Hi I went from 278 to 254 since January and I would like to start walking, I'm use to indoor exercises but I want to add going outside to walk as one of my exercises but I don't want to walk alone cause it's boring. Who wants to start walking with me downtown Peoria either walking across the bridge to east Peoria or walking the downtown riverfront Peoria? Let me know. As a 31 year old guy who been killing it in the weight loss journey this year, I am stoked to continue to loose weight. By the way, if anyone else needs help losing weight, I have great advice for anyone who asks.
