They settled a sexual battery case in 2020 with Shia being the abuser.
Twigs apparently made mention of the case in December so Shia filed a case against her for going against an NDA, asking for a crazy amount of money.
Twigs is now saying the NDA doesn't apply under California law and is suing as a statement for sexual abusees that don't always get a voice in these cases.
