If i read it right , it also basically says the USPS can not deliver ballots to people not on the post office federal lists.

tRumps EO on this isn't legal nor valid. tRump has no control over voting. The States run elections, not tRump.

Even more dire: suing is taking the bait because now it can be punted to the SCOTUS where they actually do have some power. This is the bleakest timeline.
