His crime of shooting up a dockside cocktail bar from his motorboat sounds like a copycat act from some movie or crime series plot I've seen but can't place. In any case, the psychologists' warnings as to his current mental state seem totally apropos.

That guy has kept me from seeing so many movies. He's got the same lack of variation as Ashton Kutcher, but instead of being a silly, loveable friend down the street he's just dumb jock. Just a never ending lead role of dumb jock.
