Reconstruction 2028 has to involve expanding the courts to represent more Americans than a handful of Epstein class billionaires who r*** our kids

Don't need to expand the court. Just investigate the crimes the existing judges are openly committing.

I would argue that the country is so much bigger and more diverse now that it’s worth expanding the court on those merits alone. Why have 9 old people who come and go in a l****** system wave instead of 15 justices who consistently come and go almost every Presidency? Personally it would be really nice to see more perspectives of law put into practice

At the very least there should be one justice per circuit, which gets you up to 13.

This is a good rule to set for it. I don't like the idea of an arbitrary expansion, but getting to 13 would be with cause.

No we do need to expand. At a minimum we have 13 circuits. There should be at least 13 justices.
What we absolutely need is a term / roll off (Maybe like 26 years; 26 justices, 2 from each circuit) system so every year a president gets to replace a justice.
This whole “some presidents can replace 1/3 of the court while others don’t get to replace a single justice” just due to death being a fickle b****** has to end.

One system I've seen suggested that I like pulls a federal judge from each circuit randomly to be the SCOTUS Justice representing that circuit, with a new one swapped in every X years / judicial sessions. The President still gets to appoint them, but the odds of any particular one ending up on SCOTUS for a given case becomes minuscule.

So every time the court has been expanded it has been expanded to match the number of federal circuits at that time.
There are currently 13 Federal circuits, 12 regional circuits and then a special circuit out of DC.
A good way to reign in the president's power on Supreme Court justice appointments might be requiring in law that they have served on one of those Federal circuits for some number of years.
Then restrict the president to nominating one of those judges per circuit.
This ensures that every circuit is actually represented meaning every region of the United States legal system is represented, this also make sure all Supreme Court justices are known quantities, they're not expected to shift positions on issues that they've previously ruled, and a prior case history provides plenty of opportunity for Congress to ask meaningful questions during confirmation.
If you wanted to get really fancy with it you could further allow each federal circuit the power to investigate their representative Justice, and allow a panel from that circuit to bring charges against them akin to disciplinary hearings.
And both of those are things that Congress has the power to do, without any constitutional modifications. The impeachment of justices is under their authority so they have the ability to delegate that, and it was Congress that created the federal circuit court system in the first place.

They are literally just illegitimate justices who are right wing fascists to their core. The supreme Court is illegitimate and should just be ignored at this point. The only law they care about is power for their pedo billionaire friends

The most disgraceful argument was by Kavanaugh with concerns about people's "faith in the electoral process".
We don't have to compromise our electoral process to accommodate some f****** moron who doesn't understand how elections work. The imbeciles will believe every lie they are told so if its not mail ballots, they'll just move onto something else. If they aren't smart enough to research how elections work and how multiple layers of protection are in place, tough shit.
