Don't binge on anything that is meant to be a snack. Chips, candy, the healthier stuff. Only have a bit of them and get a real meal instead. Use snacks to hold you over until you have your actual dinner/big meal. Listen to yourself about what you actually want to do, what you will be happy doing. Understand when you want to eat something just because of stress, take some breaths and help yourself relax without the food. Figure out what you want that bigger meal to be for the day, don't let it go until you end up binging on some unhealthy snack instead.

Truly - volume eating ridiculous and ridiculously delicious massive salads with just enough dressing to scratch that itch and like 4 ozs of marinated air fried chicken chopped up.
