He's projecting.
1
Prophet_Tehenhauin Apr 1, 2026 +1
He is, but she also IS doing a terrible job
1
Joshd30 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's a terrible PERSON, but she's actually a great employee in that she's doing exactly what she was told to do - Lie and lick fascist boots.
1
whichwitch9 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Well, her job is actually to spin propoganda to the public How many normal Americans pay attention to what she says anymore? She doesn't even make the pundit rounds these days. Everyone just assumes she's lying. In that regard, yeah, she is terrible at her job.
1
BUSY_EATING_ASS Apr 1, 2026 +1
I disagree; after the initial lies that people actually really do believe, once the grift sets in, the goal of the fascist state (and honestly a lot of terrible people individually) isn't to actually convince you, but it's important to appear convinc*ing*. You know they're lying and they *know* you know they're lying, but the entire kayfabe has to be entertained or people really will start picking up pitchforks once people don't bother to save face anymore. It's really weird but it happens to a tee at almost every level in human nature, and the above scales with the amount of people involved. Also keep in mind that there's still a statistically significant amount of people who **really do** believe what she/the administration says. I cannot stress this enough and be glad if you haven't met them yourself. They **must** be regularly convinced.
1
whichwitch9 Apr 1, 2026 +1
If no one is paying attention to her anymore, she can't appear convincing. That's my point. She lost credibility too quickly and is being ignored
1
BUSY_EATING_ASS Apr 1, 2026 +1
Perhaps, but honestly that's largely out of her control because the administration is becoming absolutely indefensible to those core "I'll believe anything" people. You can only work with what you've been given. And then I'd argue that she (and the administration) doesn't need a plurality of people to believe them, they know need the 'right' people to believe them (the insane people who are willing to burn everything down). *They* are still paying attention, hence why Trump's approval rating isn't in the single digits or zero but the low 30s. History is filled with incredibly large power structures ruled by a tiny minority of deranged people. But yeah shit is getting so bad that even the absolute God given 100% perfect spokesperson can't save this administration.
1
AnatidaephobiaAnon Apr 1, 2026 +1
Except there are a ton people who still pay attention to her. The Fox News, Newsmax, OAN, conservative talk radio crowd all still listen to her and she acts as their emotional support person by confirming their biases and making them feel all warm, cozy and validated. Then you have people who don't pay attention to politics at all and when they hear her they assume what she is saying is the truth because they don't get information from anywhere else.
1
Bang_the_unknown Apr 1, 2026 +1
I’m not saying that a 28 year old shouldn’t have that job but probably not that one.
1
Spikel14 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She has an audience of one
1
Electrical-Act-7170 Apr 1, 2026 +1
>Everyone just assumes she's lying. That's just because she's lying.
1
No_Fault_4071 Apr 1, 2026 +1
A million percent. Levitt is a terrible human being but as an employee, she’s 10 toes down for the Don. To be fair to Levitt at this point though, not even David cooperfield could spin the magic needed to make this administration look good
1
stillcore Apr 1, 2026 +1
But those lips.
1
Mother_Airline_6276 Apr 1, 2026 +1
They only let OAN attend the briefings anyhow.
1
avenueroad_dk Apr 1, 2026 +1
She is his parrot.
1
UnicornMessiah Apr 1, 2026 +1
I agree. Being Trump’s press secretary has to be the most stressful job in the world. You have to be quick on your feet to spin every action and it’s so unpredictable that something could happen at any second. That being said, it tells me is she’s an expert liar with no morals. She sold her soul to be the next Goebbels.
1
Economy-System1922 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's actually doing really well for what she has to work with. I certainly couldn't defend half of the atrocities they have inflicted so confidently.
1
Striking-Intention22 Apr 1, 2026 +1
I agree. She is a monster, but In pretty impressed with her abilities if we’re just talking brass tacks
1
Oleg101 Apr 1, 2026 +1
It helps in these positions with this administration if you have no morals and no soul either.
1
Hoppers-Body-Double Apr 1, 2026 +1
Regina George has done an incredible job for yam t***.
1
Pubs01 Apr 1, 2026 +1
how crestfallen do these true dye in the wool maga get when their idol talks shit to them?
1

My guess would be they love it. Weirdos gonna be weird.
1
No-Significance5449 Apr 1, 2026 +1
After yesterday you really have no clue who in this afmin honestly has a kink for this stuff.
1
hyper-object Apr 1, 2026 +1
Yeah, at least he's paying attention to her.
1
fermat9990 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Remember what Trump said about Ted Cruz's father? Cruz seems to be fine with it.
1
Nikiaf Apr 1, 2026 +1
Ignoring the rabid attacks on the press and the constant, aggressive lying, she's actually quite ineffective at her job. She's not even doing a convincing job of lying, a truly evil press secretary would be far better at selling the lies.
1
Beltaine421 Apr 1, 2026 +1
I disagree, she is actually quite effective at her job. Her job is to keep the press occupied and create the appearance of press engagement while never actually providing any information of substance.
1
BUSY_EATING_ASS Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's one of the worst people morally but she's actually serving her 'role' in the administration pretty much to the letter. It's impressive how easily she can lie to everyone's faces. Lying consistently and believably is actually pretty difficult.
1
musci12234 Apr 1, 2026 +1
In her defense you could bring team of 1000 smartest crisis management and PR people in the world and they wont be able to do anything better.
1
AdminIsPassword Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's doing a fantastic job all things considered. I hope she gets fired and turns on Trump (doubtful, but one can hope). Most Whitehouse press secretaries don't last long with a *sane* president. Even first term Trump was more defensible. This version is flat out bonkers.
1
StevenMC19 Apr 1, 2026 +1
If she got fired, then her replacement no doubt would do a piss poor job in comparison leading to their termination, and the revolving door would start spinning faster than a helicopter rotor.
1
whatproblems Apr 1, 2026 +1
always is
1
OkTouch5699 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Right, I would be like dude, you raped kids and are still the President. I think im doing a damn good job.
1
berntout Apr 1, 2026 +1
> Leavitt, 28,  She's only 28?!?!?! She looks a lot older. I thought she was around 40!
1
New-Anybody-6206 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's also about 4 months pregnant. And her husband is **60**.
1
Bravely_Default Apr 1, 2026 +1
Her husband was literally her sunday school teacher when she was a child and he was a full grown adult.
1

Hate ages you faster.
1
Thick_Ad_9269 Apr 1, 2026 +1
And her grandpa husband is draining her life essence
1
Bodefosho Apr 1, 2026 +1
Only until your 70s and then apparently it keeps you alive for-f******-ever.
1
aretoodeto Apr 1, 2026 +1
Literally like the sith lol
1
Key_Inevitable_2104 Apr 1, 2026 +1
AOC is almost a decade older than Levitt yet looks younger than Levitt.
1
Troepzooibende Apr 1, 2026 +1
Ilhan Omar is even older than AOC and she looks younger than Levitt.
1
ColonelBungle Apr 1, 2026 +1
It also keeps you alive for longer. It's why McConnell looks like a walking corpse at 84.
1
aeyraid Apr 1, 2026 +1
Bad cosmetic surgery does
1
shadowdra126 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Look at her husbands age next
1
Made_Human_Music Apr 1, 2026 +1
Not having a soul has a strong impact on a person as they age
1
Apprehensive-Web8176 Apr 1, 2026 +1
More like mid to late 50s. As a 40 year old, if I looked like her I would smash my face directly into my moisturizer like Robin Williams did with the cake frosting in Mrs Doubtfire.
1
Tommyblahblah Apr 1, 2026 +1
Somewhere in the dusty recesses of her attic, there's a portrait of her that never ages.
1
limpingdba Apr 1, 2026 +1
She looked her age when she took the job. The stress of constantly defending pedos must be getting to her
1
Ferrocile Apr 1, 2026 +1
She got the maga makeover.
1
kezow Apr 1, 2026 +1
Being a soulless ghoul certainly ages you.
1
Kakistocracy_0 Apr 1, 2026 +1
she look 50 to me
1
nautika Apr 1, 2026 +1
Yeah, my friends are mostly around 40, and they do not look as old as her
1
keirdagh Apr 1, 2026 +1
She looked younger a year ago, not even joking.
1
peoplemagazine Apr 1, 2026 +1
TLDR: * Donald Trump jokingly suggested that any "bad publicity" he gets is White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt's fault as he spoke to reporters on Tuesday, March 31 * "You're doing a terrible job," the president, 79, told Leavitt to her face * “Shall we keep her? I think we'll keep her,” Trump then said
1
Albireookami Apr 1, 2026 +1
We going back to the revolving door of his last admin?
1
Prior_Coyote_4376 Apr 1, 2026 +1
He’s a reality TV star. A revolving door is his solution to fresh content and rebranding when everything he does is a f****** disaster
1
lord-of-shalott Apr 1, 2026 +1
And “you’re fired” was his entire brand. After Mike Pence these people have zero right to feel surprised by getting discarded.
1
SmokeySFW Apr 1, 2026 +1
Why is Mike Pence the example? Pence stayed on for a full term, which is longer than average.
1
lord-of-shalott Apr 1, 2026 +1
For me it’s not the length of his term but how dark it got during January 6th and how Trump was stoking it without any regard for Pence.
1
WetFinsFine Apr 1, 2026 +1
remember when Spicey made off with the loaded bar fridge?? least that had some humour to it... 😂 Pepperidge Farm remembers
1
CEOPhilosopher Apr 1, 2026 +1
Ah yes, times seemed so simpler back then (comparatively speaking). There were more guardrails on the fat pedo last time, as well as people pushing back from within. You don't hear that much about it anymore, possibly because he's trying to assign his most loyal toadies and sycophants to positions that they're either too incompetent for, or positions that they want to personally destroy to prove that said agency doesn't work (Ie: Rick Perry with the Department of Energy last time, Linda McMahon and the Education Department this time, etc). I miss the days where I could laugh about Spicer being found hiding in the bushes outside of the White House because he didn't want to deal with press.
1
WetFinsFine Apr 1, 2026 +1
exactly - Spicey was at least something good that came from all the bad
1
Adriano-Capitano Apr 1, 2026 +1
(takes our piece of gum and sticks it to the podium) "I'll get back to you later!"
1
rookie-mistake Apr 1, 2026 +1
god making fun of sean spicer hiding in the bushes feels like a lifetime ago
1
badasimo Apr 1, 2026 +1
It takes some time to get spinning. A lot of the picks this time around had 4 years to get in line, so they for better or worse knew what they were getting into. Once they start having to rope randos in they will be flung off the merry go round in all directions.
1
JohnNDenver Apr 1, 2026 +1
So, he probably dumping her if he can find anyone worse.
1
JaeTheOne Apr 1, 2026 +1
I dont know if that is even possible. She has been the worst ive ever seen
1
Oodlydoodley Apr 1, 2026 +1
Steven Cheung still works for him.
1
1stMammaltowearpants Apr 1, 2026 +1
At least Sean Spicer had the shame to realize he needed to hide behind the bushes
1
bootstrap_this Apr 1, 2026 +1
Yes, as usual, and he will find someone even worse.

I hope it’s getting to her. The way she acts is unforgivable
1
que_sera Apr 1, 2026 +1
She’s pregnant.
1
Callabrantus Apr 1, 2026 +1
Her unborn child is pickled.
1
TheBugDude Apr 1, 2026 +1
Isnt she closer in age to her unborn fetus than she is to her groomer, er, husband?
1
Smerkabewrl420 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Unfortunatly
1
Colonel-Mooseknuckle Apr 1, 2026 +1
Imagine throwing away all your morals to defend a pedo (who is probably the Antichrist), while flaunting your giant crosses, only to have him spit in your face. Enjoy the bad place Karoline!
1
Made_Human_Music Apr 1, 2026 +1
But did she have any morals to begin with? As far as I know she wasn’t forced into this job and has been acting the way she has entirely by choice
1
Krampus_noXmas4u Apr 1, 2026 +1
When she ran for Congress in NH, it was clear she had no morals and was just an auditioning for the rotting orange to take her into the fold. In other words, she's always lied and made snarky deflection remarks, nothing new. I'll say I've always been impressed on how she thinks fast on her feet, but I guess that is easy when you have no soul.....
1
God_Hand_9764 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She will learn that the loyalty is a one-way street with Trump. And good, she's an unforgivable piece of shit so there's some weird comfort in this working out this way for her.
1
onthenerdyside Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's lasted 43.5 Scaramucci's. That's a lot longer than others in Trump's orbit.
1
wrecklessdriver Apr 1, 2026 +1
She previously worked for Elise Stefanik. This wasn't a leap for her.
1
Three_Froggy_Problem Apr 1, 2026 +1
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that the bad publicity has more to do with the pedophilia, fascism, and warmongering. That said, f*** Leavitt. You just know that goblin is dying for Trump’s approval, so it is somewhat satisfying that he’s insulting her to her face.
1
Non-Current_Events Apr 1, 2026 +1
Yo is it just me or did Leavitt have a black eye at the press briefing two days ago?
1
baroquesun Apr 1, 2026 +1
Oh yea, it does kinda look like she is covering something up on her left eye
1
Slimpebble Apr 1, 2026 +1
Also noticed . Why is this a common occurrence in the administration? Something is weird about it
1
Gtraz68 Apr 1, 2026 +1
I love this for her.
1
Wenger_for_President Apr 1, 2026 +1
The article says she gets maternity leave next month (as she should). How much you want to bet she thinks other women don’t deserve it though? I guarantee she wouldn’t bat a f****** eye of this administration made that a priority.
1
Single-Refuse174 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Karoline Leavitt’s ability to spin anything and everything this administration does is unparalleled and I’d be shocked if he could find anyone else as spineless and obsequious
1
PresentAwareness745 Apr 1, 2026 +1
can you imagine your full-time job being defending every stupid f****** thing that Donald Trump does? I mean I have no sympathy for her cause she's horrible. But that's what she signed up for. Of course he's gonna blame her Edit: voice typing sucks sometimes
1
Sethic Apr 1, 2026 +1
‘I have no symphony for her’ It’s all water under the fridge bud.
1
Evilhenchman Apr 1, 2026 +1
He's wondering why someone who shovels shit all day smells like shit
1
DarthHiccups Apr 1, 2026 +1
I'd be surprised if she stayed after November.
1
que_sera Apr 1, 2026 +1
I doubt she’ll return after maternity leave. Baby is due in July.
1
MikesCerealShack Apr 1, 2026 +1
Same. I think the baby is part of her departure plan - it provides a good excuse to leave without being fired, then she'll get a high paid job as a talking head on Fox News or another outlet (since they're increasingly all owned by right wing billionaires).
1
Proper-District8608 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Shes pregnant so blaming her now will be a good way to both stop press conferences until 'a replacement is found' while showing that pregnant woman cant handle the workforce.
1
ThirdSunRising Apr 1, 2026 +1
She just says nice things about the president, without regard to whether those things are true
1
airbear13 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Woah the guy who turns on everybody because he’s an evil narcissist has turned on somebody else, crazy At what point do his followers stop following him like this
1
Sojum Apr 1, 2026 +1
Everyone’s fault but mine
1
CrotasScrota84 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She deserves everything coming to her. How people follow this lunatic knowing he throws everyone under the bus is beyond me
1
barringtonmacgregor Apr 1, 2026 +1
She deserves it. I hope the rest of her life is filled with shame and people pointing out what a piece of shit she was for ever working for this man.
1
maillite Apr 1, 2026 +1
TIL she’s 28 and married to a 60 year old who used to be her Sunday school teacher when she was a child. That’s… a little messed up.

Welcome to the bus. He acts like she is his property. Red meat for the base.
1
Ven18 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She is property to him. Remember the supposed break with Epstein was because he “stole someone from him” he views people as property to him we are all slaves that he can do with as he wishes. If he wasn’t also so vain and terminally online/new brained he would probably have ordered members of his cabinet killed or order the secret service to find him more girls to r***. There is still time for Trump to go full Roman emperor crazy. We have not reached the bottom. We are getting closer with the name on money. The question is do we get to the point he declares himself the son of god we shall see.
1
Threndsa Apr 1, 2026 +1
This is what you sold your soul to Karoline. Enjoy!!!!
1

She’s going to be a Governor too, isn’t she?
1
Human_Local3519 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She likes money
1

It appears he was teasing her(not really) because he then followed that up with saying he thinks he will keep her.
1

If Karoline Leavitt thought she was “special” and that Trump would “never turn on her”, then she hasn’t been paying attention for the last 10 years.
1

She's doing a terrible job. Almost as bad as her plastic surgeon.
1
SJMCubs16 Apr 1, 2026 +1
If you woke up everyday and your job was to make Trump's late night social media posts seem intelligent? Foggetabout it.....If I were her, and knew my termination was imminent...my last press conf...."Karoline, can your opine on the Presidents post on social media last night? Karoline, "The unbridled all CAP rant about how our allies are not helping us? The allies he told 2 weeks ago the war (but not a war as defined in the US Constitution that requires congressional approval) was over and we did not want their help. That one?" 1

If she had an ounce of self respect and decency she'd tell Trump to f*** off and go and enjoy her growing family. He husband is a very wealthy man so money isn't an issue.

Every new picture I see of Leavitt she looks more and more like Tweedle Dee / Tweedle Dum.
1

he turns on everyone eventually. The fact that they suck his balls anyway is astounding
1
Vast_Ad_8515 Apr 1, 2026 +1
I mean, did you see that photo of her with the chicken?
1
Wizard_with_a_Pipe Apr 1, 2026 +1
No one licks chump boot like Karoline Leavitt. I can't stand her, but you have to admit that him turning on her is notable. We all know that he has no loyalty whatsoever to anyone but himself. It is funny to watch, though.

1

I wonder if she goes back to her office for a good cry after this toxic work behavior, or if she just rage-bites the head off a bat and goes on with her day.
1
Tbro20 Apr 1, 2026 +1
How lomg till she's gone, boys? I say in 6 months she will *decide* to focus on her new child and never return.
1
FadedP0rp0ise Apr 1, 2026 +1
If this is real that’s nuts. She has been taking a metaphorical ball bat to the face constantly and honestly doing a pretty good job of it given the circumstances. I’m glad her efforts might end up fruitless
1

Gotta say, I love that for her.
1

This is literally insane, Leavitt is so wildly sycophantic and he’ll still turn on her on a dime over nothing but his own inadequacy.

The wheels on the bus go over you, over you, over you. Another useful idiot who was sure they were the exception making the pikachu shocked face.

I bet he said that after seeing that unflattering (to him, not to me) upshot photo of her.

Megaphonestory Apr 1, 2026 +1
Loose lips sink ships.

TheBoosThree Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's doing yeoman's work in the most vile way given what she has to sell. There aren't many people who can lie so comfortably with a smile on their face day in and day out like she can.

DescretoBurrito Apr 1, 2026 +1
No matter how hard anyone might try, there is a limit to how much one can polish a turd.

He doesn’t know that “winning in a landslide” has nothing to do with doing the opposite of what you ran on after that landslide.

woahmanthatscool Apr 1, 2026 +1
lol who would have thought this was coming

RoosterMedical Apr 1, 2026 +1
She is lying as hard as she can and is going to hell for it. Give poor Leavitt a break.
1
CV90_120 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She's lying her little heart out. What more can a grifter boss ask for?
1
DoctaGazoo Apr 1, 2026 +1
I mean, she has a terrible job. I don’t know if anyone could do it better. We all know she is lying. Maybe she could attempt to throw in a few light hearted jokes.

LightHeartsLiveLong Apr 1, 2026 +1
So is he. 😂

Syring Apr 1, 2026 +1
I love this for her (and him)

King_of_da_Castle Apr 1, 2026 +1
If she was an actress paid to play a villain she would be in consideration for an academy award. I can’t stand her, she makes me ill so it seems she is doing her job swimmingly.

Difficult-Low5891 Apr 1, 2026 +1
She should quit. I’m glad Trump is turning on her…learn the lesson girl.

GuitarCD Apr 1, 2026 +1
Wow... the only, ONLY thing that even gives me a shadow of grudging respect for Leavitt is that the only people I have ever seen so shamelessly lie to prop up a leader was Bagdad Bob and the news lady from North Korea, and she does it for a regime not yet capable of being able to openly murder entire families. If there is another human available anywhere that can gaslight against obvious reality in benefit of Donald Trump in front of a press pool with more skill than her, I shudder to think... and yet, this unsurprisingly is the level of never accepting the consequences narcissism that is Donald Trump.

I am always amazed that those on the right seem to ignore the fact that the mango Mussolini is incapable of taking responsibility for anything bad that happens. If he perceives something as good, it's all him -- but something goes wrong, it's all finger pointing. I think one of the most telling clips what where he was asked when he last asked got for forgiveness for someting. He could not answer but just dodged the question. I'm not christian, but I do know that one of their core principles is "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of god." It just boggles my mind that someone who claims to be christian could follow someone like him.

JaeTheOne Apr 1, 2026 +1
I would say the opposite...i cant remember any WH correspondent that has stuck up for Trump more vehemently and viciously as her. She has done a great job glazing him and shunning reporters that try to ask questions that put him in a negative light

I miss Psaki.

CrackingToastGromet Apr 1, 2026 +1
He is throwing all the women in his admin under the bus.

WanderingKing Apr 1, 2026 +1
I love these people all think they are in some inner circle because he proves repeatedly that it’s only him inside
1
ColdBostonPerson77 Apr 1, 2026 +1
He said it as a joke. As much as I dislike him, I think it was clearly a joke. I mean, he commented that her lips were machine guns, clear he sexualizes her. If she goes away, it’s because he doesn’t like her weight post baby. Otherwise, it’s business as usual. Hell, If her husband dies, I bet Trump would leave melania for her
1
yorapissa Apr 1, 2026 +1
“Joke” my arse. If she has a brain, which we all see is questionable, she’ll go on permanent maternity leave. The world is sick of her and Trump’s face.
1
snackerooryan Apr 1, 2026 +1
I wonder what she really thinks about him right now
1
tech_and_org Apr 1, 2026 +1
He's "joking" aka he's focus group testing if he can successfully blame and fire her.
1
vroart Apr 1, 2026 +1
This is the same excuse he said about it Pete too. Trump is the one who keeps making these choices!

Imagine selling your soul to lie for this guy only to get thrown under the bus at the first opportunity.

“Lie harder!” Tump

sirZofSwagger Apr 1, 2026 +1
Shes a terrible individual, but part of the reason I hate her is shes doing a surprising job with what she is given. Shes selling out her country and countrymen, but I am impressed shes able to do it with a straight face.
1
Howitdobiglyboo Apr 1, 2026 +1
Yes. Throw your most loyal servants under the bus.
1
WakingOwl1 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Maybe KKKaroline will be taking an early maternity leave.
1
wrxninja Apr 1, 2026 +1
Just please move her somewhere in the White House. Don't bring her back to NH please.
1
kipribley28 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Of course she is, but she is backing your lies.
1
ABobby077 Apr 1, 2026 +1
Pretty safe bet that you can only play the cards you have been dealt. Trump currently seems to be showing (and continually playing) a bad hand.
