Noem's husband sat in the audience behind her when she was asked about this and refused to answer, so we can rule out the possibility that somehow he doesn't know. Humiliation kink is the only possible explaination.

Because many of these ultra-conservative relationships are cuckold situations where the "husband" likes to watch or gets off on following his wife's lover, etc. Or, a tamer interpretation, is that they have a marriage of convenience or an open one or are just staying married for the kids. Either way, this is just meaningless gossip, since what we really should be talking about are her crimes while in public office and how she should have to pay for those acts of torture, imprisonment, and murder that she's responsible for during her tenure leading ICE.

In case anyone is wondering, Guyana was found to have one of the largest off shore oil fields about a few years back, its also why Venezuala was threatening to annex part of Guyana two yeards ago, they wanted their maritime borderd to touch the field so they could also extract it.
