They did. It was related to Jack Smith’s investigation. Trump used state secrets from when he was hoarding TS documents to actively enrich himself and hid businesses.

Secrets so secret that only 6 people in the entire government were allowed to see them.

Congressman Raskin mentioned in his letter to the Attorney General that some of these documents are so sensitive, only six people in the United States government had access to them!
139
SweetLittleOldLady Mar 25, 2026 +71
We tried to tell them in 2015 that Trump should not be allowed access to classified information. This was easily predicted and absolutely inevitable. Someone needs to at least take access to nukes away from this senile old fool/criminal before he blows up the entire world.
71
Miserable_Archer_769 Mar 25, 2026 +33
I think people loose site of exactly how him being a Russian asset even started. Long and short of what I remember was essentially they were tracking Russians agents and one who they knew was "happened" to be in trumps orbit. This is what called him into question lol nobody actually went looking but once they started looking it wasnt pretty.

In medieval times the kings weren't fighting each other so much as egalitarian thinking/movements because if democracy won they'd all be out. If democracy wins today billionaires lose their outsize wealth and control. Billionaires and autocrats of all stripes around the world see it today just as kings saw it back then. Of course they make backroom deals. I'd bet the reason Trump attacked Iran is because the theocrats in Iran were losing control given their water crisis. Now they've got the Great Satan to blame to stave off dissent. Could Trump and company really be that horrible? I believe it. If the war in Iran were for other reasons they wouldn't start it unless they also planned to blockade Iranian oil. Can you imagine fighting a serious war without meaning to blockade your enemy? Madness.

Leather_Egg2096 Mar 25, 2026 +371
But who didn't know that? We were briefed on very obvious information lol
371
SeatKindly Mar 25, 2026 +557
We all knew it. We just have it on actual paper confirming it in congressional records now. It also provides justification to potentially get the rest of the documents Judge (not justice) Cannon has currently gagged since it’s irrefutable he did something that is actively considered both criminal and very potentially treasonous.
557
Rombledore Mar 25, 2026 +152
odds of anything coming of it though? trying to NOT be a downer, but there's been lots of "we got em!" moments and we are yet to have "got 'em" you know?

Mistrblank Mar 25, 2026 +25
this is why I keep focusing on the fact that we need to build an arm of enforcement that will arrest that's clear of the executive branch.
25
rcolesworthy37 Mar 25, 2026 +4
Is there even a way to do this? Voting for the AG wouldn’t work, appointing obviously doesn’t work - the only way is if there’s a truly non-partisan body of some sort that appoints an AG/new justice branch. I’m not aware of a method (maybe there is in other countries) to appoint people to a government position that would be inherently non-partisan, or at least very close to it.
4
sinsaint Mar 25, 2026 +17
The Public Integrity Section (PIN) is a government entity who's job it is to combat corruption in politicians. Jack Smith used to be the chief of that team until he moved onto investigating war crimes at the Hague. Trump has since reduced PIN to 2 attorneys, prevented them from pursuing new cases without approval, and barred any investigations into Congress.

Yeah, 'damning evidence' is sort of predicated on the person actually being damned in some way, at all.
101
snorbflock Mar 25, 2026 +48
Damnation in this case being rejection at the polls. Turns out, America is a really bad judge of character.

Or maybe we just haven’t figured out how to manage this “free speech” platform we call the internet. The for-profit business model of “free” social media apps relies on keeping people on-screen. The algorithms find out what ppl like, feed them more of it, and keep them coming back for more. This is the real elephant in the room, and I’m afraid it will never be fixed. And here we find ourselves living first hand the negative tradeoffs of late stage capitalism.
10
CountySurfer Mar 25, 2026 +9
It's damning, just not actionable, apparently.
9
Zepcleanerfan Mar 25, 2026 +10
If dems regain congress this year, it will become actionable.
10
CountySurfer Mar 25, 2026 +8
It's a massive IF, unfortunately. In normal times it would be a slam dunk, but they are not planning to just play by the rules and see how the votes turn out.

From “grab em by the p****” to “Russia if you’re listening” …to tax shit from all of his weird (forged/inaccurate) tax info Maddow was hyped about, to Mueller, to more Russia, to Jack Smith…to making money off the office, to how many office violations, emolument violations… bribery, receiving gifts in office, Venezuela, Iran, Russia again…
2
stevez_86 Mar 25, 2026 +11
The House and Senate Committees need to hear sworn testimony from the leader of the Office of Legal Counsel at the time to hear their published opinion to the President of the Constitutionality of taking those documents.
11
wrosecrans Mar 25, 2026 +10
There's a difference between "we generally knew what was up" and "there's specific evidence that people have which clarifies exactly what the scam was, and why those specific classified documents were stolen and retained." You can't prosecute people based on vibes. You can prosecute people based on evidence of specific details. Sorta like when you see a headline saying something that sounds dumb like "Scientists discover that eating less makes you skinny" and the actual paper is something obscure about the exact way some obscure protein you can't pronounce folds into an inhibitor for some enzyme you've never heard of in the context of various glucose solutions. You see the headline and go "no shit?" But for the people working on this stuff, the details matter, and 20 years later somebody finally invents Ozempic or boner pills or something and the utility of the details is finally obvious in retrospect.
10
lolheyaj Mar 25, 2026 +40
Sure but having actual physical proof is a necessary component of trying prove guilt and intent.
40
Jafooki Mar 25, 2026 +51
I think the proof was the boxes of stolen classified documents he had in his bathroom
51
lolheyaj Mar 25, 2026 +46
That was proof that he stole boxes of documents. This is proof that he used them for his own personal gain. The idea is to ensure he can't claim any sort of ignorance in the matter. "I didn't know what was in the boxes, they were just in the bathroom" isn't a valid argument anymore.  Again, everyone can obviously discern all that was happening, this is just hard evidence.
46
CountySurfer Mar 25, 2026 +11
To what end though? More content for history books?
11
ReklisAbandon Mar 25, 2026 +9
Once he no longer controls the DOJ things get much easier to prosecute. That's the mistake we made with the Mueller investigation.
9
Old_Cryptid Mar 25, 2026 +8
None of the arguments for having classified material at Mar A Largo were valid. Zero. Cannon slow rolled the entire case until Don the Con slimed his way back into office.
8
Itachi_Uchiha0515 Mar 25, 2026 +5
I mean he had stolen super top secret documents, not just random documents. No one steals super top secret documents as an “oopsies”
5
Fastr77 Mar 25, 2026 +3
Proof of guilt and intent doesn't matter when the people that could do something about it are fine with the guilt and intent.
3
Afraid_Ad_1571 Mar 25, 2026 +8
Eh I was thinking it could have alternatively been extra damning Epstein docs.
8
DrowningKrown Mar 25, 2026 +6
Oh...it's related to jack smith. Queue the "jack smith is a liar" or "jack smith should be in prison" people. Basically once that name is attached to it, MAGA pulls that memory out of their RAM storage and instantly turn into conspiracy robots all saying "liar!" In unison. We'll need to flip house AND senate to get any action on this.

oh-shazbot Mar 25, 2026 +328
here's an expert from the official release: > “These new disclosures suggest that Donald Trump **stole documents so sensitive that only six people in the entire U.S. government had access to them**, that the documents President Trump stole **pertained to his business interests**, and that **Susie Wiles, then the CEO of Donald Trump’s super PAC, witnessed President Trump showing off a classified map to passengers on his private plane.** This glimpse into the trove of evidence behind the coverup reveals a President of the United States who may have sold out our national security to enrich himself,” wrote Ranking Member Raskin. > According to the newly disclosed records, federal investigators identified evidence that classified materials retained by President Trump “were **commingled with documents created after Trump left office” and “would be pertinent to certain business interests.”** DOJ prosecutors further assessed that these “classified documents pertinent to his business interests” established “a motive for retaining them. We must have those documents.” > Prosecutors also warned that some of the materials posed an “aggravated potential harm to national security,” including at least one document accessible to only six senior government officials, including the President. his current chief of staff is about to be thrown under the bus. also couldn't make a better metaphor of the blatant rot that super PACs and dark money in politics than having the literal CEO of a super PAC exchanging national security secrets with their puppet president to foreign interests.

time4donuts Mar 25, 2026 +83
I’m very curious as to how his business interests relate to national security documents. Trump Org seems to be mostly about hotels, branding, and more recently crypto. What else do they have brewing that has national security implications? I hope we eventually find out
83
DidItForTheJokes Mar 25, 2026 +55
I bet it has to do with the gulf Arab states, the Abraham accords, and his business interests there
55

Ya this is a realllllly interesting new thread. So much of the “he didn’t do anything wrong just kept Kim Jon’s letter” handwaiving when he actively took things to profit off of. That’s actually so insane
46
Moonbootsidaho Mar 25, 2026 +22
Pure, wild-ass speculation but knowing how selfish and simple-minded he is, it all real-estate themed. Gaza oceanfront development? He has been babbling about Greenland forever, he’s also been surprisingly silent on China.
22
toothpicks-galore Mar 25, 2026 +16
prior knowledge of the plan to destroy gaza to source investment into the future development would be my guess, but it coudl be alot of things. kushner was busy while biden was asleep at the wheel
16
Moonbootsidaho Mar 25, 2026 +8
Exactly this. Makes the Iran decision a little more curious too.
8
Raspberries-Are-Evil Mar 25, 2026 +39
It works like this. Trump find some billionaire and offers to give them classified information, like how our new nuclear subs work. This billionaire knows people who would pay out the ass for that information. So they make a "donation' to his PAC, or they buy a bunch of "Trump Coin' crypto or whatever bullshit he is selling, and then that billionaire takes the info and offers it to Russia, Iran, China, etc. Not complicated.
39
Blackthorn79 Mar 25, 2026 +6
Probably less of the technical documents and more who and how the money is being moved around. Things like dark money links between oligarchs and super pacs or political parties. Once you know whopping, blackmailing those at the other end becomes simple as a phone call. Just like the NRA scandal.
6
Matdoggy Mar 25, 2026 +16
It’s gonna be back door deals with the Saudis, Isreal & Russia. Pay to play shit. Or how he forced the govt to use his hotels.
16
Much-Anything7149 Mar 25, 2026 +7
This is the business interest. "Hey get me Saudi Arabia on the phone I bet they want this stuff Israel and France gave is about Iranian assets. Let's get $3B for the info."

At this point I believe that all politicians, including democrats, have such a low respect for their constituents that they are just treating us all as if we are MAGA: bereft of the ability to read and in constant demand for cliffhangers. It needs to stop.
47
Turbulent_Bit8683 Mar 25, 2026 +66
This is such a cynical take. Dems make mistakes aren’t aggressive and so make their own lives better (Sinema etc) but they don’t screw us over and get really wealthy at the cost of the country’s future and the world environment etc. So both sides are not the same.
66
Expensive-Brother-91 Mar 25, 2026 +47
That's the problem with BoTH SiDEs ArE BaD. I'm sure you can point to a number of Democrats being corrupt or motivated by self-interests. Still doesn't hold a candle to GOP corruption.
47
Mateorabi Mar 25, 2026 +13
Bah.  Nuance. What part of “BoTh sIdEs SAMe!” In E-E-80s comment did you not understand. Checkmate liberal.
13
LitLitten Mar 25, 2026 +8
They have and do just not so clear or blatantly. Establishment democrats will absolutely view their constituency with derision and choose personal enrichment over the people.  Both sides aren’t the same but both sides are rife with corrupt interests and malignant third-parties. Believing otherwise only serves to further erode future progress by framing only one party as a source of bad policy.

8
DoughnutImportant875 Mar 25, 2026 +2
What a sad thing to see: Republicans dismissing the truth in front of their eyes, as some sort of "lawfare," which we can clearly see is happening now. It's disgusting. Even more disgusting that his supporters refuse to believe what they are actually hearing and seeing. This is the most corrupt of any administration in all of American history. Noted!
2
returnofthecursed Mar 25, 2026 +1261
A few different times during his testimony to congress, Jack Smith said that he would love to be able to talk about this investigation. The fact that he was blocked from talking about it is yet another impeachment-worthy scandal. Not just Trump but Cannon should also be impeached and removed from office. These people are driving our country off a cliff, it needs to be done soon. They're not going to play fair when it comes time for them to relinquish power. They're not going to just shrug and say "Suddenly now I've decided to abide by rules and norms, and I'll let the election system work as intended." That is NOT happening.
1261
rugger87 Mar 25, 2026 +172
This isn’t impeachment worthy, it’s treason. He potentially showed a map of US military positions to foreign nationals. This is absurd.
172
eschewthefat Mar 25, 2026 +51
This is an illegitimate government. Our judicial system is covering for the executive and endangering our growth and lives  I don’t believe we should be adhering to anything this administration dictates and there should be a massive resistance.
51

Sedition.
30
bluehat9 Mar 25, 2026 +20
A sitting president is immune from prosecution. Impeachment is the only remedy while they are in office.
20
WhichEmailWasIt Mar 25, 2026 +16
Only as long as the current Supreme Court makeup stands. That ruling was horseshit.
16
kerpowie Mar 25, 2026 +6
But are they immune from treason (or sedition).
6
cycloneDM Mar 25, 2026 +6
They are immune from prosecution there isnt a stutter in that ruling. Until congress does its job the president has all the powers of king and is immune from repercussions.
6
NotSure16 Mar 25, 2026 +6
This is why I was advocating Biden should immediately put Trump in jail when SCOTUS defacto made president above the law. Jail could have been the MILDEST action taken against Donnie... an action made legal by the Federalist pushing the unitary executive theory. It would have been a ridiculous stunt but if the Ds acted as idiotic as Rs in the past then Biden wouldn't be removed via impeachment. It would be an absurd action to get everyone behind correcting an absurd precedent decided by federalist funded conservative SCOTUS justices.
6
bluehat9 Mar 25, 2026 +7
While serving, yes
7
kogmaa Mar 25, 2026 +5
He started a war, sending his own citizens into mortal danger, fully knowing that he had spread the knowledge of attack plans several years before. Not all of the information from then will be pertinent anymore, but some things don’t change fast (building locations, geography, …).
5
JonnyBravoII Mar 25, 2026 +349
Smith should run for the House in a blue district. He can then go on the floor of the House and say whatever he wants. Yes, it's only a dream but he knows far more than we do and I'm sure he could bury Trump.
349

I think there's a difference between revealing classified info on the House floor vs revealing privileged information from a current criminal case.

There is no criminal case. It is closed and the judge sealed the records.
62

Speech and debate clause. Read it into the record. Can Jack Smith still prosecute if the evidence is revealed separately from his original indictment?

Jack smith has no power to prosecute anyone, at this point.

I hope he does. I’d like to see smith as attorney general in a near-future dem admin. Or fbi director
10

We'll read it into record after the midterms. We have got to make this the most lopsided blowout in history. No lead in any race is comfortable enough.
4

Maybe If it’s military secrets. Reading it into congress would probably complicate jury selection. But its still better than not knowing
8
TheBugDude Mar 25, 2026 +126
Brother, if the evidence is so damning....release it for fucks sake! Stop holding on to it to use as "gotcha"s and set this f***** off. Doing this kinda shit makes it feel like the UFO grifters who all have this knowledge thats just fuckin crazy and unbelievable but they cant tell you about it.
126
eschewthefat Mar 25, 2026 +20
Yes. Leak it and allow the public to protect you

Of course that Gym Jordan would be involved. That guy has Trump's hand shoved so far up his ass that he's not even hiding the fact that he's a sock puppet.
35

Gym Jordan ignored sexual abuse of athletes at Ohio State University. He was complicit then and he is complicit now.
1
MadAstrid Mar 25, 2026 +212
Are they going to actually use that evidence in a meaningful way? Because if not, I do not see the point of bringing it up. Capable people understand already who Trump is. Incapable people will not be convinced, regardless of the evidence.
212
kittenTakeover Mar 25, 2026 +48
The point is public awareness.
48
forthewatch39 Mar 25, 2026 +45
We need to see it. This isn’t church, I need more than blind faith to go on.
45
kittenTakeover Mar 25, 2026 +12
Well there are laws and rules, so you're going to have to decide who you believe. Personally given the efforts Donald and his allies have gone through to block accountability and bury the investigation, I'm inclined to believe reports like this.
12
forthewatch39 Mar 25, 2026 +13
I’m tired of the laws and rules being misused. What good are they if they hinder those who are trying to stop those who abuse the law? There is a time and place to follow them, but at a certain point one has to do what is moral and not what is legal. So release the evidence to the world at large and let the chips fall where they may. We are heading towards one of the greatest disasters in modern history, maybe letting a few hundred words on paper hold us back from preventing that from happening isn’t the best course of action.
13
HelmetVonContour Mar 25, 2026 +4
Only peasants like us are expected to follow your glorious "laws and rules" while we get steamrolled by the rich and powerful who live under no such restrictions.

The public voted him in despite all the evidence of this existing before any of those times.
2
Glum_Gate_9444 Mar 25, 2026 +12
How will they use it? You think DOJ will arrest him?
12
MadAstrid Mar 25, 2026 +15
Do I think Trump’s personal legal protection squad will take the evidence they already had, and then passed on to Raskin, and use it to open a case against their benefactor? No. I am not an idiot. Do I believe that there are meaningful ways to use this evidence that will benefit this country and have more impact than simply pointing out that it exists? Yes. Whether or not Raskin et al avail themselves of that option remains to be seen.
15
fred11551 Mar 25, 2026 +2
What is the option? They’ve revealed it to the public
2
Used-Yogurtcloset757 Mar 25, 2026 +6
For republicans in Congress to finally stop bending the knee and do their job. Unfortunately they are all complicit at this point.

Yeah. Vote the republicans out. It’s the only way this is going to stop
2

projexion_reflexion Mar 25, 2026 +2
Well, nothing short of systemic collapse
2
FinancialAnalist Mar 25, 2026 +11
Ok. There's "damning evidence" of Trump raping children, but nothing has happened. At this point, this administration is openly committing crimes and bragging about it because who will do anything about it.
11
nycinoc Mar 25, 2026 +21
Bondi won’t do a thing - hopefully some media outlets will pick it up and if Democrats take back the house and senate (that is if Orange Jesus doesn’t cancel the elections) hopefully this and other things could the final nails to bring him down

Thrown_Account_ Mar 25, 2026 +9
He is going to full pardon himself. He isn't going down to something federal.
9
johnnycyberpunk Mar 25, 2026 +2
Because he can't even trust JD to pardon him if he "resigns" on his last day.
2
johnnycyberpunk Mar 25, 2026 +8
> reveals a President of the United States who **may have** sold out our national security to enrich himself 'may have'. *MAY HAVE*? MF'r, just call him out and say YES he did sell our national security to enrich himself. This wishy-washy "may have", "might have", "allegedly" stuff is so lame.

In the article Susie Wiles is mentioned as being a key witness.. keep in mind who she is and how far her relationship with Trump goes back. Let's look at her bio. Her ex husband is Lanny Wiles. She and Lanny shared contacts tied to major corrupt figures around the world. Susan was a lobbyist with Ballard Partners LLC (as was Pam Bondi-who in 2019 had registered as a foreign agent, listed as "key personnel" in a contract between the Embassy of Qatar and Ballard). Lanny had his own consulting group. They were both behind the scene conduits matching foreign financial backers to domestic political puppets. Both worked for Reagan and Susan worked for Jack Kemp as well, who was close to Bob Dole and served as his running mate. Reagan, Kemp and Dole had direct contact with Kremlin handler agents who groomed and flattered key Republicans looking for a way in to corrupt the U.S. political system. With Nixon as well, when Dmitri Simes was his trusted 'advisor'. Susie and Lanny had close ties to Russian VIPs and were board members of the Andrei Sakharov Institute, founded by 📌Edward Lozansky. He founded Russia House, a consulting company that linked American and Russian businesses. In 1996 Dole and Kemp went to Lozansky's wedding. 📌Lanny Wiles' business partner was once Russian spy Rinat Akhmetshin. He is a former Soviet counter intelligence officer and Washington, D.C. lobbyist who took part in the infamous June 2016 Trump Tower meeting. Wiles and Akhmetshin worked together to undo the Magnitsky Act, a law imposing sanctions on Russian officials tied to human rights abuses. Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya also worked on this $240,000 lobbying campaign. Akhmetshin background is tied to the Moscow project org. Lanny Wiles and Rinat Akhmetshin were photographed at a secret meeting together on April 2017, along with Ex Kazakh PM, Jordan Lams (Moxie cannibis CEO), RU propaganda filmaker Nekarsov, Vitaly Skotsyk (Chairman of the Agrarian Party of Ukraine), Yuri Vanetik, Paul Behrends, Dana Rohrabacher and son Christian and daughter Rhonda Rohrabacher, Rohrabacher's aide Jason Beck. All in the same network, cutting cuttings and building bonds. 👆 These are just my notes from Trumps first term.. it's gotten worse since then. As everyone can finally see.

More like a taunt. You want evidence? Here's the evidence. What are you gonna do with it? Nothing, that's what we figured.
5
False_Ad_5372 Mar 25, 2026 +6
They’ve had “damning evidence” since the Mueller report and have done nothing.
6
BrokenSmilePhoto Mar 25, 2026 +13
Jan 6th was damning evidence and nothing happened. Please shock me, and tell me how this will actually be different than anything else the idiots done at any point in the recent time line?
13
popnfreshbass Mar 26, 2026 +1
Cool. Call me when theres an American with the balls to do something about it.
1
Chef_RoadRunner Mar 25, 2026 +16
Yawn. Unless anything happens this is like the 239th piece of "damning" evidence against the orange gibbon shit stain. How about....do something!
16
UniqueEmotion2144 Mar 25, 2026 +2
Yeah. Im pretty sure he could shoot a baby on 5th avenue and we would still go on with this cartoon fuckshow
2
hylo23 Mar 25, 2026 +8
This must be important. Not like that raping and murder stuff. Serious crime.
8
klon3r Mar 25, 2026 +3
Then when the flying f*ck is he getting "accidently" impeached? 🤬
3
eeyore134 Mar 25, 2026 +4
Add it to the pile of massive crimes they'll ignore.
4
Opposite_Elephant620 Mar 25, 2026 +3
MAGAts will still support him
3
2d6DoomedWizards Mar 25, 2026 +4
Wow. So another thing that will have zero consequences. Riveting.
4
gramathy Mar 26, 2026 +1
it's only damning if anything ever gets done about it
1
TarheelFr06 Mar 25, 2026 +3
Lock him up! Lock him up! Lock him up!
3
deftPirate Mar 25, 2026 +3
Except he still there. So not very damned.
3
HolyButtNuggets Mar 25, 2026 +3
Every day I hear about some other damning evidence against him. He's been damned to Hell and back already. F****** do something else.
3
South-Pen9573 Mar 25, 2026 +3
Every headline means nothing until we see THE one.
3
Sawyer_Browneye Mar 25, 2026 +3
Ok. So when will the damning begin? Seems like boat loads of damning evidence, yet no damning.
3
NotThatAngel Mar 25, 2026 +3
"According to the indictment, the papers included “information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack.”" With Trump on their side, America's enemies can't fail.
3
Indaflow Mar 26, 2026 +1
And?
1
BruceStarcrest Mar 26, 2026 +1
And nothing will happen… so sick of this shit.

Sure. Do something with it, please.

_DapperDanMan- Mar 26, 2026 +1
Nothing is going to happen to him. Save your energy for November.
1
canitouchyours Mar 26, 2026 +1
Nothing matters in America. There is no real law enforcement unless you are under a certain income bracket. I am not American but I am tired of trying to act like anything will happen to the rich people in America.
1
jbr_dk Mar 25, 2026 +5
This is obviously high treason- he likely showed it to either the Saudis or the Israelis
5
HuTaosTwinTails Mar 25, 2026 +7
Nothing will happen. Trump could r*** a kid in front of Congress on live TV at this point and his cult and the GOP would cover it up and protect him .
7
scalectrix Mar 25, 2026 +3
Trump is a corrupt b****** manipulating markets and insider trading, it has emerged, surprising absolutely f****** nobody. I'd be more shocked if he wasn't doing this. He can't help himself - he's a compulsive serial a******.

divineInsanity4 Mar 25, 2026 +2
It’s only damning if something becomes of it.
2
Kaamelott Mar 25, 2026 +2
Stop using adjectives I beg of you. You obviously don’t know how they work.
2
Guns107 Mar 25, 2026 +2
We have had enough, time to stop this mess!
2
MetalMamaRocks Mar 25, 2026 +2
For all the people telling Democrats to "do something about it", as long as Republicans have the majority in the house and Senate and as long as we have a crooked Maga DOJ nothing will be done.
2
SoulMann131 Mar 25, 2026 +2
Lack of evidence have never been the problem...
2
Odd-Strength-3789 Mar 25, 2026 +2
The rot & corruption run deep.

2
megamoo Mar 25, 2026 +2
Yeah, well throw it on the damn pile already.
2
jkhabe Mar 25, 2026 +2
I so sick of all these claims. Release the info to the public and do something about it or STFU.
2
AThousandBloodhounds Mar 25, 2026 +2
God, there are so many reasons to impeach Trump. It'll be a monumental task to just to down-select the most heinous acts of criminal acts, negligence, and corruption. Or maybe they'll roll it all together into an "All Of The Above" category of charges.
2
DanOverflow Mar 26, 2026 +2
To be fair, at this point in the game it must be olympic-level hard for them NOT to provide incriminating evidence, considering the level of grift and misconduct happening right now.
2
malkion Mar 26, 2026 +2
Oh great. Can’t wait for nothing to happen
2
darcerin Mar 26, 2026 +1
Good, now use the power you have been given!

“Accidentally”
1
ucankeepurfish Mar 26, 2026 +1
More damning than the fact that he’s already a convicted rapist?? Wow must be good
1
LothenWisher Mar 26, 2026 +1
DO SOMETHING WITH IT!! Damn we need term limits.
1
SeriousMannequin Mar 26, 2026 +1
Every day I see headlines like this then nothing happens. My disappointment is immeasurable and every day my day is ruined.
1
Get_your_grape_juice Mar 26, 2026 +1
Add that to the list of all the rest of the damning evidence. Will anything be done about it this time?
1
Motormand Mar 26, 2026 +1
Trump delivers damning evidence, every time he opens his putrid mouth.
1
Moritasgus2 Mar 25, 2026 +7
Haven’t we known this since 2023? Not sure what the news is here.
7
rockerscott Mar 25, 2026 +7
It’s not what you know. It’s what you can prove in court.
7
eschewthefat Mar 25, 2026 +2
What? It’s who you can bribe in court. The judicial system is illegitimate and should no longer be taken seriously until Thomas, Alito, Canon and many others are serving CONSECUTIVE sentences
2
rockytop24 Mar 25, 2026 +4
One of the points they're making is clarifying what was Trump's motivation for taking the documents, helping a foreign power like Russia or what? Turns out it was primarily personal enrichment for his own future business plans, which makes since but is nice to have as clear-cut criminal motive.
4
recentgrooves Mar 25, 2026 +4
Stop with the vague bullshit, release it, burn it down
4
No_Cantaloupe_2175 Mar 25, 2026 +4
Great so let's hint about it for months and never actually do anything with the information. That's certainly worked so far.
4
bangersnmash13 Mar 25, 2026 +4
"Damning" evidence means nothing if people won't hold him accountable.
4
spleeble Mar 25, 2026 +4
The fact that it took Merrick Garland almost two years to appoint Jack Smith and prosecute the documents case is f****** unforgivable. People spend their entire lives in prison for this kind of thing.
4
strangepenguin78 Mar 25, 2026 +3
His entire family's assets need to be seized and returned to the people.
3
Careless_Leg_2552 Mar 25, 2026 +4
Don't worry - no one will do anything with it. 😮‍💨
4
PoundNaCL Mar 25, 2026 +2
It could only be damning if there were consequences involved.
2
captaincanada84 Mar 25, 2026 +3
If it was anyone else, this would lead to a treason conviction and execution. But, since it's Trump, nothing will happen.
3
Memitim Mar 25, 2026 +2
Constant evil and failure for over a year straight, but this will totally change everything. Republicans started a civil war against America, hence continuing this stupid shit despite all of the harm they've caused America. Anyone who actually cared about this country would work to make it better, not just keep finding excuses to shit on more people under constant lies.
2
AcanthisittaNo6653 Mar 25, 2026 +2
They need to subpoena trump and suzie to ask them about it..
2
anonskeptic5 Mar 25, 2026 +2
>Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) has led a counter-investigation into Smith’s probe of Trump Should have been careful what he wished for.
2

DOJ is run by morons, surprised stuff like this doesn't happen more often.
2
