$2.6 billion is the tip. Treasury sanctioned a single China-based network last year that moved $8.4 billion in Iranian oil payments. The DOJ is looking at the trades the government can trace. The ones it can't are the ones that matter.

In a remarkable coincidence the only traders being investigated are people the Administration doesn't like.
