Bosch and the other Bosch-adjacent series were so good.

He was such a kind and generous person. He went to my alma mater, and very kindly walked me through how to get a screenplay optioned, back when you could not just Google it.

Homicide to The Wire to Treme to Bosch. Most people in TV would kill for one of those on their resume. He kept doing it for thirty years.

Treme is one of the most criminally-underrated series of the 2010s.

Clarke Peters’ Albert Lambreaux character arc is my all-time favorite of any show ever. It’s beautiful.
