UN forces are getting attacked and killed there on a daily basis, it is kinda crazy how they are just there to die.

Countries that send peacekeepers so they can say there are helping when in reality they don't do anything

It seems in a statement by president Macron a 2nd French peacekeeper has been killed in what is claimed to be a Hezbollah lead attack a few days ago

Israel denies bombing schools Russia denies bombing civilians The US denies bombing that Iranian school

The US did not deny bombing that Iranian school. A public review found that it was done by accident. The Iranian school was in a building that used to be a military base.

Come on. Everyone already know that the Israel administration and the Trump administration are turning to be the example to extremist—for the name of religion.

If Israel were fighting with the Girl Scouts, the article would be about a Girl Scout attack on peace keepers.

Seems like the UN should fight with Lebanon to get rid of their terrorists.

They can't the UN peacekeepers were send to stop hezbollah in southern Lebanon for over 30 years but they can't attack them or make arrests without permission from the Lebanese government so they can only stay on base and watch if they try it could start a civil war in Lebanon. I don't blame the peacekeepers they did what they could do i blame the Lebanese government and the United nations

The headline doesn't say the group. It was Hezbollah that attacked the French peacekeeper. Edit: phrases badly. I was trying to point out that the article basically buried the lead by not indicating the group that killed the French soldier.

Apparently nobody is allowed to attack Israel, so then what?

Kaiser_V9 2 days ago +37
Nobody should be allowed to attack any country.

Why no mention in the headline that the two of them were slain by Iran-backed Hezbollah? “Second French soldier dies in attack on UN forces by Hezbollah”

People here already claim it was Israel and they blame it on Hezbollah to turn France against Hezbollah (as if they were their supporters)

There's a difference between peacekeeping and peacemaking and these are peacekeepers. That being said, they are allowed to respond when they are under threat but for some reason they never do.

If israel does something the title is immediately "ISRAEL" does so and so(with the quotes to delegitimze us as a country as well), when its hezbollah its nowhere to be seen and suddenly its "french soldier dies after attack" as if no one knows who did it. So sick of this one sided portrayal trying to make israel look the worst while hiding everything hezbollah or Irgc does.

It has nothing to do with Trump's war in Iran The UN peacekeeping force is meant to withhold the 1701 UN resolution making sure Hezbollah doesn't operate in southern Lebanon, Hezbollah started seeing them as a threat lately. Hezbollah never needed an excuse, they orchestrated attacks against western forces many times before

Hezb or their allies are the last group to kill an Irish soldier a few years ago Recently it seems Hezbollah are killing more UN soldiers than anyone else You had find it hard to believe, but if you follow the news it might be easier to understand.

Hezb dos it regularly , even earlier this week. Sorry it doesn’t fit your narrative.

When the title doesn't clearly condemn anyone in a conflict involving Israel, you know there's evidence it's one of Israel's enemies. Biased journalism, through and through. Criticism should come equally

Israel is an apartheid state set on the eradication of muslims and genocide in the name of land grabbing

They don't seem to doing a very good job "peacekeeping" in the region, letting Israel invade the south and all.
