Plot seems, while not the same, somewhat similar to the plot of Censor (2021). Similar in the sense that there’s a female protagonist tasked with viewing disturbing material and not knowing what’s real or not.

I worked as moderator and saw some henious shit, you certainly need a strong stomach to do this kind of the job.

This I might watch, but count me out for the sequel. Faces of Death 2: The Pain Olympics
