Excellent to see this on the big screen for the first time ever (at my local Cineworld), as well as it only being on TV/VHS etc before now, and before the DVD, it was only ever shown in an awful 4:3 version.
And for the most part, a respectful audience, too.
Still, for a film that clearly has a great scene during the credits involving Rooney, as well as that famous post-credit scene with Ferris, are people REALLY in that much of a rush that they've got to miss the film while it's still continuing, while they play? I've seen it happen with other films, even when they're walking down the stairs while a film's mid-credit scene has started.
I sentence them all to be in that Economics lesson!
it's wild how some folks just bolt as soon as the credits roll. like, what's the rush? always gotta stick around for those extra moments, they're usually the best part.

Absolutely. I always stay until the very end. Unless I'm watching multiple films back to back and there's an unavoidable clash, but if so, I'll double check online that there's nothing during/after the credits.

I always have to go to the bathroom after the movie so I can't wait around for post credit scenes. I usually go into the theater 30 minutes before the movie starts

Just go once the trailers start, surely? You've got about 10 mins from that point. That's what I do. And if the film was five minutes longer, you'd still be sat there during that time, anyway.
