The latest angle: Others are being blamed for Trump not having all of the information.
Except that he was advised against this by Caine, and yet blew off the advice.
Trump is listening to Graham because he is being told what he wants to hear. If Graham had recommended against it, then Trump wouldn't be discussing it with him.
