He announced being cancer free in January, the arrest warrant was issued in February. I don't think he necessarily faked his cancer. Might have been at most a convenient excuse law-wise. I don't think he did chemo just to evade the court a bit longer. If he hadn't had cancer, he could have just ran to Hungary earlier. Don't get me wrong, I believe he's guilty as f*** and want to see him face justice. But I'm not a fan of making definitive statements on his health. My dad used to rant about Jaruzelski pretending that he's sick to evade court appointments. The last time he ranted about Jaruzelski was 2 days before Jaruzelski died.

Ziobro isn’t even wealthy. His bills are probably paid by his party colleagues because his own money is secured by prosecutors. And his entire wealth is estimated about 1,6 million złotych (roughly 444k us dollars). He was let in just because he is buddies with trump.  He is not even popular in Poland (when Ziobro had his own party he had a staggering support of 1.5 percent of population)

This is clear proof of the existence of a network of right-wing, Russia-backed collaborators across Europe and the US. Orban and his party were supported by Russia, and Ziobro is also linked to Russia. There's no way Trump is personally directing this visa, or even knows who this guy is. Obviously, once Fidesz lost they started looking for the exit strategies. Somebody talked to somebody who had connections in the US government, who then arranged for the Visa.
