Six days a week for 70 weeks? Seems like a lot.

Chris Traegar and Dr. Richard Nygard would say these are rookie numbers.

Yes. And it’s really not that complicated.

Therapy is strange. You go in for one thing but that one thing has roots which need to be worked on.
161
whereegosdare84 Mar 20, 2026 +133
It is but you still need to process what you’re discussing. 6 days a week seems incredibly counterproductive
133
Soft_Author2593 Mar 20, 2026 +75
unless you are sleeping with your therapist, of course
75
RoddyViper Mar 20, 2026 +19
Leading to a lovechild/lovechildren with said therapist, necessitating the help of a different therapist, etc
19

Once youve slept with all your therapists do you have to sleep with the boss therapist? Do you just win after that?
11
RoddyViper Mar 20, 2026 +8
Presumably once you've fathered enough children with enough therapists you can start your own kingdom and that's close enough to cured
8
Soft_Author2593 Mar 20, 2026 +3
This guy rock stars
3
Prestigious_Time_922 Mar 21, 2026 +8
This right here. Grohl is full of shit. That's not how therapy works.
8
vl0x Mar 21, 2026 +5
I mean, he’s rich? Seems plausible.
5
NotSoFastLady Mar 21, 2026 +12
That's because he's not actually in therapy for 6 days a week. He's full of shit.
12
burnermcburnerstein Mar 21, 2026 +7
It only makes sense if he's doing IOP. And even then, it would generally be associated with a personality disorder, major depressive disorder, or something like suicidality. If it's private pay then there's a therapist likely plucking that golden goose.
7
Automatic_Soil9814 Mar 20, 2026 +168
How much do you want to bet that a lot of the therapy is about him dealing with the backlash rather than why he did it in the first place.
168
darkeststar Mar 20, 2026 +40
He was already famously a cheater before he got with his wife in the first place. I think people just sort of forgot as his place in rock music became "Everyone's cool uncle who's really into Rock music."
40
Asluckwouldnthaveit Mar 20, 2026 +121
Or perhaps he never dealt with the deaths of two very close friends. Or a whole list of other things he probally needs to work out like the rest of us.
121
A1sauc3d Mar 20, 2026 +65
6 days a week for over a year is still an insane amount of therapy.
65
NorthernBeacon Mar 20, 2026 +68
If I had limitless funds for therapy I would max out on it and also go to school as my profession, earning degrees in whatever I felt like, until I die.
68
claimticket Mar 20, 2026 +37
I don’t care one way or another about Dave Grohl, but this is the realest comment. I can’t believe people (seemingly) don’t do this.

8
illogical_mindset Mar 20, 2026 +26
Doesn’t leave a lot of space for practicing the skills you learn in between sessions. I go twice a week and that seems like a bit much sometimes.
26
LaMelonBallz Mar 21, 2026 +1
Yeah I did twice a week for 6 months but it was for intense EMDR. One day for EMDR one day to process. And that was only because everyone around me including my doctors thought I was a major suicide /OD risk on top of being kind of insane at the time. Like it was "agree to this or you go to a psych ward" Even under those conditions after six months my doc rolled us back down to once a week because "It's counter productive to be in talk therapy this much for an extended period of time" However, I did do a lot of group shit outside of that as well. So it would be like 2 days therapy, 1 day outpatient group therapy, and then two or three self help type meetings. My guess is he's also going to Sex Addicts Annonymous or Love and Sex Addicts Anonymous several days a week but he thinks it sounds better to call that therapy.
1
Funmachine Mar 20, 2026 +9
Individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy etc.
9
Worth-Frosting-2917 Mar 20, 2026 +5
And his mom died within like a month of Hawkins. Their last album dealt a ton with the loss of Cobain, Hawkins, and his mom. Still a lot of therapy, but no doubt the publicity of his stupid actions coinciding with a lot of grief causing him to spiral out.
5
redsalmon67 Mar 21, 2026 +2
Yeah as someone who’s been cheated on my ex has a host of issues outside of relationships that definitely didn’t help the situation and her going to therapy afterwards was definitely the best possible outcome. I’m a huge advocate got therapy even though I admit it can be hard to find a good therapist.
2
Nice_Bird_Shirt1 Mar 20, 2026 +39
Not a foo fighters Stan or anything, but this comment is the perfect example of piling on.
39
waffle_iron_maiden Mar 20, 2026 +32
We encourage people to change and in the same breath shun people for being too proactive about it? The only issue I could see with too much therapy is the cost. If it helps someone with their problem then who the hell am I to judge? Most people don't even seek out therapy
32
No-Stranger2936 Mar 20, 2026 +10
If someone never changes and has no intention to change, we can just farm content off that person. Someone doing the right thing isn't nearly as fun as them doing worse.
10
Pulp_Ficti0n Mar 20, 2026 +6

6
PointOfFingers Mar 20, 2026 +5
How much do you want to bet he's banging the therapist. But yes someone who wanted to be thought of as one of the good guys in music will find it hard to deal with the backlash from cheating. He doesn't have the armour of a narcissist - the ability to do terrible things and feel no shame.
5
SirChrisJames Mar 21, 2026 +5
I assume you're Dave Grohl's therapist, otherwise you're talking out of your ass and don't actually have an idea as to how "complicated" it is. Oh, you're not? Figured.
5
bryanna_leigh Mar 20, 2026 +4
Well if he has never been to therapy it can be a bit of a rabbit hole!
4
optimis344 Mar 20, 2026 +15
Also, this is Dave Grohl. Healthy or not, absolutely throwing himself into things is kinda what he is known for. He recorded all the parts to that first foo fighters album, with himself on vocals and every instrument, back to back, in a 6 day period. He literally recorded the guitar part, walked over to the drums, recorded that part, and repeated with no breaks. And he's a mostly self taught musician. He just kinda figured out base to record that stuff. Hell, half of the demos had fake gibberish lyrics, so he just had to write them on the spot before hand. He's also known to drum in his big flamboyant (not energy conservative at all) style for hours and hours on end, just pouring sweat, and leaving the kit shaking like he ran a marathon. He's just not a guy who has ever considered not doing 100% of what he can. Not saying that's a good thing, but it's not a Dave thing.
15
suff0cat Mar 20, 2026 +32
Right? Seems incredibly co-dependent. 420 nearly consecutive days is wild. Like, you cannot POSSIBLY have THAT much shit going in in your life. And if you do, easy solution, do less shit! Or hire people to do it for you. It can’t cost nearly as much as 420 therapy sessions.
32
TheCh0rt Mar 20, 2026 +20
He must have massive codependent sex addict problems and I bet he was cheating with a lot more people than just one.
20
panicpixiememegirl Mar 20, 2026 +52
As a therapist, thats far too much. Two a week should be okay for a bit, maybe a few months or a year, and then switching to 1 per week.
52
SealedRoute Mar 20, 2026 +15
Classical psychoanalysis is the only tradition I can think of that requires this degree of engagement with a therapist. And for some reason, I doubt it’s that.
15
JoannaCuppa Mar 21, 2026 +1
Also, how is he not bored shirtless talking about himself for all that time? No one is THAT interesting or deep!
1
Son_of_Atreus Mar 21, 2026 +6
Seems like a performative amount of times. That said, having all this shit out in public and then having to defend yourself in public would be exhausting. Add on the faux-outrage of many online commentators claiming they’d never ever forgive Grohl over this indiscretion despite it not being illegal, nor remotely uncommon in the world of music celebrity.

whoamiwhatamid0ing Mar 20, 2026 +13
That's an insane amount of therapy. Even when I was having panic attacks daily I only went to therapy once a week. The therapist is either taking advantage of a cash cow or he's using this to cover up another affair.

The rumor is that he was a chronic cheater throughout his career. That pattern is hard to undo. He’s also dealing with loss. Cheaters aren’t usually people who take accountability, so this is a good thing. Cheating when you have kids is child abuse. You are setting them up for love-hate, for resenting both parents while overidentifying with them too.

better than 6 days a week for 70 weeks of his wife crying and screaming at him, I guess. Dude is at least trying to make some changes.
3

John-Footdick Mar 20, 2026 +87
I did EMDR twice a week for 3 months and once a week for another 3 months. Now I go once a week for regular talk therapy and might be able to do twice a week when im really stressed. I couldnt imagine what I would be doing or talking about 6 days a week.
87
No_Yogurtcloset7776 Mar 20, 2026 +32
Unless they're doing 1930s psychoanalysis, which is outdated, idk lol
32
TruckCamperNomad6969 Mar 21, 2026 +12
Did Emdr help you? I’ve been going for 5 weeks once a week and not really sure what to expect… trauma/ptsd/anxiety stuff.
12
John-Footdick Mar 21, 2026 +11
I was the type of person who didnt think or talk about my childhood and EMDR really helped me face those bad memories and process them. I have generalized emotional/body/psychosomatic pain and I think its helped in that aspect as well. My only disappointment was that it didnt help more.
11
Mission_Macaroon Mar 21, 2026 +7
I did EMDR once a week and never talked, just cried. It was really helpful. Hated every second of it though.
7
John-Footdick Mar 21, 2026 +2
My experience was really similar, except I was talking with the therapist about how my mind was imagining or processing the memory and she would guide me through it.

420 billable hours. Even at lowest, 100, thats 42000. I doubt it's only 100 an hour. They might charge like 500 or 1000, lol. They can see all other clients for free

An article written about an article written for The Guardian...when we could just read The Guardian for the full story.
90
banbonbin Mar 21, 2026 +30
In the original article he makes it clear that most of the therapy is a combination of grief counseling (from the loss of Taylor Hawkins and his mother) and learning how to change general life habits. He goes much deeper into all the things he's learned so far. His marriage is probably the least thing he discusses. I don't know how someone can read that and twist it into a bad thing. Which is why click bait articles like this one leave out all the important context, just to feed into the outrage machine.
30
NobodyLikedThat1 Mar 20, 2026 +585
I'm sure the temptation is insane but if you wanna sow your wild oats just stay single. you can bang a new groupie every night and no one's going to judge you for it too much if you're single.
585
No-Aioli-1014 Mar 20, 2026 +162
This is the most realistic take. For a guy in Dave's position, he's likely had a crazy number of fans throw themselves at him. Nonetheless, he needed better self-discipline in order to be married.
162
reddot_comic Mar 20, 2026 +91
Or find a partner who is okay with ethical non-monogamy. Every relationship is unique and all can be successful with clear communication from both partners.

Most cheaters want to be poly, but they want their partners to be monogamous.

12
reddot_comic Mar 20, 2026 +11
We all come from different walks of life and there’s no one set way to do things, in my opinion. Just as long as people respect their partners :)
11
lessregretsnextyear Mar 21, 2026 +24
I was in a semi successful touring cover band and had opportunities to sleep with one or two girls per show easily. I'm average looking and it was a *cover* band. The amount of reasonably attractive girls who would pretty much offer themselves to me was absolutely wild. Now imagine you're Dave fuckig Grohl and play in one of the biggest rock bands in the world. I can't even grasp the magnitude of what it would be like compared to me.....the bass player in a east coast cover band Edit: I honestly think it would be impossible to be faithful in that situation ESPECIALLY when alcohol is involved.
24
JoannaCuppa Mar 21, 2026 +10
Yep. I couldn't get into a relationship with someone in that situation, because I wouldn't be able to accept the likelihood of them sleeping around. If I could accept that, my rules would be; condoms, regular STI checks, never the same person more than once, and no emotional bonds. I think anyone getting together with someone in that profession would need to accept that reality.  But then I'm a realist, and I honestly think most men can have sex and it mean absolutely nothing to them, even if it does to their spouse. And they're often only as faithful as their options.

This is what baffles me. Both Dave Grohl and Bill Gates were caught with mistresses, while it is so easy to have a personal assistant cover all of that up. I knew a personal assistant to a billionaire who was always covering up little things for him. Whether that be drugs, prostitutes, girlfriends, small “donations”, you name it. If the assistant gets caught, the lawyers easily deal with it, and he had no fame or reputation to protect so no one would care.
26
jeffsang Mar 20, 2026 +6
~~Didn’t Grohl knock up his teenage daughter’s friend?~~ Unless she was willing to lie about who fathered her child, that one seems kinda hard to cover up. Seems like it’s eventually going to come out. Edit: He did not apparently.
6
ThaSleepyBoi Mar 20, 2026 +6
The woman he knocked up is like 40 years old lol.
6
hearmymotoredheart Mar 20, 2026 +7
No, she'd be 39/40 now. The teenager thing is some dog shit that Courtney spread on Substack.
7
jeffsang Mar 20, 2026 +2
Ah. Thank you for this context. I saw the other comment saying she's much older and was wondering if I hallucinated that it was his daughter's friend. So uh, I guess that's nice that the affair was with an age appropriate woman. The whole teenage friend thing was particularly gross.
2
TheCh0rt Mar 20, 2026 +2
If this is to believed I doubt it’s one mistress, bet he’s a sex addict that was banging all kinds of women forever. Nobody needs this much therapy for anything. Not even serial killers get this much therapy in their lifetime, even locked up in a mental institution lol Dude’s a rich a****** using his money to kick the can down the road until his wife lets him off the hook so he can go do it again

For starters this feels like a PR move to garner some sympathy. And second, clearly he needed therapy a long time before this. I hope he gets his mind right, and also I’m not gonna take the bait on this one.
66
lavendermoonoracle Mar 20, 2026 +24
I think the backlash wouldn't have been so great if he hadn't really leaned into the amazing family man image for so many years. Maybe people are used to rock stars being rakish, but he actively curated a different persona.
24
Unnecessary_Bunny_ Mar 21, 2026 +7
Exactly! Like he portrayed himself as the good guy & not a typical rock star. Wouldn't have had such whiplash as a fan if he had just been genuine.
7
pfeff Mar 21, 2026 +13
Also the apology. That's what really left a sour note for me. He didn't come out and say "I cheated on my wife" or "I fucked this chick". He said "I've recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage." The passive voice makes it sound like it was something that happened TO him, not something he did.
13

He’s a serial cheater, so there is probably an underlying insecurity or trauma.
8
fuckitweredoingitliv Mar 20, 2026 +4
Its unbelievably easy to do
4
WaterlooMall Mar 20, 2026 +5
It would be easy for me to say it's unbelievably easy to not drink alcohol because I just don't drink. People have addictions and sex addiction is an actual thing whether we want to joke about it or not. I don't really care about Grohl's fame, but if you're addicted to something you deserve to help yourself get treatment for it.
5
LostMyInvite Mar 20, 2026 +81
Some people don't even need therapy 6 days a week to know that years of betrayal is vile.
81
Derpykins666 Mar 20, 2026 +11
Yes, doing bad things tends to make people second guess you as a person. He's not the first person to cheat, and he won't be the last. He's done a lot of good and bad. It's almost as if being human isn't easy or simple. But he should not have cheated on his wife, that's for sure and people are allowed to judge his character based on his actions. It's not up to him what others think about him, he just has to deal with it.

He outed himself. He owned up to his shitty behavior and is making amends to the people he actually hurt. Isn't this *exactly* what we want people to do when they f*** up?
172
hearmymotoredheart Mar 20, 2026 +46
Nope. Not really. I've said this here recently - even when someone meets every expectation of accountability and change, all that will be rejected anyway. The good/bad binary we project onto others leaves no room to move. Really we just want to signal our own moral superiority by how firmly we reject behaviours in others, instead of allowing imperfection or learning from harm...because what's purity culture if not a weapon to brandish against others?
46
Mysterious-Wasabi103 Mar 20, 2026 +13
Honestly it's partly why society is going to shit thanks to social media. We all sit online acting like we're perfect and now we vote to spite others for not being perfect.

He likely outed himself because there’s no way to hide it. But yeah, that is what I supposed to be done if given the chance.

MoonHash Mar 20, 2026 +30
Well, when people react like this, why be honest

the_nil Mar 21, 2026 +8
Certainly exacerbated by celebrity. Dave gave a shoe to an injured person and that was good press. A small act but blown up to be positive too. Dave can be a good person and a bad husband. Not as simple as “he is an irredeemable piece of shit”.

DarthBrooks69420 Mar 20, 2026 +9
Ah the Bezos Gambit.

stunts002 Mar 20, 2026 +13
I mean I won't say he shouldn't feel bad for it but people are acting like he killed someone in this thread. Dude cheated on his wife and opened up about and they're still together. It's nobody else's business really.

Necessary-Bus-3142 Mar 20, 2026 +13
There is absolutely no reason to go to therapy 6 days a week for 70 weeks, seems counterproductive really
13
SirChrisJames Mar 20, 2026 +10
Reddit: Therapy is great, actually. Also Reddit: No, not like that.
10
Stinkycheese8001 Mar 20, 2026 +22
Six days a week, for 70 weeks?  That is an awful lot of talking about yourself Dave.
22
Sam-Lowry27B-6 Mar 20, 2026 +2
You should read his autobiography. I liked him way less afterwards.
2
punishhhher Mar 20, 2026 +20
Is he having an affair with his therapist now too? my god, there’s zero reason to go that often. performative therapy
20
FlashingAppleby Mar 20, 2026 +11
Oh boo f****** hoo. He's not a victim.
11
OmahaWarrior Mar 20, 2026 +4
Our choices have consequences good and bad, not just us but for everyone around us. If he really is seeking redemption, good for him. So much pain and suffering could have been avoided.

Quicksurfer524 Mar 20, 2026 +4
Too bad we can’t get Trump to take this level of responsibility
4
oatmeal28 Mar 21, 2026 +4
Never been a huge Foo Fighters fan but genuinely surprised at how hard his fans turned against him for infidelity.  Like it’s certainly not great but for a rock star it’s kind of….par for the course?
4
flower4000 Mar 21, 2026 +4
I wish everyone got this much therapy
4
Twitter_2006 Mar 20, 2026 +41
He deserves the humiliation.

givin_u_the_high_hat Mar 20, 2026 +14
What would his advice be to his daughters if one of their SOs had fathered a child out of a committed relationship? Would he say dump them? Would he remind them “fool me once…”?
14
RideAdministrative19 Mar 20, 2026 +15
Pretty f****** bougie to brag about being able to afford therapy 24 days a month. Must be nice.

RedEyeView Mar 21, 2026 +3
Am I only person who didn't give a shit about his complicated sex life?
3
juanbiscombe Mar 21, 2026 +3
Nope, you're not the only one. A C minor chord doesn't care about the love life of the guitar player. I couldn't care less about this issue. I enjoyed his music before and I still do. Do I approve what he did? Of course not. But who am I to be so outraged about a rock star cheating on his wife. It's ludicrous. And as I always say: guys like Brad Pitt or Paul McCartney, to say something, have much more merit than me if they're faithful to their wives. Because I hardly ever get a subtle signal from another woman, while in their case women from all ages are literally begging to have sex with them. So before judging these people one must consider this not so small detail. What would I do in the same situation? I don't want to know.

RedEyeView Mar 21, 2026 +2
Relationships break down. People cheat. It's nobodies business but theirs.
2
rem_1984 Mar 21, 2026 +3
And tbh, shows he gives a f*** about his wife and kids. I’m glad. My ex looks up to Grohl so much, and cheated on me a bunch. Bro did not do therapy until I left, fuxk.
3
Whis65 Mar 20, 2026 +7
For the first time in decades, Dave is annoying the shit out of me.
7
Invader_Skooge22 Mar 20, 2026 +7
I feel like everything he is quoted saying in this article is all metaphorical loose bullshit, and he’s not being direct or honest at all. Just being super vague and overly wordy using a bunch of rhetorical phrases that don’t really mean shit
7
Hefty_Debt_638 Mar 20, 2026 +5
6 days a week?? I don’t even see clients struggling with SI that often.
5
fdot1234 Mar 20, 2026 +6
That sucks Dave but it can’t unfuck that other woman. Used to love Foo Fighters music… I have a hard time tolerating it these days
6
Fun-Bag7627 Mar 20, 2026 +11
Don’t cheat. Not hard.
11
wynnduffyisking Mar 21, 2026 +7
Why do people care so much that he cheated? Sure, it’s an a****** thing to do. But its hardly unique nor is it a crime. Millions of people cheat. His family has the right to be pissed but I don’t understand how it’s even anybody else’s business.
7
Lokenlives4now Mar 20, 2026 +8
Could of saved him a bunch of money. Session 1 - don’t be a selfish b**** and keep it in your pants and respect your partner if you can’t do that get divorced then go screw anyone you want. Lost so much respect for him.
8
MAD_ELMO Mar 20, 2026 +11
Sorry no sympathy
11
dswillin Mar 20, 2026 +2
I don't think he's asking for it. Lol
2
hearmymotoredheart Mar 20, 2026 +2
He really isn't. Those who read the [whole source article](https://www.theguardian.com/music/2026/mar/20/validation-was-an-insatiable-monster-dave-grohl-on-foo-fighters-punk-rock-return-and-life-after-his-infidelity) will likely see see someone demonstrably confronting himself and some uncomfortable things he's been moving so fast to try and get away from. The "get therapy, "no, not like that" thing just shows how hard some want to work at staying mad.
2
NemesisZeroCool Mar 20, 2026 +2
Holy shit a rockstar had an affair. That’s never happened before.
2
LevelHorn2717 Mar 21, 2026 +2
Is he…f****** the therapist now?
2
Rurumo666 Mar 21, 2026 +2
That's...excessive...Actually it sounds fake.
2
boofcakin171 Mar 21, 2026 +2
These articles an attempt to start to rehabilitate his image?
2
only_star_stuff Mar 21, 2026 +2
Why not either have open marriage or just get divorced? Some people prefer monogamy, others polyamory, others asexuality.
2
penis_hernandez Mar 21, 2026 +2
that's 420 therapies... nice
2
Neurojazz Mar 21, 2026 +1
That’s the story he’s telling his wife lol
1
Prior-Habit-6523 Mar 21, 2026 +1
He is a Rockstar. I dont think its some complicated mysyery why he cheated. Wtf would you talk about 6 days a week for 1 and half strait.
1
Leather_Economics289 Mar 21, 2026 +1
his p**** stopped going after the first session.
1
Jane_Austen11 Mar 21, 2026 +1
And that means what exactly? Just don’t cheat plain and simple 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
1
JaquesLeCoqGrande Mar 20, 2026 +4
What a loser lmao
4
Courwes Mar 21, 2026 +3
Could have easily been avoided by keeping your d*** in your pants. I’m sure her giving birth to your child also didn’t help.
3
WideSnooze Mar 21, 2026 +2
Spending more time in therapy than with his kid
2
Delgadomon Mar 21, 2026 +4
Don't feel bad for him at all. Win stupid prizes.
4
TKDbeast Mar 21, 2026 +3
That’s therapy addiction. A constant desire to feel as open and understood as you feel with a good therapist. It’s not necessarily constructive.
3
Monkeyknife Mar 20, 2026 +5
Turning everything off AND keeping your pants zipped up to everyone not your wife is a better start.
5
ACW1129 Mar 20, 2026 +7
Honestly, it's obviously not great, but an affair is relatively mild for rockstars.
7
CarefulClassic9204 Mar 20, 2026 +8
Is having a child from that affair mild as well?
8
ACW1129 Mar 20, 2026 +20
I said RELATIVELY.
20
Automatic_Soil9814 Mar 20, 2026 +10
And relatively is correct since you now has a new relative, specifically a daughter
10
PopcornGlamour Mar 20, 2026 +5
Compared to the old school rockers who literally adopted their victims so they could travel with the rockers as their human child sextoy? Or the rockers who used their fame and money to literally buy very young children (think toddlers and younger) to r***? Or rockers who participated in human trafficking? Or rockers who shared drugs that resulted in people overdosing and dying? Yes, an extra-marital baby is mild. I’m not excusing Grohl and his sleaziness but let’s keep some perspective here. He cheated and made a baby. There are much worse things he could have done.
5
Aggravating_King1473 Mar 20, 2026 +7
Here's a tip...don't be a piece of shit. And don't have a pity party for yourself when you know you fucked up.
7
SentientCrisis Mar 21, 2026 +3
Six days a week?? Sounds like he just likes the sound of his own voice.
3
No-Impact1573 Mar 20, 2026 +2
Oh shut up Dave, nobody cares.
2
BrianOconneR34 Mar 20, 2026 +2
Oh you did? Keep your d*** in your pants then. Maybe, I don’t know. F*** off.
2
draft_final_final Mar 20, 2026 +2
(Therapy is the name of an 18 year old stripper)
2
Neveroxx99 Mar 20, 2026 +2
Yeah, nah this is definetely bullshit lol. No therapist will okay a schedule like that.
2
StungTwice Mar 21, 2026 +2
Poor rich man who can't keep his pants zipped
2
J_10 Mar 21, 2026 +2
Those sound like made up numbers.
2
Shot-Expert-9771 Mar 21, 2026 +2
Turned him off after years of being a fan.
2
MagicManicPanic Mar 21, 2026 +2
It’s entirely possible that his mental health broke down as a result of the affair. Maybe he had a bunch of stuff bottled up for years and now he’s just a mess from lifelong issues that have now come to the surface.
2
KevinHe92 Mar 21, 2026 +2
That’s some really performative shit.
2
UnusualClient2099 Mar 21, 2026 +2
Lucky you have the much indispensable time… most us others are just surviving to live …. so cool for you and your bad choices!
