Hiking on an active volcano that has been closed due to increased activity is taking your life in your own hands. I don’t know if it’s anyone’s right to stop you, but not the way I’d want to die, personally.
The guides who facilitated this, however, absolutely should be held accountable for such criminal recklessness.
