I feel like every show I have watched or heard about, complaints about the ending always exist and are drastically noticeable. Are there any endings to a TV show or Series that you think or is widely regarded as perfect or to a good standard?
The Americans, The Good Place, The Leftovers, Breaking Bad, The Office.
There are a bunch.

Parks and Rec and B99 and New Girl (after a weak last season) if we’re stating the sitcom route.
Would add Mad Men to the dramas, but Breaking Bad definitely the pinnacle of finishing strong.

The series finales for The Americans and The Leftovers are way better endings than Breaking Bad.

I can't weigh in on those personally, but I have a hard time seeing how anything could be "way better" than Breaking Bad's final season / episode. Hard to beat a 10 / 10 :)

Nothing will ever beat the last episode of Newhart.

The Americans sticks the landing like no other, imo.

I think people don't like their show's ending because they don't want their show to end. NO ending is gonna be good if that means you don't get to see those characters anymore 💔

Buffy season 5
Scrubs season 8
The Big Bang Theory
MASH
All of them absolutely nailed the finale. In Buffy and Scrubs' case, they nailed it so well there were additional seasons.

When a show actually has a final season instead of either ending on a cliffhanger or only had a few episodes notice to wrap it up as much as they can, they're able to actually make good finales. It's just that most shows don't get the chance to end on their own they way they want.

My two favorites are the Leftovers and the Sopranos.
The Leftovers is uncontroversial in its perfection, basically universally beloved. The Sopranos was considerably more divisive when it happened but I think has been vindicated with time.

A new show called The Lady Grace Mysteries ended with Grace and Croydon not getting together and I'm still mad about that a bit but their relationship might be a slow burn relationship. The first episode aired on CBBC last night and all of the episodes were already on BBC iPlayer before it aired on TV. There's 10 episodes in the show.
