16
ChalupaBatmanMc01 Apr 8, 2026 +41
Dat diner scene tho, didn't think I'd root for Bullseye of all people
41
inksmudgedhands Apr 8, 2026 +10
There were lobsters there. I didn't know diners had lobsters. [I couldn't help but think of that SNL sketch.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pj-D0jc17D0)

If you’re looking to do that, why are you talking about The Boys?

10
Resident_Gur3076 Apr 8, 2026 -5
Still better than disneyfied daredevil
-5
kuhpunkt Apr 8, 2026 +1
Daredevil was always a Disney production.
1
Resident_Gur3076 Apr 8, 2026 +1
Disney was more hands off
1
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +2
Define “Disneyfied”? It’s way more adult on Disney+ than it ever was on Netflix
2
Resident_Gur3076 Apr 8, 2026 -1
Wow they keep saying f***. Oooohhh so adult
-1
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +2
It is significantly more violent too but ok. Yes, being scared of saying f*** was really weird and always made the first series feel slightly juvenile
2
Resident_Gur3076 Apr 8, 2026
Is zack snyder your favorite director perchance?
0
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +2
No?
2

Jesus this is sad.
2
Resident_Gur3076 Apr 8, 2026
Yes it's sad people are still watching this mediocre show when there's better things out there

Same with Invincible lol.

VANESSA 😭😭😭
0
_Starwind Apr 8, 2026 +1
Who killed her, technically?
1
Grand-Survey5527 Apr 8, 2026 +2
finally she's gone !!! she was insufferable as a character (not the actress.es) and was just an excuse to make Kingpin real bad after all. But she was so badly written into the show I could not stand the character since her first appearance.
2
Ill_Philosophy_7525 Apr 14, 2026 +1
Noo oh my God she was my favorite
1
Klutzy-Actuator-3325 Apr 9, 2026 +1
i cheered so much when that b**** died! such a useless character
1
EverythingGeek Apr 8, 2026 -20
2 & 3 won me but this episode completely lost me. Such a stupid premise Kingpin doing a high profile boxing match not only putting himself on show but showing everybody how violent he is. It was also very corny. Bullseye is also not meant to be redeemable he's sick and sadistic. I think the Bullseye actor is great and a great casting but Disney seems to be hellbent on destroying all the Marvel characters they can.
-20
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +2
>Such a stupid premise Kingpin doing a high profile boxing match not only putting himself on show but showing everybody how violent he is. Yeah why would a fascistic crime boss politician on top of the world publicly display his most violent tendencies for everyone to see, [completely unrealistic](https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/trump-says-a-whole-civilization-will-die-tonight-if-iran-does-not-make-deal-2026-04-07/) >Bullseye is also not meant to be redeemable he's sick and sadistic. He spends the entire episode murdering people, endangering countless others, menacing people and dogs, taking a hostage at gunpoint, and his “redemption” is just straight up revenge. Also, Daredevil is right! Killing Fisk would not solve any problems, it would just make things worse. And how in the world would that redeem Bullseye anyway?? This is a show constantly talking about good and evil, and about how killing is never justified. Hell, all of last season was about how torn up Matt was at even attempting to kill BULLSEYE! That’s not redemption, Dex is just crazy. Awful take.
2
EverythingGeek Apr 8, 2026 -2
You're a weirdo for using Donald Trump as an example. He's a warmonger not a crime boss. And they are setting up Bullseye for redemption. I'm not even going to put any effort into this reply tbh you are a wackadoo
-2
NoExcuse4OceanRudnes Apr 9, 2026 +1
Mayor Kingpin is president trump are you f****** *that* media illiterate.
1
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +5
Kingpin is such an obvious Trump allegory, you have to be completely oblivious to think otherwise. Also, he clearly is a crime boss?? He’s the ringleader of people committing crimes. He’s a criminal boss! A boss of crime!
5
iAmElWildo Apr 8, 2026 +1
I'm pretty sure they didn't change Fisk to match Frump. It's just Trump that is straight up a cartoonish criminal boss
1
DBZ86 Apr 9, 2026 +1
Kingpin obviously is his own character but there are clearly Trump influences in Born Again
1
webshellkanucklehead Apr 9, 2026 +2
In Born Again (and the Mayor Fisk arc it’s based on in the books) they have clearly drawn parallels to Trump in real life. The AVTF even look and act like ICE
2
noelle-silva Apr 8, 2026 -14
I've accepted that the 3 Netflix seasons were where the series was meant to end. This Disney+ content has just not been good at all.
-14
EverythingGeek Apr 8, 2026
Careful the Disney zombies are coming for us lmao
0
Gordatwork Apr 8, 2026 +32
Not sure what sort of story it would have but I'd watch a Bullseye show. Between him and kingpin the DD villains just killing it with their watchability.
32
GalwegianInExile54 Apr 8, 2026 +1
A Bullseye head to head with The Punisher would be awesome
1
KlausLoganWard Apr 8, 2026 +11
Actor said himself, he'd love to do show of Bullseye going on the path of redemption.
11
Tanel88 Apr 8, 2026 +5
Yeah so satisfying seeing him killing the bad guys with no pesky hero morals getting in the way.
5
Siyavash Apr 8, 2026 +27
Anything but that. Let villains be villains.
27
Milky_Plug Apr 8, 2026 +3
Yeah kind of anti-hero but not really, like punisher but way more willing to harm civilians. Or a straight up slasher series
3
mutesa1 Apr 8, 2026 +14
Tbf that doesn't necessarily mean he'd succeed or it'd be a "good" path. Technically what we're already seeing now *is* Bullseye's idea of a redemption arc, and he's dropping more bodies than ever
14
HyruleSmash855 Apr 9, 2026 +1
Season 3 has his whole stalking North Star thing. They could do more with that. He’s got some reason stalking Murdoch’s Mom, so maybe they’re going somewhere with that
1
webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +4
Yeah I would love to see a series starring a straight up crazy b******
4
TheTruckWashChannel Apr 8, 2026 +14
Easily the best episode of Born Again so far.
14
Killbro_Fraggins Apr 8, 2026 +47
Bullseye might be one of my favorite villains in all of the MCU. I really hope he has a life beyond this show. He’s so fun to watch.
47
DistributionShoddy Apr 10, 2026 +2
dude is a goat
2
kyliecannoli Apr 9, 2026 +1
On paper Hawkeye is too boring for me and Bullseye is too mental, but somehow I really enjoyed the Hawkeye show and every scene Bullseye’s been in
1
oogs_boogs Apr 8, 2026 -1
Vanessa potentially dying from that tiny shard of glass is hilarious
-1
comickidd77 Apr 8, 2026 +9
Might be stealing from the ultimate comics where she is comatose
9
Mrr_Bond Apr 8, 2026 +71
This was a great episode, but it had yet another example of this show's most frustrating trope, even going back to the original Netflix seasons: entrusting a VIP witness to people pitifully weak security from people they don't know. It's happened like, 5 times in 5 seasons.
71
SnowStark7696 Apr 9, 2026 +1
I'm surprised nobody's even bringing it up. I knew the moment Christophi went with Marshals he was done and I thought Karen was smarter than that but apparently not and it kinda felt like a lazy writing ATP. This was the only place where I was disappointed in the whole episode.
1
darthsheldoninkwizy2 Apr 12, 2026 +1
She was beacuse they record him
1
ryantyrant Apr 8, 2026 +20
Nobody gets more witnesses killed than Matt Murdock lol. Leading up to the scene, I thought for sure bullseye was going to save him and kill Buck with Vanessa’s death flags throughout the episode being a fake out
20
wesley7611 Apr 8, 2026 +10
That's why they video taped his confession first, they were like "let's make sure we get this on camera this time because he'll be dead in half hour"
10
dominic_tortilla Apr 8, 2026 +4
Yeah, the way his story ended was very underwhelming to me. It would've been more interesting if someone stopped Buck right there.
4
Alternative-Ask9793 Apr 8, 2026 +9
In season 1 the detective witness lived (put Fisk in jail), can’t remember one for season 2 unless you count the guy that was bait not a witness for the punisher and escaped, and in season 3…Matt was there but lost to Bullseye so the witness died, and Nadeem’s testimony destroyed Fisk in season 3. So not sure what you mean.
9
Calm_Interview4247 Apr 8, 2026 -11
i dont care if this comment get downvoted to hell, but netflix daredevil(my fav is s1, s2 and 3 are quite repeatative) did very good with provided budget and platform. after all time, when daredevil joined mcu, the whole thing is disappointed, i am comics fan too, daredevil is more than frank miller(not that he is bad, but his stories are based on previous writers works, that they make lighter and long lasting then he makes darker which works for a time, but daredevil is so much more). there were good scenes in She hulk, hawkeye, but that is it, born again s1 and 2 are boring, annoying and just almost made for internet(x, twitter, listnook, you know people who say things like we are so back, absolute cinema, netflix grounded brutal) the show have bad story, ill progressed, annoying casting and characters. one good fan would have wished, that daredevil would have explored other villains, and tones. BUT no, the video is choppy, camera. and pathetic acept ratio. either way, bad time to be a real fan.
-11
DBZ86 Apr 9, 2026 +1
You're getting down voted because of your bullshit comment about "bad time to be a real fan". People can dislike or like whatever they want. None of this gatekeeping c***.
1
sexmormon-throwaway Apr 8, 2026 +4
You and I seem to be in a tiny minority that feels this way, so I give the show props for pleasing the masses. So much in the show falls flat for me. Matt in church i really liked. The DD Bullseye fight was fun. Bullseye has no actual physics involved in his abilities. I love that he throws well, forks hurt people, great, but how much does lobster claw weigh? Those fascist bastards should have been writhing and screaming, not dead or unconscious. It''s going to have him killing with thrown feathers before the show ends. Or, it could explain throwing isn't his ability but his mutant power or something. Also, fried eggs are okay for cats, but not a bunch of cooking oil! Is he slowly killing that cat?!?!? Finally, all those Kingpin minions are so tired. Those scenes are flat and the characters in them are cardboard thin. Oh and, the crowd is shocked when Kingpin punches too hard? However, DD & Bullseye sequence in the gym was pretty great. I'll give the show credit for that.
4
Milky_Plug Apr 8, 2026 +1
>the crowd is shocked when Kingpin punches too hard? While he has a 50 kg weight advantage against his opponent 😭🙏🏻 I'm in that minority of preferring the netflix series over this as well, it was the best Marvel show. But welp, MCU has done well in lowering expectations for us since 2019, so the only reason I am watching Born Again now is because of the actors and actresses and in dire hope of seeing Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing back. Ps. The Spider-Man trailer also simply spoiled the ending of the show, so there's not much to think about anyways.
1
Turbulent-Fortune559 Apr 8, 2026 +1
Most people don't like to use their mind when watching television. Which is why this show seems to be a success. I haven't seen anyone address the terrible ending to the bullseye opening fight where he threw something we can't see at the 4 officers who are off screen and in the next shot they're all dead. I get that he's good at throwing stuff but genuinely what did he throw that killed 4 people just like that? I also haven't seen anyone talk about the fact that the prisoners maneged to somehow escape in that massive armoured truck even tho or swordsman just f****** off for no real reason or the governess being one of the stupidest most out of touch characters in this show, despite the show trying to present her as a competent politician and someone who would logically oppose Fisk. Or the charity fight being another terrible PR decision by fisk, or the inconsistency with matt's powers, or the FACT IT'S SOMEHOW BEEN 6 MONTHS SINCE SEASON 1???. Did they just pull that number out of a hat?
1
-Bully-Maguire- Apr 8, 2026 +1
This is an adaptation from the comics that you love so much, nothing in this is "reality". If bullseye can throw random shit in the comics then he can do the same in the TV show too and you cannot ask for an explanation here if you don't ask for one in the comics😑 Idk where you are going with the egg and cat thing, you can ponder all you want on that one but yeah remember that bullseye is never supposed to be treated as a normal human being. The kingpin minions like AVTF are obviously not gonna stand a chance against a person who throws random bullshit at them that they can never expect when or what is coming to them.. And finally the crowd is cheering fisk because those are few handful people that align with the fisk's mentality otherwise he wouldn't have been the mayor to begin with🤦🏻‍♂️
1
sexmormon-throwaway Apr 8, 2026 +4
That's the thing, the suspension of disbelief is fine. We are presented rules for the universe and we live with them. Bullseye can throw things with great accuracy and velocity, such as a playing card, so that it can cut people. That stretches things, but we go with the stretch. I f****** WANT to believe all the stuff. I know Superman can fly and Spider Man can swing on webs and Matt Murdock has a radar sense and smells and hears super well. Cool, I'll buy it. He has a special billy club cane. Cool. But Karen Page can overpower a trained special forces cop in body armor? Ummmmm, that's not credible. And if those guys are that weak that civilians can down them, it undermines Daredevil. What I can't accept, in comics or TV, is when new rules are made up to make something look cool for a second. If Bullseye throws a ball point pen for two miles into the sky and it takes down a jetliner above the airport, I, and I hope you, are calling bullshit. If the same playing card that cuts flesh somehow penetrates an armored car, I don't believe that. We know a paper card can't do that, no matter how hard it's thrown. We don't need Mythbusters here. I am being extreme to illustrate the point, but it's stupid to ignore the rules they made. So he kills with a crab claw? That somehow, despite weighing a couple of ounces at best and being flimsy, penetrates an eye and hits their brain I guess for an instant kill? Also stupid. He kills with unseen objects as person pointed out above? The show is now treating me, the audience member, like I am not intelligent. But I am! I expect the writers to think harder and do better. Super Man can bend steel but if he get a gun and tries to flush it down a toilet, he can't do it, even if he is Super Man, because that's how narrow passages in toilets work! Wilson Fisk, smart enough to win an election by swaying the people, decides to be super violent in a boxing match? I can let it slide, barely, but ... that's pushing me pretty hard to suspend my disbelief about his character. It's not egregious, but it requires some other pretty good storytelling to let it slide. Anyway, we can disagree here, that's totally fine, but the comics WERE consistent, at least when they were in good runs by good creators. Even when Daredevil visited demons, there were laws to the universe. The TV show just ... does whatever looks cool for a shot or action sequence.. And as I admitted above, I guess it works for most people, so I am the loser here. But the great television, the stuff that endures, is great to nearly everybody. I wish Daredevil was that quality. Oh and the cat thing, Bullseye is a b******, so killing the neighbor's cat is par for the course. As you point out, that man is bananas, his wacky behavior IS consistent, you're right. I was just worried about poor Fluffy. And seriously, I'll just shut up now and let people enjoy, but I am disappointed because of how much talent and potential they have and how short the show falls for me.

>But Karen Page can overpower a trained special forces cop in body armor? Ummmmm, that's not credible. So you’re just gonna ignore the fact that the guy was looking for her specifically and explicitly said he did not want to fight her? And also all the scenes where she was being trained to fight by Matt? Ok. She didn’t even overpower him, just punched him in the throat and then they cut away. >If Bullseye throws a ball point pen for two miles into the sky and it takes down a jetliner above the airport, I, and I hope you, are calling bullshit. Oh well it’s a good thing nothing like that has happened at all?? Give me a break >Wilson Fisk, smart enough to win an election by swaying the people, decides to be super violent in a boxing match? You’re right, fascistic crime boss politicians on top of the world publicly showing their most violent tendencies is [completely unrealistic](https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/trump-says-a-whole-civilization-will-die-tonight-if-iran-does-not-make-deal-2026-04-07/) >the comics WERE consistent This is just so untrue lol. Comics are never consistent about anything but especially not superpowers. Just seems like a lot of your complaints are very, very arbitrary

Uhhh man, all you would be doing by watching these comic adaptation TV shows and movies would be wasting your time instead of enjoying them with how much deeply you are concerned with them being unrealistic at times... I dunno why but ddba season 2 seems pretty okay to me compared to the season 1 It's definitely an improvement and I think it will only be better with time. And umm try to have a fun watch, whatever pleases your expectations👍🏻

Just read the comics then, there are enough for your entertainment bud

It's not too much to hope that both a TV series and a comic can deliver at a high level.

And dispatch allows the public diner to be SWATTed, with no verification. Sure.
-26
tetoffens Apr 8, 2026 +23
That wasn't police dispatch. Have you missed the thing where this season there's a new agency that doesn't follow standard protocol or regulation and just uses violence first and asks questions later? It's like...the biggest plotline this season. Those are Fisk's brownshirts, not police.
23
sexmormon-throwaway Apr 8, 2026 -8
And they take their own phone calls? They don't need dispatch because they are bad? Citizens have the fascist hotline and it rings right to swatnazi cell phones? And they are soooo stupid and nobody in the whole city makes prank calls and so they just, you know, show up in mass because one person sees Frank, maybe? Wish Matt and Karen had realized they could just crank call the Brownshirts into oblivion. They should report Daredevil sightings in Jersey. I didn't miss a plot point, I missed everyone on the show working for Fisk having an IQ under 50 and dismissing how organizations function in a city of millions of people. But wow that insane guy sure outsmarted them!

webshellkanucklehead Apr 8, 2026 +4
>They should report Daredevil sightings in Jersey Oh, and endanger civilians? Great idea! Yeah, of course the AVTF is going to jump at any opportunity to abuse their fashy authority. And obviously they’d have a hotline?? That’s not even something you need to establish, it’s a given. I’m sure ICE has somewhere you can report people, too, if you’re a colossal dickhead.

It was the one unique spin they did in this show last season so prepare to be bombarded with it every time he shows up.

That and the aspect ratio changes when DD’s senses are tingling. Personally love both uses of visual language.

Interesting_Spite_17 Apr 8, 2026 -5
Its lazy imo Before when bullseye would should up it played a horde of bees surrounding him, to show that he was slowly losing his mind and drowning in the sound of them, that all he could is scream but no one would ever care to come. Because anyone who did care were all dead Now I got no clue what they've done but the character still seems, good
-5
marcdasharc4 Apr 8, 2026 +3
I dunno, I find it a display of consistency in the service of drawing parallels to other characters and their visual cues, but to each their own.
3
Interesting_Spite_17 Apr 8, 2026 +1
Thing is, well for me because I've like rewatched the original like 5 times by now, but its been over done since the original Like in season 2 they completely stopped using the cue when matt would use his senses because there's no point in it Or like bullseye, they stopped the bee sound once julie died to show how the characters "matured" I think they'll do the same thing and stop the blue screen thing in a couple episodes

It’s an artistic choice to feel his “coldness.”
8
Interesting_Spite_17 Apr 8, 2026 +2
No it's mean't to show how he's "drowning" There's an entire episode on his backstory in the original show and it shows how when his therapist would talk too him as kid, she figured out that if he has no guiding star all he would do is be a lone wanderer. That's why she put him on the suicide hotline and where he found Juile, his north star. While he's slowly losing his mind in season 3, there would be a growing sound of bee's surrounding him. To the point where juile is completely dead and the sound completely stops when we see bullseye to show how he's gone over a point of no return Because all he can do is scream but no one will ever care for him, because everyone who did care for him is dead

As psychotic as Poindexter is, he has a point. Dogs don't belong in restaurants. It's not sanitary. I know Fisk would qualify as "heavyweight" as did the other guy but that was still quite a bit of a weight gap. No way did he have a prayer against Fisk.

So bullseye know that matt is daredevil?if yes then when did he realised it?
2
HyruleSmash855 Apr 9, 2026 +1
Probably this scene: https://www.listnook.com/r/Daredevil/s/JhG6lRvYtN Murdoch told Pointdexter in that jail cell during start of season 1 of born again that sometimes you defend your worst enemies then Murdoch ends the season taking a bullet for Fisk. During Season 3 of Daredevil on Netflix Pointdexter impersonated DareDevil and treated Foggy and Karen, plus the way Daredevil reacted during the flashback of Foggy’s death at the hands of Bullseye show how Daredevil reacted to the death of someone close to Matt Murdoch who he targeted while working for Fisk. There’s a lot of hints and opportunities for him to connect the dots. Not to mention if Pointdexter was awake after he broke his back at the end of season 3 of Netflix Daredevil he would’ve heard Murdoch threaten Fisk. There’s nothing explicit though.
1
Apart_Trust_1994 Apr 9, 2026 +1
So it is not explicitly shown that bullseye realises that matt is daredevil. like for frank he realises it when he hear's matt voice in courtroom

I’m sorry is this some weird need for attention or to bait?! Cause that was the best Disney Daredevil episode, and arguably a top 5-10 for the whole show…my mind was blown by how well done it was!

Alternative-Ask9793 Apr 8, 2026 +2
Connected why Bullseye went to the church (to get coin), and set up the whole diner scene for Matt to find him (genius writing), 3 fantastically well choreographed, unique and well lit action pieces with Bullseye/Matt. Great writing between Vanessa and the Mayor, as well as more reveals in the Red River (or whatever) project with Matthew Lillard (who is a fantastic and mysterious addition so far). The pay-off story-wise as well as emotionally to Vanessa’s potential death from her hand in Foggy’s death, as well as her overconfidence. Call-backs to Matt as a kid etc etc. It just looked really good as well and is the closest a Disney episode has come to fully capturing the vibe of the original series.

avan2110 Apr 8, 2026 +15
You watched a show you don’t like the moment it came out, then came to Listnook to complain about it? People are strange. You know you don’t have to watch it right? Well anyway, see you next week.
15
Turbulent-Fortune559 Apr 8, 2026 -12
You will. Because I don't make up my mind about a show before it's even finished. It's just that at the moment the show has wayyyy too many problems to be considered enjoyable in my opinion. I like what they did with dex. The fights are starting to look better. The music is improving. There are things I like about this show. There's just so many other things I hate
-12
avan2110 Apr 8, 2026 +7
Not everything thing has to be for everyone. There are plenty of shows I didn’t enjoy, but didn’t feel the need to go to a place where fans discuss a show to call it shit. It’s just a weird attention seeking behavior.
7
Turbulent-Fortune559 Apr 8, 2026 -7
This isn't a marvel or daredevil sublistnook. If I want to shit on it I can. And I wouldn't call it attention seeking, more of a "I can't believe this show I'm watching is full of plot holes, character assassinations, terrible writing and editing choices, and yet people talk about it as if it even comes close to the original show". I keep forgetting people's standard for television is buried deep 6 feet under these days
